16/08/2025: A really mature service-minded and smiling clerk. I got the most amazing French hotdog with garlic dressing and cheese sausage. The sausage tasted fantastic, hot and not burnt. The bread was also hot and crispy on the outside. Last but not least, the sausage and bread actually went together in the long run. Thanks for a good start, on a long drive home from vacation ☀️

31/08/2025: We walked by and saw the place from the outside, which was very nice. We ordered two Salino pizzas to eat on the beach, but unfortunately we didn't like them at all. They were burnt on the edges, and the mozzarella in the middle was still raw and diced and not melted. The dough was very thick, like the pan pizzas you find in supermarkets. The price of 300 kr. was very high compared to the quality they claim to offer. It's a shame, because the place looks good from the outside, but the pizzas are definitely not. We can't recommend it.

30/08/2025: Last Thursday, to round off our holiday in Blokhus, Denmark, we had dinner at Salino. We thoroughly enjoyed it; a cheerful waiter made sure you were immediately comfortable at Salino. The food is excellent; my girlfriend and I each had the same starter, the Carpaccio, which was delicious. For our main course, she had the Pasta al Salmone (pasta with salmon), and I ordered the Filetto de Pepe (beef cooked in cognac, among other things). Both dishes were superb, truly delicious. We had a nice beer with it, and my girlfriend had a wonderful Pino Grigio. For dessert, she had the Semifreddo, and I had coffee with Baileys (and then just had another round). We had a wonderful time, and we were very happy with the food. A truly wonderful experience. If you're in Blokhus, definitely stop by Salino!

16/09/2025: Special. Renovated old building on the harbor. Comfortable, excellent breakfast. Since the building is very old, the ceilings are low.

28/08/2025: I had a little longer trip around Jutland and then I found this lovely hotel. There are many places to eat right outside the door in the harbor so there is a lot to offer in the area. Good breakfast. I would definitely go there again if I am in the area again.

13/09/2025: We stayed for two nights in May for an anniversary. In my opinion, calling the place a seaside hotel is misleading. It is more like an inn. The rooms are similar to Danhostel's rooms, but nice and clean. The food is quite good and the old inn room is very authentic. The waiter was very service-minded and nice. The breakfast was fairly boring and was served in a boring room. All in all, an ok stay, but it is not a place where you sit and enjoy yourself in the evening outside the season. And the feeling of having gotten a lot for your money was lacking, as the quality was according to the price.

31/08/2025: Got a Boomburger menu Ok meal, not too exciting. Potato bun was a bit dry Steaks were a bit overcooked and therefore not that juicy.

26/08/2025: Very bad costumer service. I accidentally ordered wrong on Wolt, I chose delivery instead of pick up. Wolt told me to call the store, which I did even before the order got accepted. I ask for them not accept, so I could reorder as Wolt asked me, to which they immediately accepted right after we spoke on the phone. The food is good but not worth the poor treatment, as a regular costumer, I would never buy from them again.
