13/09/2026: Food was exceptional. We are visiting Copenhagen and wanted to try Smørrebrø and Aamanns Genbo was such a good choice because we loved everything from the ambiance/decoration, the food, dessert and staff friendliness. Definitely a must!

03/07/2026: I think this was my 5th visit this evening, and it still is in my top 5 favorite places to eat in CPH. Every dish was amazing, the service is friendly and attentive, just an all around fabulous experience.

20/06/2026: One of the few restaurants where you’re full and still think … „‚maybe one more dish?“. It’s amazing! Fresh produce, good quality, well balanced spices. Out of 6 dishes, 4 made us say, „I could easily get 10 of these“. NOT because the portions are to small, but because it was so good! I‘ll come back to this place 100% 🙏🏻 Muchas Gracias 🍻

05/09/2026: Great banh mi with fresh ingredients. The food came quick and was delicious. I took for takeaway, however there is a small seating inside for 2 people. Price compared to other spots in Copenhagen is really good

16/09/2026: Party of 2, visiting Brus on a Tuesday night. Decent amount of people but not overly crowded however the service at the bar was lacy and non attentive, despite being the only ones at the counter. Ordered 2 beers and was immediately asked for tips when trying to pay. Stop this, it has the completely opposite effect.

14/09/2026: I've been there a few times now, and it certainly lives up to that first time. The food is really high quality – not just on paper, but when it gets to the plate. We're not talking about fancy molecular gastronomy or loads of foam, but rather basics done with prestige and attention. BRUS is one of those restaurants that shows that you can take gastronomy seriously without losing your appetite and fun. Visit it if you care about eating well.

31/08/2026: Really excellent food. It is a small restaurant so I recommend a reservation. We went on a Sunday at lunch and it was totally full. We loved everything we ordered, they are smallish sandwiches to recommend 1 or 2 per person. We liked the port wine herring. The pickled herring is very strong but they do a good job using it moderation and balancing the flavor. The cheese plates are also very good. We didn't try the Snapps, but they had great N/A sodas with interesting flavors.

16/08/2026: We had a delicious meal. Three herrings and one plate with three different open-faced sandwiches: salmon, shrimp, and whitefish. Everything was delicious. Relaxing atmosphere. It's worth it.

10/08/2026: Lovely experience with great flavors and relaxed vibes. We sat outside on a warm day; the inner courtyard feels charming, surrounded by beautiful old buildings. The food was tasty, especially the steak and chicken, and the wine selection paired nicely.

31/08/2026: Staff is always friendly, open later than most places on Sunday and the drinks are fire. We come here regularly and always have a good time, especially great to play cards as it’s not super loud.

20/03/2026: Overall experience was quite good here with exception of some moments. Place is very popular, so i would definitely recommend getting a reservation. Staff is very friendly and nice, explained us everything and answered all of our questions. We ordered two corsa menus, that included starters, main dish and a dessert. Two sets of starters were shared by four people and staff didn’t have any problems with that. But unfortunately after one hour of sitting with our appetisers, no one brought our pizzas, so we had to remind waitress about that. By her reaction we understood that they basically forgot about us, so we were waiting for them to be cooked. Pizzas were amazing, very rich flavour and a lot of toppings. Also we had two different sorbets, one strawberry and one lemon. Strawberry was wonderful, but lemon was waaay too bitter. Everyone has different taste preferences, so i didn’t mind. Another thing that did upset me was dirty bathroom. I could understand it if it would be short time to closing, but we came for opening. We still had more of positive feelings, so i can recommend this place

26/09/2026: The atmosphere is spot on as soon as you enter: pleasantly busy and an enthusiastic team that clearly works well together. Despite the crowds, the food arrived quickly. The second course could have been a bit warmer, but this was addressed immediately and very attentively. All in all, a lovely restaurant with a surprising and varied menu. The Paté Experience is definitely highly recommended!

20/09/2026: A good place to eat if you don't have enough time at lunch. We take a discount because of being students. The food was incredible, but a little cold outside. Advisable!

17/10/2026: The food was delicious. Marinated with the right balance of flavours and freshly cooked at the table by yourself. Rafaela kindly attended to us and patiently walked us through the ordering process, which helped us enjoy the experience. She was attentive even while attending to others, checking in at the right time. We enjoyed our meal - thank you for this!

17/10/2026: Cool concept… Been there twice and it worked really well. Food and service are good, and the place is cozy. Taste-wise it is 3.5 stars, while the concept works excellently. You can pay for buffet and alcohol at a fair price. This is far from fine dining, but a great place to go for buffet and alcohol in cozy surroundings.
