22/08/2026: A great location to take a seat at this restaurant for eat and drink at the same time enjoy the view of the lake. The restaurant has brunch particularly on weekends. Good place to sit both indoors and the outdoor there are plenty of tables and chairs. This is a self service restaurant. A glass of cafe latte is 50 or 55 Kronor which roughly around 6.50 or 7.40 euros.

If you are going to eat, it is a good idea to book a table.
The cafe is open all year round and I have been happily coming there for over 34 years.

05/10/2026: I had reserved a table via email a little earlier and received a confirmation. We were a group of five and ordered both vegan burgers and burgers with meat. The food was amazing and the staff were very welcoming. Overall a really good experience. The music was not loud which made the experience even better.
30/09/2026: We ordered from Halifax and were absolutely thrilled with the food. The vegetarian burger was delicious, freshly prepared, and still piping hot. It felt like we were eating right there in the restaurant. We can't comment on the service or atmosphere since we ordered takeout, but we can definitely recommend the food!

13/06/2026: We went to a champagne tasting and it was a super nice experience. Good atmosphere. It was a good performance of the different champagnes. Funny enough, we missed some sales pitch, i.e. advertising for the purchase of snacks, the menu could possibly be on the tables. Advertising for the purchase of champagne at the end, possibly with a discount.

30/08/2026: We were a bit disappointed with the coffee and the owner's mentality. The sandwich was good, but a bit pricey.
06/07/2026: Eye wateringly expensive, even for Copenhagen. 170kr for a very sparsely filled halloumi sandwich and a small glass of orange juice. Quirky decor and character does not have make up for poor value food, in my opinion.

01/09/2026: I enjoyed two glasses of wine — the cremant i especially recommend— in the good graces of congenial servers (a women from Hamburg and a women from Czekia); until a manager, last night, became a sniff defensive. Would highly recommend outside of the intrusion. Takkkk

01/10/2026: Come in, their ordering screen doesn't give the option for extra cheese, so you have to order via the website.
An even bigger problem is that this employee with bleached hair comes in from the outside, goes behind the counter and touches a whole lot of things without washing his fingers first.
The Danish Veterinary and Food Administration's rules exist for a reason.
06/09/2026: First time of July i orderer a chicken barbecue and it was really good, but now 6 of September i order the same that the last time, but now they give other ingredients, only green peppers and normal onions, the taste is not the same and i dont know why they make this . I attach the first and the last one and you can see how the quality its go to down
