20/10/2025: Crazy good pizza place, big burger means BIG burger. The pizzas as well as burger and kebab mix are really good here.

18/10/2025: Great food. A lot of it, very tasty. The staff was very friendly. The ambiance, unfortunately, was a bit sterile. Otherwise, really great value for money.

23/07/2025: Good food, nice staff. We had crayfish tails and turbot. Very good turbot!

07/06/2025: Fantastic roof terrace with good opportunities for sun. Nice selection of drinks, beer etc. at good prices.

20/09/2025: If I had the opportunity to give 10 stars for service, I would choose this one. Very friendly, approachable staff, who make every effort to treat their customers like kings. Despite a language misunderstanding, they were super nice, and they even included a free pizza as an apology. The young gentleman is very passionate about their products and involves the customer in the production process. We had a lot of fun and pleasant conversations.

09/09/2025: Unfortunately, I walked back out because it's not a restaurant. I can't say anything about the food. No ambiance.

28/07/2025: Had been looking forward to a shooting star, but upon arrival we found that you could not get it and that it only offered a buffet of sandwiches. Since we were hungry we bought 2x buffet. It turned out to be boring half pieces of sandwiches on too thickly sliced rye bread. The buffet was over quickly. A dry and boring experience. The payment system did not work, the waiter ran around confused and forgot several times what he was doing.

28/09/2025: We have just been on a weekend stay from September 26 to September 28, 2025. We come from Fredericia and on Friday afternoon I sit in the car and read the various other people's reviews and some where I sit and worry, where I think omg what have we ordered. But I have to say it was all done to shame. Delicious food and in appropriate quantities, delicious rose wine and my husband likes his red wine. Cozy little room, which was clean and neat. Servers in a super good mood and humor and fresh to humorous chat and smiling staff in general and a reasonable breakfast buffet. Cozy outdoor area and 10 minutes walk to the beach or coast if you want. Nevertheless, I would at least give 5 stars for a great stay. That said, just a few small footnotes. Maybe a mild toilet scent in the toilet in the room could be an idea (vanilla). Watercress as a garnish on the appetizer instead of parsley. And 2 extra Tonics for the Gin and Tonic Water package that you can buy. If we were to think about going north again, Aalbæk Badehotel would definitely be where we would stay again. 31/08/2025: I am allergic to gluten. We paid an extra 35 kroner for a gluten free pizza base. What was delivered was not labeled in any way as GF, and it didn't come in an aluminum pan like they are usually served. I was reassured it was gluten free and we double checked the receipt acknowledged this. But in the end, I spent more than an hour puking and in a lot of pain. Another celiac at the same party who also ate a slice had the same severe puking reaction. When we called to complain, they had the audacity to say that maybe it's because they put it on the same counter, or used the same knife as the other pizzas, or that perhaps I had a reaction to cheese. I am not lactose intolerant. I do not normally have reactions to limited cross contact. The only explanation is they sent us a totally normal pizza and never labeled anything. It is clear they do not understand safe food preparation for people with allergies. NOT SAFE FOR GLUTEN ALLERGY.

02/11/2025: 100% delicious and authentic barbecue food. The rib roast sandwiches were first class!!

23/10/2025: Quickly on the road again. A little different food as it is not a chain store but unique

30/09/2025: When we came to Det Gamle Røgeri, it was with the expectation of an experience like the last time a few years ago. It wasn't. The place looked the same as before, but Stjerneskuddet didn't. Where last time it looked like a well-composed unit, this time it was a few units that happened to be sharing the same piece of bread, which was an undercrust the knife could barely break through without the rest of the food being scattered around the plate. A messy experience, unfortunately.

05/12/2025: Just got home from a stay at your lovely hotel, it's always nice to have smiling staff, and I have to say that the new model where you can feel that you don't fall through like in the old box mattresses you had, made it so much better to sleep, so we'll be back soon.

09/08/2025: Average burger for too high a price. No fries with the burger. The chicken burger is just a breaded lump of pressed meat leftovers from the freezer Their milkshake gets a star, it's good.

08/08/2025: The burgers were the same size and taste as McDonald's. The fish was good.

10/11/2025: Uses their fast charger which is located away from the other cars

23/08/2025: We needed AdBlue and they had it in different canister sizes, very friendly service!

15/07/2025: Nice place - nice and very helpful staff. Hjørring Revyen - had booked a ticket, but I was stupid and got the days wrong... Great help from the staff, so I got a seat and didn't go in vain. Thanks for the help :)
