25/07/2025: This is something special, the deliberate rustic atmosphere is perfectly matched with the hearty food that will make any lover of classic Danish food happy. Good portions and a love for the food shines through all the way.

Silden var træt og ikke afkølet.
Smøret meget blødt.
Og ikke mindst en klump ost vi alle kunne stå og røre ved.
Det skulle være skåret. Resten af osten var mangelfuld.
Skal siges vi gik til buffet kl. 13.15
Og den ville være slut kl. 14. Blev vi indformeret om.
Men stadig skal den jo fyldes op.
Op smøret være på køl.
God steg og hamburgerryg 👍
Så prisen alt for høj. 179 kr.
på festival bænke og du skal selv rydde af bordet.

02/03/2025: Everything was great. Cozy atmosphere. Delicious food. The staff is great! The girls are very nice. Only light soft music was missing.
26/01/2025: A cozy restaurant. We stopped by in January, and there were seats available. Great view of the water. Prices are in the mid-range, the food is top notch, and the waiters have a twinkle in their eye. We had oysters and Moules frites, and can definitely recommend them both 🙏. They also have meat dishes by the way 😉
We'll be back 😊

16/09/2025: We ordered herring, hoping for a typical Danish culinary experience. We were served very sweet, industrial-flavored herring with a caper, a few red onion rings, and three thin slices of bread, all for 159 DKK each!! And we had to pay 35 DKK for tap water! TAP WATER!!!
Don't go there, it's a tourist trap!
16/09/2025: Delicious shooting star with pan-fried fresh plaice, steamed as well and lots of shrimp. We asked for rye bread with it and got it deliciously warm toasted. Super sweet and friendly service. For dessert we bought ice cream from the same place's ice cream parlor - yummy. So from us, a big THANK YOU for a cozy and good experience. We'll be back!

26/09/2025: I think it was a very negative atmosphere on the part of the waiters and when you had to choose food from the menu they came back relatively quickly so you didn't have time to choose anything.
15/09/2025: A really cozy place. Fantastic and good service, and they can make a lot of their food gluten-free - including the shooting stars.

24/06/2025: Som altid var betjeningen i top. Vi fik et bord kl 18.30 til 4 Pers. Sankt Hans uden at have bestilt. Super lækker fisk n’ chips. Frisk smagfuld fisk, lækker hjemmelavet sauce tartare, gode fritter og sprød salat med perfekt dressing. Hertil et fantastisk glas dansk Clairette. Hyggelig indretning og stemning. Vi kommer igen til juli og august

30/09/2025: When we came to Det Gamle Røgeri, it was with the expectation of an experience like the last time a few years ago.
It wasn't.
The place looked the same as before, but Stjerneskuddet didn't. Where last time it looked like a well-composed unit, this time it was a few units that happened to be sharing the same piece of bread, which was an undercrust the knife could barely break through without the rest of the food being scattered around the plate. A messy experience, unfortunately.

13/10/2025: We ate there with our children. Everything was perfect. The kids had fish and chips, and we had tuna steak and plaice. It was delicious, and we were full. It wasn't exactly cheap, but it was okay.

We share several dishes so you can taste different things.
They only speak English, otherwise you have to point to the dish on the menu when you order.
03/09/2025: Chicken sate greatly overcooked with watery sauce. Entree was penang curry with tofu - not good, few vegetables and no brocoli as promised.

09/07/2025: Had been looking forward to visiting Læsø for 2-3 years and tasting the exquisite lobster hotdog - and finally we arrived, Nøjh where it tasted absolutely wonderful - were served by 2 very smiling, sweet and welcoming waitresses, even though it was fully booked and very busy - the highest recommendations from here

09/10/2025: Disappointing experience
Went to Anker to celebrate a birthday. We chose the steak and there was not one element of the dish that lived up to expectations. A boring and tough piece of meat. A sauce that mostly tasted of salt and bland French fries. And not even particularly cheap.
I have subsequently spoken to several people who have had the same experience. Will never come back.
28/09/2025: Exceptional service from our waiter – truly a gem! Having enjoyed Fish & Chips many times in the UK, I can honestly say this was the best I’ve ever had. It was prepared to perfection by a highly talented Greek chef. A wonderful place with an amazing atmosphere, right by the harbour – absolutely worth a visit.
