01/10/2025: Used to be a regular, but not after my last visit here - charged me double and refused to rectify the mistake. I paid for mine and a friend's lunch by card, and could see from the terminal and my bank app that it went through. Nevertheless the owner said that it hadn't and insisted I pay again with another card, assuring me that if both were charged I could email them for a refund. Sure enough, I was charged twice, I emailed them with full details of the transaction and card used, but the owner refused to issue a refund unless I gave him access to my private bank statements.

The coffee is expensive, but there is a student discount on filter coffee and tea, so keep that in mind. There is a café where you can read comfortably and a reading room where you can grind hardcore Highly recommended

03/09/2025: I usually like to go to Espresso House. This was the first time I was disappointed. The cashier lady wasn't helpful nor friendly. The restaurant was out of vegan foam (for the cake) already at kl16. Then my milk order was wrong and the matcha latte I received was loveless. (luckily I doubled checked about the milk, when she served it...) There were no spoons left and the toilet was dirty. Maybe they were understaffed, but it's one of the most busy areas in town. That shouldn't happen during afternoon rush hour. Not coming back, choosing another Espresso House instead and hoping my next experience will make up for this :(

The girls who go there appreciate the smooth organization, clear rules and friendly vibe – that’s why so many of them come back again. Communication with the management is fast and straightforward, and every agreement is kept. It’s a place where you can truly count on fair treatment for both the agency and the dancers. I witnessed a women being pushed and robbed and the owner/chef and staff were rude about it instead of problem solving or putting the rest of us at ease. it made other patrons like myself so uncomfortable that this establishment would disregard a patron and also not do anything with random thieves stealing phones from its patrons. 17/01/2026: This café, located right at the entrance to King's Gardens (Kongens Have), is easily missed, but its location is truly strategic. It's an excellent stop if you've been on a long walk, especially in winter, and need a hot coffee to recharge. The space is quite small, so it's worth noting that ordering to go might be the best option. Even so, its location and convenience make it very convenient, and it's nice to find a place like this right at the entrance to one of the city's most iconic gardens.

05/11/2025: The service is outstanding for its friendliness. We had lunch on November 5th and chose the bruschetta (delicious, but not very different from the toast you can make at home; not worth the price) and two meat dishes. The Oksefillet and the Entrecôte were simply exceptional. They reminded us of Argentinian beef. Tender meat, cooked to perfection, and served at the right temperature. The accompanying vegetables and potatoes are completely unremarkable, but that's fine for a dish where the meat is the star. The portion is just right: not small, but not overly large. The dishes are reasonably priced, but the drinks were absurdly expensive: 60 kroner for a 500ml Coca-Cola. Overall, a good experience; we'll probably return to try other options on the menu.

17/10/2025: Came in to a blonde woman who was setting up chairs to ask if they were open, at first I was ignored, after I asked a second time she laughed and said “uhmm no” In the most offensive way… Really poor service.

31/12/2025: As Germans, it was an interesting experience to go to such a beer garden. The wait was relatively long. We sat there for an hour, "waiting" for the kitchen to serve us, as they were serving a party in the restaurant. The staff seemed overwhelmed and didn't quite know how to handle themselves. Generally, the staff tried their best to be friendly. The tables were dirty, and the dirty dishes were left on them without being cleared. To order, you had to go to the counter and pick up your food there as well – very strange. This was hardly what you'd call proper restaurant service. Furthermore, it was cold and drafty the whole time, so you had to cling to the heater. The food was generally okay, though certainly not German cuisine.

17/12/2025: Good food and friendly staff, however there was a bit of a wait for the dishes.

24/10/2025: We used H15 as a base for our annual summer event, where the employees went on a Mystery Makers tour in the Meatpacking District. It worked really well and the venue was perfect for the purpose, and the cooperation with the venue was easy and accommodating. Although it was a morning event without lunch, H15 is highly recommended for larger company events.

17/09/2025: A place I definitely recommend. The service was excellent; two people spoke Spanish and treated us wonderfully. The pizzas were delicious and the service was fast.
