11/10/2024: Cozy place, friendly service, the food was good and we got a much needed break

05/10/2024: Overall just a nice cafe. You can sit inside and outside. There are little things everywhere like dishes, candle holders, figures, etc., all of which you can buy. Not atypical in Danish cafes. We have seen something like this before and often find these cafés cute because they are so diverse and decorated. Prices are okay.

11/04/2025: Food was very good, service spoke German and was very friendly and helpful!

30/03/2025: Don't know what's going on in their kitchen, but yesterday 29/3-25 we got 4 pizzas that I brought home and ate.. result one who went to bed first because of a bad stomach, one who vomits and has a sore ass, one who is in pain and then me who has a really bad day with rumbling and reduced appetite.. so do something about your kitchen! Damn it.! Just for other customers out there. 🙏

26/05/2025: A curious place to step into, we didn't quite know if it was old-fashioned or trying to be trendy. 🤔 The food is ok edible, not the greatest culinary experience, but we didn't expect that either. The service was a bit too dull in our opinion, but we were able to order both food and drinks... Thanks for the food, it was much needed for us.

12/05/2025: I would have given 0 stars if possible. I have previously visited Lulu and experienced fluctuating quality of the food, but the service has usually been good. Unfortunately today I ordered take out food - including salmon and tuna - and both had a strong and unpleasant smell which indicated they were not fresh. I often eat sushi in different places and know the difference between fresh and bad fish. We contacted the restaurant to find a solution and were told that we could get our money back and then not order from there again. However, when we turned up to return the food, the refund was refused. The staff refused our card on purpose and said they couldn't pay in cash - although it later turned out they could pay out in cash. It was a very disappointing experience, both in terms of food quality and customer service. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the place and would encourage others to be careful - especially if you order raw fish, as the risk of food poisoning seems real.

11/05/2025: The steak was jet black and rock hard in the crust and well done within ik, which is what you mean when you order a red steak

11/05/2025: Never experienced worse service. THE BUFFET miserable. Tasted like it had been reheated from the day before. Go in a big arc around it!!! Frank Thisted.

22/09/2024: Had good pizzas with my little nephew. The fries were very salty, but I'm also a bit "sipped" there and think I'll ask for less salt next time. Nice place and good service.
