20/11/2024: Got wiener schnitzel as takeaway. It was just good and even a fair price. Enjoy it in the associated car park in our camper. Would love to come again.

We arrived late in the evening and were initially given a nice room on the 5th floor. However, when I informed the hotel that we had a small dog (a Chihuahua), our room was changed to an underground room in the parking area, with the only entrance from the parking lot. I attempted to change the room, but I was told that guests with pets are required to stay in these underground rooms. I find this unacceptable for two main reasons. Firstly, we paid the same amount as other guests, and secondly, it should be clearly stated on the booking website or the hotel’s official page that guests with pets will be placed in underground rooms with a view of the parking area. According to my booking, we were supposed to have a carpeted room with a city view. Additionally, there was no fire alarm in the room we were given, which is a serious safety concern. I rarely write negative reviews, but this hotel fell far below my expectations. Their treatment of guests with pets is terrible and, frankly, feels like harassment toward pet owners. We have traveled all over Europe and have never encountered such an attitude — it’s truly a shame! Another important point to consider is that people book hotels for safety. They expect to be separated from the outside world by a reception and corridors, yet I was deprived of this basic service as a paying guest. I was even forced to attend breakfast separately from my husband because I couldn’t leave my 16-year-old dog alone in the room, which I believe to be unsafe. I have never experienced such terrible treatment, and I urge you to take action regarding this matter.

27/09/2024: Was here for a wedding where we were also sleeping. Rooms was nice and clean. But a bit expensive I would say.

01/11/2024: When they just opened this was my favorite place to get sushi. It tasted fantastic. But here over the last while it has really become a piece of shit. Several of the times I've been here now, the rice on the sushi hasn't been fully cooked so it's crunchy, the salmon is sour and the whole thing is miserable. And half the time we can order the same thing over and over again with no luck getting it to work at all! The price is otherwise fine and the same with the service, which is without contact with a person but over the phone. Sys, on the other hand, the sushi could use a little extra help here at the end!

09/10/2024: Got a burger where the steak was fried, maybe 5 min. too much, a dry burger bun, and a Belgian waffle for dessert, a very dry waffle, I think it might have been made long before we needed it and kept warm in an oven, if there hadn't been ice cream it would have been inedible, , the food was ordered as deals, so the food doesn't have to be so bad, you don't see me and the others in the company anymore

20/10/2024: My family gets together only only once or twice a year and we met at Rustik this year for lunch. Because we don't get together often, we really hoped for a good experience. Well, it more than met our expectations. The ambience is lovely, the staff welcoming and our table of nine was ready when we arrived. The food was delicious, ample portions and the menu selection suited our various dietary requirements. Highly recommend Rustik!

11/10/2024: Unfortunately I didn't like the restaurant that much. I had promised myself more. The service was okay, but no one even asked if everything was okay or if we still had a request. Unfortunately, the food wasn't convincing either. My burger was OK, but not really great. The fries were already lukewarm when the food came. The lobster was probably pretty good. But with a restaurant like this and the prices, I would have expected fresh vegetables (there weren't any) and at least - if no other potato varieties - home-made fries, no frozen food.

31/10/2024: Fantastic experience on the 1st visit. What a good atmosphere and hospitality from the moment you step through the door. Delicious food and lots of it. Sweet and friendly, cheerful service creates a good atmosphere, also between guests. Ended with Martin Kanstrup on stage. We will definitely come again.

12/08/2024: We ate randomly in this place one evening in August, seeing as many other places had rejected us because it was after 8pm (!). Here they let us sit and we asked if it was possible not to eat at the buffet but to order a la carte and we were immediately offered the menu. The food was cooked expressly and was all good and fresh, with an absolutely acceptable price. Thank you for your hospitality and courtesy.
