09/11/2024: More than €100 for a mini starter and two main courses… the quality was not at all there, apart from the impeccable service. We paid 4€ for water in a CARAFE A small starter at €30 with almost no lobster, but there are plenty of frozen fries. In short, I advise you to move on if you come to the area.

24/10/2024: Først en skøn frisk og sprød fiskefilet med frisk kogt hummer. Den efterfølgende tatar var lige så god med svampecreme og pocheret æg. Betjeningen, som vi forstod var to yngre kvinder fra Polen og Ukraine, var nærværende og venlig - præcis som den slags skal være!!

07/11/2024: We had dinner here with 5 people. Great atmosphere, very very friendly and courteous service. The food is second to none. The fish was wonderfully tender and perfectly served. The vegan burger was also a real delight. Anyone who is nearby should stop by here. We'll definitely be back. 👍

04/11/2024: Rarely have I experienced something so unfriendly. The night before you spend good money on mediocre food and portions that are far too small. The children enjoyed making candles (we were also ripped off here. We were told a price of 79 crowns per candle, when they were finished they suddenly wanted 99 crowns, that's not possible!) and were told that we had to make the candles on Pick it up the next day between 12 p.m. and 3 p.m. and the children can then decorate them with glitter. When we arrived around 2:40 p.m. the owner was very stressed, she wanted to finish work and would now just wait for us. The tone and manner didn't work at all. After we were there for the second time and experienced the unfriendly manner, we will NEVER see this restaurant with its current staff again!!! I hope that a great successor will be found, because the ladies no longer feel like continuing with this, they said that themselves! Maybe under new management, you can eat there again... That remains to be seen!

30/10/2024: Very unfriendly staff, candles are advertised as cheaper, but then cost 20 crowns more. If you come in the afternoon you may be kicked out of the restaurant. Otherwise good food 👍

11/11/2024: The sushi was decent, but nothing extraordinary. The staff was rude and the service was incredibly slow. Given the price, I was expecting much more. The decor was average – there are better Japanese restaurants out there.

25/10/2024: It has been a SUPER pleasure to eat at Lake Side in Ry. Have now visited the place several times and each time a pleasure, super service and delicious food of the highest quality. We will of course come again. The best recommendations. Kim and Dorthe

25/09/2024: Now this was a surprise - a swift family get together before going on vacation ended up in a sublime food experience. The chef had his - I decide everything even g !! And we highly recommend you to go along with it - super gourmet- all materials being used for the dishes- made the experience being lifted even more Great wines going along with the menu Will be back

19/10/2024: Vi var på Kædeby caféen i efterårsferien og fik lækker mad. Vi var 4 voksne og bestilt 4 forskellige retter/menuer. Rigtig lækre forretter, kødet til hovedretterne var stegt som bestilt. Især oktobermenuen er lækkert sammensat og gode råvare. Der var lidt ventetid på maden, men der var også fuldt hus og flere af bordene blev besat flere gange.

18/10/2024: Vi ankommer og bliver taget godt imod. Stedet er pænt og rent og velbesøgt. Vi bestiller drikkevarer var iskolde som det skal være. Men så stopper den gode oplevelse hurtigt. Vi bestiller henholdsvis Wienerschnitzel stegt flæsk og rødspætte. Spætten var så tør som den kunne blive. Flæsk var kedelig og blød schnitzlen var godkendt men kartoflerne var kolde og der var både stegte og kogte blandet sammen. Vi valgte is til dessert det var ok. Vi valgte ikke at kommentere tingene for tror ikke der ville komme noget bedre ud af køkkenet for så var det vil kommet fra starten af. Prisen var sådanset ok hvis bare oplevelsen fulgte med.

03/10/2024: Really fresh fish and chips. Exactly the kind of food you need in a seaside town.

02/10/2024: Personalen trevlig, maten jättegod, stämningen avslappnad. Vi trodde att vi skulle komma till en restaurang. Men det visade sig vara ett hål i väggen i ett matkvarter. Jättetrevligt!

31/10/2024: A very large selection of fish and seafood. Very good quality.

29/10/2024: As is well known, taste can be debated, but we as a family agree that it was just bad. The calamari rings consisted almost entirely of batter, the fish 'n chips just tasted oily and even the fries were soggy and probably in the same deep fryer?! The fish sandwich was “okay” but not great either. From our point of view, unfortunately a lot of money was paid for nothing!
