06/09/2025: held our silver wedding anniversary party at Kokkedal Slotshotel on August 2, 2025. Beforehand, we had some good talks with the party coordinator about the food, the party's progress, etc. When the day came, it was bubbles in the castle courtyard before our 70 + guests went up to the knight's hall, where the food and service were top notch. It tasted really delicious, so big praise to the chef, and the staff were extremely skilled at ensuring that no guest lacked anything. It was very, very nice, and we had a magical evening and night, where the knight's hall was transformed into a dance hall with a DJ and a bar with delicious drinks. The guests reported that the rooms at the castle were beautiful. We will be forever grateful for how wonderfully our big day went, and the guests returned with the most wonderful messages. If I were to suggest anything, it would be to have a wall built between the double beds downstairs in the apartments, as guests who don't know each other naturally don't want to sleep in the same room. And it would also be good to have a stair robot (which can be easily put away), as the knight's hall can be difficult to access for wheelchair users. But that doesn't change the fact that it was a magical party in a wonderfully beautiful castle. My and our warmest recommendations.

03/01/2025: A very nice hotel on the outskirts of Skagen. Very quiet location. There are enough parking spaces, there is a train stop nearby, which takes you easily to the center of Skagen, and it is also within walking distance. The hotel has a restaurant and a bar. The rooms are large and spacious and clean. The wellness area is particularly nice with a sauna, a whirlpool and a swimming pool. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is Scandinavian, international and very tasty. I'd love to come back there. -Tak for the holiday.-

28/04/2025: It's super cozy, but you have to remember that it's a brown tavern, and in that category it's a fantastic place, but if you expect anything else you'll quickly be disappointed.

29/08/2025: We were 12 golfers who stayed for 2 nights with breakfast and dinner. Really good food. The rooms were fine, some need a little maintenance. We had a really good stay and can definitely recommend the place

25/08/2025: Service is non existent. The guy came and ask me what I want and just left, talking with 2 other guys working in this place. Toilet lights are not working as well… Pizza tasted like over toasted bread. As far as I can remember - this is worst pizza I ever tasted. The ones you buy at supermarket frozen taste better. All in all, if you want a good food and service, go somewhere else.
