15/06/2025: Unfortunately, a really frivolous and poor deal, the food is mediocre but I think it is too poor that you refuse to comply with the vouchers that have been purchased before you have stopped working with a 3rd party. You simply have to comply with a purchase that is valid and not just disclaim all responsibility.

05/07/2025: Very over rated. Food was pretty good. I thought the service was a little rude.

04/07/2025: Mediocre food, high prices, HORRIFIC service. Waitress on the cashier was rude, the guy who brought our food kept forgetting our orders, the table was dirty and we had to ask over and over again to clean it. That was the last time were went there.

11/05/2025: Bought a box to eat at the hotel for dinner. We chose 3 fish and 3 salad mixes with shrimps, crab, calamari, edaname salad, tzatziki and artichoke salad. It was generous and very good. Although a bit oily in my opinion. However service could be improved!

09/06/2025: Really nice place, will definitely come back. We were only there to drink a few cocktails before moving on to something else. Good service and very welcoming staff. The acoustics are nice and there are good opportunities for pleasant conversation. We didn't get any food and the atmosphere was just our own as we were there at 5pm and no one else had shown up yet. We were there for a few hours and when we left people had started showing up.

10/10/2024: I attended a class there a few weeks ago (maybe two months?) with a group. We quickly learned some skills and managed to create something which resembled what I wanted to make. I have since done some painting at home using this introductory knowledge and will book again for another class next time I am in the city.

10/10/2024: Worst studio I have ever been. I sent email on 1st of September to ask if i can paint something by my self, NO REPLY. NOTHING about class and answer if i can practice myself. When I went there (6th Oct.)at their so called first class, the studio was closed. Now Im leaving this country and wanna get a refund. She said no i can't get a refund and expelled me and said talking on email. How ridiculous. Im going to consumer board for meditation anyway, if necessary i Would love to get a lawyer to say how I CAN'T GET REFUND FOR NOTHING SERVICE I SHOULD HAVE HAD and go to court, i don't mind court fee sincerely:) maybe the owner is just racist🤷‍♀️ Plus just saw someone waited and waited also wanna get a refund but nothing until rated one star then get a refund. Seems that this happens a lot to them🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ Regarding to what the owner says, probably the only thing she can say about me. I visited the studio on 1st Sept., 6th Oct. 8th Oct. And 9th Oct. As they DONT reply e-mail And the studio was closed all the time i went there. The only time i saw the studio opening was tonight😓I sure do go to consumer board as Ive already reached them.

21/08/2024: The perfect place for an aperitif in front of the superb Admiral Hotel and on the quays along the water, you can only be delighted!

19/05/2025: Updated review: A better experience than last time, nice pieces of smørrebrød at a fair price. Thanks for food 🙏 Previous review: A mediocre experience! The service was bordering on rude when I asked for something I wanted but couldn't see. Otherwise nicely arranged and tasty despite a very moist red cabbage that had soaked through much of the wrapping paper, etc.

24/06/2025: Our server, Sebastian, was excellent. Attentive, friendly, and overall great. I felt like we got a good taste of the local food - we had the little toasts - chicken salad, salmon, beef tartare and shrimp. More filling than i expected. The ravioli was delicious Desserts were light and just the right size.

29/06/2025: Our experience at Trio was very good. Started with a warm welcome from the guys at the bar and continued with the waiter at our dinner table. Every dish was delicious and nicely served. It was an unique experience.

26/06/2025: Ok. What can I say :-) I stopped over in Copehagen on my way to Sweden. I found this place and gave it a try. I came up to the 9th floor. And the bar keeper did not make me feel very welcome. But they made up for this. He was stressed, I get it. Anyway. I got my table on the 10th floor. With a great view. I got a drink from the bar first. A " Japanese Smoke". Loved it. I ordered the tasting menu with the exlusive wine pairing. Ok. Look. I liked the wines. The guy poring the wines was very friendly. But not a sommelier, I at least think. He could just not explain a wine in detail. Then, and I see this more often, they have no idea about pacing. How can you serve the next wine when I still have not finished the one before? Ok. He pored a good glass, ok., but still. I think he reaoly knows his wines. But he doesn't shine! Maybe it's the language barrier. I don't know. I think he is much better. So food. In any other restaurant with a tasting menu the first two courses would be a "amouse bouche". And also the dessert wpuld be something you just get with your espresso after thr desseet. Look I know. Its small portions. But... not like this. The food was good. It was. But... nothing special. Just good , tasty food. Thats it.I guess is what u expect for that money. I don't know what the chef wants. Its all over the place. Sorry. Does the chef know? You need a story! What about service. Mmm. I dont know. They were friendlly. But.... use a tray. Dont just show up behind me with a plate in your hand and put in in front of me. Sorry guys. Not there yet. Keep improving. Be more excited about what yöu are doing. Kitchen, be more creative. You guys cook tasty food. You have friendly staff. A great view. Be more bold. Go! Go all In or go home. Look. If you are in Copenhagen. It's worth a try. Ok.

26/04/2025: We had been looking forward to an evening at Savannah and had therefore booked a table for 19:00. Unfortunately, the experience did not live up to expectations right from the start. When we arrived on time, we were greeted with the message that we would have to wait a bit. We stood outside for 10 minutes in the cold weather, which was an uncomfortable start to the evening. After the 10 minutes we were further informed that it would be another 15 minutes before we could enter. It gave a slightly unprofessional impression of the place's handling of reservations and guest service. When you book a table, you expect the restaurant to be ready to accommodate one – or at least handle the situation in a way that takes better account of the guests' comfort, especially when it's cold.

16/03/2025: We had booked a table for 7, but ended up being 6 people due to illness. When we entered we were told that we had to pay for 7 people anyway because that was what was reserved for, but it was said in a completely weird and annoyed tone. We said fine, because they promised us extra meat, but still there were 2 of us who left hungry. The meat was not welldone as we would have liked and it did not satisfy us even though we paid for 7 people. The service was ok.

22/06/2025: - We sat for 30 minutes before we got the menu. - The main course never came, but it was now 10pm (2 hours after our reservation started. Therefore, way too late, and we asked to cancel the course, as they hadn't started it, we were told.) - 4x espresso martinis on the house as compensation... unfortunately only 2x for a table of 4pax... wonder what the rest of the table will be served with. - They got 2x espresso martinis (in pisco glasses), on a messy table, with napkins and chopsticks still on the table - The food was boring or poor, did not live up to the quality at all: raw peas, edamame beans drowning in sauce.. - 3/4 water glass on the table, we got the fourth glass after we had asked for the bill, funny timing. - Flag on the table, but absolutely NO service regarding that there is a reason - Wrong presentation of the food: "Oyster vinaigrette" for fermented oyster mushrooms ... close enough (:' - The table next to us had mistakenly paid for the main course we never got: sloppy payment. The same table was served gluten, to a gluten-allergic person at the table. The food was replaced only *after* the guest had eaten the dish. - Other guests were scolded in the restaurant by the 'manager' for taking pictures of the view - Took a long time to order food: our waiter was not productive and often stood with wine glasses or nothing in his hands - No goodbye or thank you from the staff when we were on our way out. Not even from the manager who was standing 1 meter away from us I myself (with the rest of the table) have worked in restaurants for over 5 years, and I must say that we were all speechless at how embarrassing, poor and disappointing the service was. Really sorry to have spent your birthday in that environment. It's a shame that such a beautiful restaurant, with lots of potential has become a black hole of 0 ambition and indifferent staff. Do yourself a favor and choose another restaurant.

15/06/2025: We ordered the 7 course menu. I had the wine pairing (4 glasses) and my wife had the non-alcoholic option (4 glasses of home made juices). We arrived early (at open, 5 PM), so the service was very fast and friendly, which was nice. The food was great. I feel like it is a bit over priced for the amount of food you get, which I think is due to the location at the 23rd (top) floor of a pretty decent hotel (Bella Sky), so it is probably to expected. The view was obviously great. The price to food ratio is the only reason why I can't give 5 stars. My wife and I enjoyed it. Recommended if you are in the area and aren't afraid to spend a bit of money.

17/06/2025: Came at 8:35 pm, ordered 1x butter chicken and wanted rice with extra rice. Was told that there was only naan and rice was extra. Checked the menu and found out that everything was an extra price and didn't need naan. No explanation. Got it exchanged for rice. Everything was closed when I came and everything was heated up in the microwave. Commented on it and got a lame explanation that it was made earlier. Still microwaved and nothing was fresh. The bag was also automatically closed without me wanting it as my car was right outside. Asked 3 times for the bill. Really no service

02/03/2025: Very disappointing experience. I ordered the 3x butter chicken with rice plus some grilled chicken pieces. I kind of got it too.. But it was cold, lumpy and didn't taste like the butter chicken or anything recognisable. The grilled chicken pieces were tough, dry and didn't taste much either.
