27/05/2026: Delicious food: monkfish fillet with lemon butter, roasted potatoes, and a side salad. The owner is incredibly friendly and welcoming – I'd love to come back anytime!

16/05/2026: A beautifully decorated restaurant. Small menu with fresh ingredients. Everything is prepared and served with great care. We had the fish soup, the fish platter, and the schnitzel. The fish soup is a must-try. We've rarely had such delicious fish soup. The fish platter was generous and very tasty with four different kinds of fish. We will definitely be back.

26/10/2025: I went with my friend for Copenhagen dining week, and it was about 385 dkk each for a five course meal, and we were both very happy with our experience! The dishes were wonderful, the sushi was great, and the meat sticks were very tender and nice. We really liked the croquettes (korokke) and sushi in particular.

18/10/2025: We came two days in a row. No matter what you choose, everything is amazing. The staff is very friendly and helpful in choosing a menu based on your taste. I highly recommend it. The beef tataki is my favorite.

17/07/2026: We had to go to the waiter and ask for more drinks. Our main course arrived 80 minutes later, after we had reminded him again.

06/07/2026: Food is average, but maybe that is relative for Copenhagen. Our salads came with zero dressing. Would have mentioned this to the server if she had ever come to ask. Overall the food is average. I’d never come back if I lived here. Again, maybe this is a Copenhagen issue as the food here is underwhelming and expensive.

06/07/2026: Unfortunately, we had to wait quite a while for the waiter, and then for our order. The service wasn't particularly welcoming, unfortunately. However, the oysters were delicious. Although, in my opinion, they were served too simply—an empty, unadorned plate with sauce and lime. I wouldn't go back to this establishment, unfortunately.

29/09/2025: We came after closing time on their last day of opening for the season. But we were allowed to get something anyway. It tasted good as always, and nice service. Good job👏🏻

22/08/2025: My friend and I ate 4 times at Røgeriet. We love fish and we had plenty of it. Everything we ate was fresh and well-cooked. The service was great and they asked if everything was ok, if we needed anything. The atmosphere was nice and the staff were fresh and nice. Definitely a place to recommend and we would like to come again and again and again. 10 stars and lots of hugs from Lena and Gitte to Røgeriet.

09/06/2026: Underwhelmed by allocated table size, we weren’t inspired to order much. So, we simply went with the cliche dishes. Freshness of seafood was delightful tho being one of many shops in an open carpark diluted any appeal. It was very reasonably priced and table service was fantastic.

07/07/2026: We had ordered a dish. We didn't know that fries weren't included, but they were on the plate. When we got the bill they cost 45 kr extra per person. That's how you increase turnover and we had eaten them. Also, it's a bit bad that they don't accept regular Dankort, but only foreign cards. And we are in Denmark after all!

09/11/2025: We got turned away, she told us that there was no tables free despite there being multiple tables free inside and outside with the heaters on and no reserved signs on any, it was very strange.

06/11/2025: I visited Hooked Restaurant in May 2024. Tried the Mac and cheese appetizer and it was delicious. The lobster roll was pretty good too. The fish and chips was ok. Overall, the staff were friendly and made me feel welcome. The restaurant is also cozy and warm. For my full review, pls check out my video diary in my YouTube Channel!

15/06/2026: Fantastic restaurant. You'd be hard pressed to find a more beautiful location. 50 m from the North Sea/West Sea with panoramic views from all over the restaurant. Really good service and fantastic dishes.

09/05/2026: Ordering 4 x the large menu. The good thing is clearly the location and what a view you can get from being there. It is nice and beautiful inside and nice to see the sunset. The service is also just top notch and super nice staff with smiles, humor and yes, it played I don't understand in any way that they have a Michelin star. Super many nice dishes that are actually tasted fine, but I almost want to be nice and just write that at least 50% of the dishes are almost indifferent. It's not new, it's not an explosion of taste in the mouth. Most dishes were very oily and some combinations were almost unpleasant in the mouth. It's always a matter of taste, but for 1500kr per person ONLY for the food, in my opinion it should play MAX, and unfortunately it just doesn't. I think they live on the fact that there is no good food in Lønstrup, and that's what can make them stay afloat. The price set for what you got for the money was completely off, unfortunately - try it yourself if you feel like throwing a good fight after a "maybe" good experience.

12/11/2025: Great restaurant that really stands out from the other smokehouses on the island. We were there one evening during the autumn holidays and had a buffet, which had a large selection. Not everything tasted equally good, for example the shrimp which is also mentioned in other posts.
