08/11/2025: Better than average, actually really good. Got a takeaway and ate at the restaurant. Their kimchi is fantastic, and salads are top notch. Sushi is really good. Nice and clean place, with plenty of space.

04/11/2025: At first glance it looks like a mediocre place, not the larger decor in this room, we got sweet and friendly service and a nice introduction to the concept we chose sushi ad libitum, I don't know sushi enough to know if it's 100% in the cupboard but I can tell you it was nice and very tasty and really delicious and nicely presented, tampure 🍤 and the chicken was so well cooked and their lamb was really good lots of food and sweet service this is really recommended

04/01/2026: We bought excellent fish sandwiches there. One salmon and one herring sandwich. Both were delicious. Total: 70 crowns, which we thought was okay.

26/01/2025: A cozy restaurant. We stopped by in January, and there were seats available. Great view of the water. Prices are in the mid-range, the food is top notch, and the waiters have a twinkle in their eye. We had oysters and Moules frites, and can definitely recommend them both 🙏. They also have meat dishes by the way 😉 We'll be back 😊 .. and thanks for the food, and good service!

05/08/2025: The restaurant lives up to the reviews. Delicious food, great atmosphere and nice staff. I love that there are different glasses and plates and that everything doesn't have to be so correct. And yet it is very proper and the food is top notch.

13/09/2025: I visited ILUKA about a year ago, and it’s still one of the meals I think of whenever I think back to Copenhagen. Everything was so flavorful I could hardly sit still while eating, and even the simple oysters were outstanding. I’d love to come back again!

27/12/2025: Excellent service and excellent food. Everything was freshly prepared and absolutely delicious. We especially enjoyed the house burger and the chicken burger. Because of our dog, we sat outside. In December, we were sheltered on the terrace and enjoyed fantastic sunshine with a view of the small harbor. Highly recommended :-)

10/12/2025: I got a house burger with an extra steak. Even though the steaks were well-done, they were good and juicy. The dressing, which was homemade, tasted great on the burger. Good thick and crispy cucumber slices and fresh salad. The fries could have been fried a little more, at least for my taste, but they were big and beautiful, and the homemade dill dressing that comes with them tasted absolutely fantastic. A good portion. I definitely didn't leave hungry. It's a fish shop and bistro in one, with a view of the harbor. Nice clean surroundings. Nothing flashy, but it works and is proper, and the service was really good. All in all, a super nice experience.

01/10/2025: We celebrated our wedding at Viva and could not be happier that we chose this place for our special day. We started with our wedding ceremony on the deck, which was magical and very cozy. After that, we enjoyed a fantastic three-course menu. The chef ensured that all dietary requirements were met, and everyone was absolutely speechless about the food. The lovely team at Viva took great care of our guests, it truly felt like they were part of our party. Our host, Buster, was very easy to communicate and plan with, and he made sure we felt in good hands throughout the entire planning process.

23/10/2025: Had booked dinner at Hummer via a deal. All in all a good evening and we left the restaurant very full after more than two hours. Relatively few guests on a Wednesday evening so easy to get a seat and the noise level very low. The food was generally good with pasta orzo as the absolute highlight. The Tataki dish apparently contained sun-dried tomatoes which were absolutely inedible (tough) so they were left on the plate. The dessert was a bit messy and nothing to write home about. All in all an okay experience - but not 5 stars in some categories.

23/11/2025: Lovely evening at NerD. We had their Christmas lunch with 8 courses and four glasses of wine. Everything was first class. Good atmosphere, sweet and skilled service, tasty wine and incredibly good and exciting food. We would love to come back.

31/10/2025: First of all, we sat and froze! Ordered 3 courses. Sat and waited an hour for the starter, without any snacks or bread. The Frederikshavn toast tasted like the tasteless virgin lobster bisque, just thickened. Waited half an hour more for the next course, the fish was full of bones (which the waitress did make us aware of in advance….-but that didn't make the experience any better!!! They had run out of one dessert and the other - the panna cotta had a nasty sour taste. The waitress apologized for the wait after we complained and said that the chefs had a big business elsewhere in town. We should have at least been given AN extra glass of wine for the long wait!

09/07/2025: Had been looking forward to visiting Læsø for 2-3 years and tasting the exquisite lobster hotdog - and finally we arrived, Nøjh where it tasted absolutely wonderful - were served by 2 very smiling, sweet and welcoming waitresses, even though it was fully booked and very busy - the highest recommendations from here

16/09/2025: Delicious shooting star with pan-fried fresh plaice, steamed as well and lots of shrimp. We asked for rye bread with it and got it deliciously warm toasted. Super sweet and friendly service. For dessert we bought ice cream from the same place's ice cream parlor - yummy. So from us, a big THANK YOU for a cozy and good experience. We'll be back!

16/09/2025: We ordered herring, hoping for a typical Danish culinary experience. We were served very sweet, industrial-flavored herring with a caper, a few red onion rings, and three thin slices of bread, all for 159 DKK each!! And we had to pay 35 DKK for tap water! TAP WATER!!! Don't go there, it's a tourist trap!
