05/11/2024: Really good and educational courses with Anette every now and then.
Have participated in chocolate tempering and chocolate decoration.
Left both times with much more understanding, knowledge, tips and tricks and not least a box of beautiful, shiny filled chocolates.
28/09/2024: I really got a lot out of the chocolate course with Annette, who knows so much about chocolate, tempering, techniques and she is all in, that you get results yourself... I remember so clearly what expression I came up with when shiny filled chocolates jumped out of the mold..
Everything is organized at a level where even me as a total beginner can participate...
Tips, recipes for filling in chocolate are also written down in a nice course material...👍👍🍫🍫

A nice place to sit down for a good cup of coffee, a dish of the day or a build-your-own burger that never disappoints. There is the opportunity to play a game of pool, some stuff to look at, and the atmosphere is always nice and relaxed. Good people and good food – definitely worth a visit if you are in the area!
