29/10/2024: Andersen Bakery offers beautiful and delicious cakes and pastries of high quality, which are really tempting. However, the prices are on the high end, and it reminds me of the old baker's song: "if you have money, you can get it, if you don't have any, then you have to leave." If you're prepared to pay for it, you really do get your money's worth – but it's not for the bargain hunter.

21/10/2024: Had my breakfast every morning during my stay in Copenhagen. Good croissant and my favorite was the kardomomma (not sure if I am spelling it correctly)

11/11/2024: A little gem on Halmtorvet! Lovely food, great service and a cosy atmosphere. The kormas were all perfectly prepared and had a beautiful creamy sauce. I went for the mild, full of flavour and just right. My friend was more adventurous and tried the medium which I tasted. I would definitely let my adventurous side rule next time. We will be back!

27/10/2024: Simply divine. Popped over to Denmark for the weekend, more specifically Copenhagen. Thought we had lived an enriched experience only to find that we had not UNTIL that was deciding to dine in Tandoori Masala on Halmtorvet. The greeting we received was next to the return of an old friend or family member. Seated for two with no fuss. Service from the beginning was beyond this earth. Warm. Friendly. Genuine. And above all else respectful and kind. Chef did the restaurant proud. Guided by the hosting staff, we selected a what’s right for us menu. Nothing back home compared to this. The flavour. Boom. In the bag. The presentation. Boom. In the bag. The service. Double boom. In the bag. The only regret we have is not going there sooner. Tremendously encourage any like traveler to pay Tandoori Masala a visit. More than once if practicable. For us, it was the perfect finish to a wonderful adventure. It could be a fabulous beginning for all others. Keep the good work happening people.

02/11/2024: Unfortunately got a durum, where they chose to use the meat from the day before. Completely inedible, and it's usually a good place otherwise

01/01/2024: Even though me and some of my buddies only went in for some water on this very hot summer day, the atmosphere and service was cozy, and delightful. I have been here a couple of times before, eating breakfast and lunch. With my family, and they all loved this cozy place. It’s a shame to see that the Little Yellow Coffeeshop is closing down, as it was one of my go to places in Copenhagen after arriving with train.

24/10/2024: The food was fantastic, the service was so personal and the atmosphere was just wonderful. The owner gave a speech about what Denmark means to him and left both moved and full. I can really recommend it.

20/10/2024: I had an amazing experience at this Vietnamese restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and authentic. I especially loved the spring rolls. The portion sizes were perfect, and everything tasted so good! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. They made sure we felt right at home and were attentive throughout our meal. I’ll definitely be coming back for more and recommending this place to friends! Highly recommended if you’re looking for great food and excellent service!

09/11/2024: I tried avocado sandwich with falafel and it was really good. I recommend going early in the day. The only negative thing is seating. I was expecting much more seating area for such a famous bakery. Other than that, go and try!

15/10/2024: MISLEADING Niche campaign and mediocre food 👎 The picture Sufra markets on Niche shows the amount of food for TWO vouchers (total price DKK 498 / value DKK 830), although the title "perfect for two" and the picture give the clear impression that you get everything in the picture for one voucher to DKK 249 We arrived four people with two vouchers and were therefore very surprised to only get one menu instead of two. That one menu should have a "before value" of over DKK 800 is absurd compared to the amount of food. Although we felt cheated, the food was totally mediocre. The falafels were tasteless and not freshly made, the mousaka was extremely salty and our fatteh and sambousek were decidedly cold. The flatbread was served last after we ate all the hummus and mhammara and the only highlight was the adana kebab and baba ganoush. Any shawarma bar on Nørrebrogade can serve similar food for a quarter of the price. Big culinary disappointment if you have ever had authentic Lebanese food. Had otherwise seen Sufra from the cycle path for a long time, but that was the first and last time. As the icing on the cake, it cost 0.33 cl. Carlsberg in a can CAN DKK 59, and of course it was not indicated on the menu card that it was a canned beer and not a draft beer 🙃

15/11/2024: It is a very good place, where you can meet for a coffee with a friend or study /work. Laptops aren't allowed past a certain time though. They have very nice cake, and all of them are delicious. They also serve food, but I haven't tried that yet.
