It was all fantastic and there is no reason to complain about the food.
06/07/2025: I've ordered from there twice now - both times I ordered with garlic and both times it was forgotten. The second time I went there to pick it up I asked if there was garlic on my pizza and they were unsure - the person asked someone else who said uh yes.
There wasn't. Get in on the action.

The burgers tasteless and dry.... actually bad taste.. fries ok and good dressing
28/04/2025: I have had food delivered twice now from Gæstgivergaarden and it has been to UG both times (Christmas and Easter). The food tastes really nice, everything is well prepared and in ample quantities and nicely wrapped. And so cool that they also offer delivery.
A warm recommendation from here.

21/07/2025: Sandwich og kakene var gode, prisen litt høy. Vi kom for lunch og det var hyggelig betjening. Vi var 6 personer og det tok litt tid for å få mat.

26/04/2025: The service was good with friendly staff. We ordered different dishes, some were ok and some was a bit disappointing. Hence only 2 stars. The servings were large, and very affordable prices.
Locals were clean and tidy.

When they were served the ice was almost melted and our drinks were very watered down.

31/08/2025: First time I've visited this place, as we usually never come this way around. It's a super nice place, the first time I've seen such an interesting place with a shop and cat theme 😅 it was cozy. The staff were super nice. The food tasted better than what you sometimes experience at rest areas. It was at least good, and the presentation is added steak sandwich, keep it up.
If we come this way around again, it will definitely be a new visit 😊
16/08/2025: Lousy coffee.
Even after 3 attempts from the employee, we were unable to get the coffee we ordered and had to leave with a 1/2 cup of the wrong coffee, but still at 42 kr. Per cup

10/08/2025: Food quite good. Maybe a different bread for the burger and Bies waffle would have fitted better. We were four and waited for the food more than 40 minutes.
27/07/2025: Kvaliteten fejler intet, men i forhold til prisen er man skudt helt ved siden af. Min søn og jeg fik husets burger til frokost, og det var da en udmærket burger, men fik en lignende på et bedre spisested i Aalborg 30 kr billigere for to dage siden, og så var den både bedre og med mere tilbehør til. Endnu være var det med stedets charcuteri brædt. Indholdet er nærmest ikke eksisterende til ca 200 kr pr person. Så kan det godt ske, at Kvaliteten er ok, men det gør det ikke alene. Til stedet fordel var venligt personale. Øllet var ok til prisen, men det bør det vel også være på et bryghus.

04/09/2025: The service was incredibly nice and friendly; the kids even got art supplies to keep them entertained while they waited.
The food was incredibly delicious, the chefs outdid themselves.
I can recommend it to everyone. 🥰
19/08/2025: Bit surprised that glass of tap water is 22kr when we usually get tap water for free and only pay for drinks. Welp…
Hamburgers were nice and waitress was kind.
We got the advertised discount for students.
