De bedste restauranter i København

30/10/2025: I have passed by this cafe many times and finally decided to give it a go because it looks so nice and cozy (I came by one day and a lovely barista told me it's okay to come with my laptop). I don't know if I will be back, though. The barista on shift during my visit was a different one than the one I spoke to and she was somewhat aloof towards me from the second I entered. I got yelled at by another customer (I put my bag on a second chair by my table, the guest wanted to use it but instead of politely asking if he could take it, he shouted at me in Danish). The space is cozy, but quite cramped and the music played very quiet, most people work on their laptops, so there's no privacy and you get a somewhat awkward feel as if you were sitting in a stranger's living room. It's very hot inside as well. They have really yummy cakes, the sandwiches look great as well, but I didn't dig the atmosphere, unfortunately :(

23/08/2025: Le Pave es excelente. Hemos cenado aquí a menudo a lo largo de los años. La comida siempre es excelente. Prueba los mejillones. Buen vino, también. Comer puede ser por dentro o por fuera. La cena afuera se encuentra en la histórica y pintoresca Plaza Greyfriars. No solo hemos tenido muchas cenas aquí, también es agradable parar a tomar un aperitivo por la tarde y beber para refrescarse después de un día de gira. Los propietarios de marido y mujer son increíblemente amable y hospitalario. ¡Incluso puedes saludar a Apollo, su lindo perrito!

16/08/2025: Fantastically good food and service! We had the 3-course set menu consisting of tuna carpaccio, beef fillet and for dessert pavlova. All dishes with very nice side dishes. Highly recommended!

04/12/2025: We enjoyed the full menu on a Wednesday evening, and it was high quality throughout, and much more interesting than at many of the chains that also run share food as a concept. The hospitality was good, and an effort was made to provide a good experience with wine to match. If there had been a little more people, the atmosphere would have been great too - but that's a matter of taste.

06/10/2025: First time at Brønshøj Bistro. Super delicious food, atmosphere, service and quality... - but unfortunately I was reminded of the same strange mistake that Vanløse Bistro also had the last time I was there: Why should I sit and drink wine from a half-decent water mug? Beer is also served in the same mugs, which is also a bit of a "cheat". Wine in a wine glass, beer in a beer glass. It's a mockery of the wine to just serve it that way and it ruins the experience. Practice

12/01/2026: Early Bird visit on a Sunday evening at 7pm. We were welcomed right from the entrance. Beautiful premises on the edge of Nyhavn. The restaurant was 2/3 full, but it seemed very intimate, and quiet. The waiters were professional with a twinkle in their eyes. We were free to choose a starter, main course and dessert from the entire menu, and ended up with Fish/seafood soup and Polpo as starters, Lamb crown and Turbot as main courses and Tiramisu and Panna cotta as desserts. Everything was well prepared and perfect to taste. Beautifully presented. To start the meal we were given a delicious glass of Prosecco, then a bottle of Pinot Nero Riserva nicely sold by the waiter. We finished with espresso. Delicious meal and lovely hospitality on an icy January Sunday.

14/12/2025: Absolutely fantastic restaurant. Fantastic food. We were 6 people (3 generations) on Friday 12/12/2025 and everyone was super satisfied. Lovely sweet family who cooks and serves. Completely an unforgettable experience. We will definitely come again.

11/12/2025: It is the best food and food for everyone from a hearty pasta to the most flavorful pizza. The staff greets you with a huge smile and is the perfect place to create the best memories with friends and family.

17/01/2026: Really good shawarma experience! The durum bread was delicious and fresh, with a perfect balance between juicy lamb and crispy salad. The dressing was right in the cupboard and tied it all together well. Fast and efficient service, it's definitely a place I'd like to come back to.

05/01/2026: Shocked this doesn’t have higher reviews. One of the best cardamom buns I had in Copenhagen during my whole trip, ham and cheese croissant warmed up was amazing, the coffee was so good (got a latte, cortado, and a cappuccino and they were all excellent), and the staff was so friendly and sweet. I went here three times during my 6 day stay.

17/12/2025: Amazing coffee and pastries baked in house! Great place to get some work done or read. Wonderful, consistent service.

13/08/2025: We love this restaurant. Whenever we are in Copenhagen we come here. This week it was just my wife and I (going with a group - especially first timers is also lot of fun) and as ever the food, the ambience and the staff were excellent. The food is impossibly complex and why it's so much fun hearing the staff explain the dishes. We typically have the wine pairing as they also do a nice job of matching the wine to the dishes. Coming from the US it's also fantastic to try wines that simply do not get over there.

12/08/2025: Spot on food, kind of spotty service. Not in a horrible way. Main server and another young server were excellent. Super nice and attentive. They had one other server who seemed new who was a bit confused. Good luck to him I’m sure he will get better but we were served the wrong item to the wrong person, taken away, then re-served it and then finally had that taken away again. Not horrible, just a bit funny. Anyway the food was excellent and inventive while also being accessible and delicious, and all in all we appreciated the service. It was a pleasant experience. Very laid back atmosphere.

Luigi is the host with the most! ♥️ he is so warm and generous and we had lovely conversation. we recommend the super vegetarian pasta (#1) and the chicken pasta (#17). absolutely will be going back!! note: bring cash! atm down the block

12/12/2025: When I step into Luigi's, I always feel at home. It's a smile that greets me and there's no mistaking it. I've been here many times, always order pizza, and they never disappoint. Thin crust, delicious flavor - every time. Thanks for the food - again again again!!

26/10/2025: Oct 2025/fall menu. Some of the best food we’ve ever had! Menu meticulous and each course exciting - with inspiration from Chinese/mexican cuisines - a step away from the more classical/Nordic/danish styles you get in most other Michelin restaurants in CPH. Lamb main course was the cresendo that just kept giving. Great seating at the bar - getting behind the scenes view of a world-class kitchen while still casual, fun and approachable.

26/10/2025: Visited in October 2025. We had the 10 course.solar menu with the 7 glass non-alcoholic pairing. Both the food and the drinks were generally interesting, although some dishes were better than others. The lion's mane mushroom and the main course were delicious, and the mille crepe was very good. The other dishes had good quality ingredients and were prepared with care, but their taste and/or texture didn't fully convince me. From the juices, the Muri and the apple-based juice were my least favourite, but I liked the other ones very much. I also liked the service, which was friendly and professional, but also more relaxed than in other Michelin-starred places I've tried. The staff seemed knowledgeable and gave a good impression. I liked the restaurant as well, it was nice to see what's happening in the kitchen, and the noise level was reasonable. Overall, I enjoyed my visit and appreciated the experience, even though the food was a bit hit and miss.
