26/12/2025: You line up at the entrance… Then you are told you have a jacket on (in December) and that you have to take it off first… Then you line up in line no. 2… Then you pay 75,- to have your jacket stored 💸 Then you line up again in the first line… Then the doorman tells you that it is full… Then you wait even longer… After 20 minutes at the door you get in… Then you line up in line no. 3 - now to the bar… Then you get to the bar… Then you wait for a bartender… Then you order your drinks… Then you see the bartender go over and take other orders… Then you see the bartender make their drinks… Then the bartender comes back… Then someone from the group tries… Then you see the bartender go over and take other orders again… Then you see the bartender make the other people’s drinks once more… Now you think: I don't bother anymore!… Then you go out and stand in line no. 4… Then you get your jacket and then you go somewhere else 🤬

22/12/2025: I had an extremely frustrating experience after a visit where I bought a bottle of champagne for 1,300 kr. The amount was charged twice on my card within a few minutes of each other. Since then, I have repeatedly tried to contact the place via email to have the error clarified, but have not received any kind of response. No explanation, no apology, no solution. It gives a very unprofessional impression when you: • charge money twice • do not respond to inquiries • and leave the customer alone with the problem I have therefore had to involve my bank to have the matter handled, which should never be necessary with such an obvious error. Can not recommend the place in any way – neither in terms of service, responsibility nor customer handling.

14/03/2026: Got food delivered, it was so good and there was a lot of it, so everyone was well fed. Friendly staff who greeted you with a smile.

28/07/2025: Had been looking forward to a shooting star, but upon arrival we found that you could not get it and that it only offered a buffet of sandwiches. Since we were hungry we bought 2x buffet. It turned out to be boring half pieces of sandwiches on too thickly sliced rye bread. The buffet was over quickly. A dry and boring experience. The payment system did not work, the waiter ran around confused and forgot several times what he was doing.

17/08/2025: After using cafe kled many times, I can no longer order my takeaway food from them. What I usually order cannot be ordered, and the lady/girl on the phone never gets that order.

24/10/2025: Big portions 🙌 Friendly host 👋 Don't expect high gastronomy, but more like a grill bar with bluetooth speakers and deep fryers. On this basis, the place gets my recommendation 😊

05/08/2025: Nice young people in the restaurant and kitchen are fine. Rooms are ok and it is clean. We had booked 4 nights and after 2 the weather was bad, so we stayed at the hotel to have lunch and then go out. We couldn't get that despite it clearly stating it is possible on the hotel's website.! They didn't have time due to a party of 100 people in the evening. We could walk into town (in pouring rain and with poor walking). Another comment that they were baking bread, but my expression resulted in "I can go out and ask", but we gave up and checked out on Monday instead of Wednesday. We paid for the entire stay with all expenses, because that is what we had booked. The hotel should consider whether they will put resources in place to suit, or either run a hotel or only parties. We have now been to Hotel Søparken 3 times... first, only and last.

03/08/2025: A lovely place with really good with friendly staff, so we took an extra day

09/04/2026: The restaurant is more like a dockside canteen. The staff is very friendly and the portions are very large and quite inexpensive, but my family was very disappointed and angry with me for my dining choice. 😀 The fries were way too salty, the fish and chips were 90% breaded, the sauce was too dark and overpowering, and overall there was hardly any flavor. A real disappointment, and I could have saved my money. Oh yeah, and it reeked of sweat and smoke everywhere.

23/10/2025: Located in the middle of Hjørring. Walking distance to restaurants, discos and attractions (museum and such). Nice staff! Breakfast was simple with bread, freshly baked rolls and cold cuts! Various drinks. Decent rooms with WiFi and TV. Decent bathroom. Quiet and peaceful place!

04/10/2025: Brown and nice in the middle of Vesterbro. Large venue and varied clientele. High party factor on a Friday afternoon.

28/10/2025: We always visit Espresso House whenever we visit Denmark. First time visit this Espresso House shop. Quite satisfied.

22/04/2026: Standard McD food. Kids area is only 3x3m playground inside. Should have prioritized their playground alittle more. Its afterall often the Kids, that decide they want McD 😁

I order Kentucky Chicken as take away 360 g 141kr yeah okay food is better for free but then you pack like that once… I mince words….. 2 dry chickens from some assorted supermarket and overturned salad and soft fries that I hadn’t had enough of and then served in a pizza tray for a UFO pizza I even checked your website first regarding the chicken and sure enough it says breaded chicken fillet…. Yes that’s good
