06/09/2025: Got 2 pizza and 2 Durum, the pizzas a little overcooked at the edges. Otherwise delicious

13/08/2025: We spontaneously decided to visit Café Luccas and got a table right away. We both ate a pizza and enjoyed a drink and were very satisfied.

31/01/2026: An excellent and well-organized supermarket. You can still find most things here, at reasonable prices. The staff is service-minded, friendly and thinks the best of the customers. But it can be challenging to find staff in some of the different departments.

31/08/2025: There were four of us in the restaurant, including a small child, and we received very friendly and attentive service. The portions of fish and pasta we ate were very generous. The amount of salmon pieces in the pasta was a bit large, which is unusual. We would be happy to return.

10/01/2026: Really delicious food with large portions for cheap money. The food was super well seasoned with surprisingly tender meat and plenty of rice and liquid. All in all, a place I would definitely visit again despite the slightly sketchy facade

10/09/2025: A very warm welcome 😊 We had a spot in the front row with a view of the islands. The toilets and showers were very clean and were cleaned every morning. This was our second time here and we'd love to come back.

11/01/2026: Cafe Korn in Holbæk We had Sunday brunch (buffet) Friendly staff welcomed us on a busy day with many people. A table was quickly cleared and made ready for us. The place itself is cozy. The chairs are a bit questionable though and I had to change chairs to a less unsafe (but also unsafe chair) Even the experience with the buffet. There was no more cutlery (had to ask for it) There were no more glasses for juice (had to ask for it) The selection in the buffet. Cheese was very sparse, a slice of cheese on a slice cheese grinder that didn't work. No wholemeal bread? Jam jars that were almost empty. The yogurt portion was a small glass of skyr with 2 blueberries on it? Regarding eggs, it was portion bowls which is very nice but the content per bowl was far too little.

24/10/2025: The place where silence smells of coffee and every mug preaches a sermon on simplicity. It was 11:17, the sun was slowly rising over Ringsted, and Els was sitting across from me in her leather jacket from the Etsy shop Johnny’s Vintage & Leathers—as if she’d just stepped out of a Scandinavian arthouse film. She said, “Harm, this isn’t a café. This is a sacred space with milk froth.” And she was right. Soft jazz played inside, the barista smiled Danish-style—friendly, but without emotion. The cappuccino was creamy, the air dry, the atmosphere as tight as a new belt. I thought of Etsy, of craftsmanship, of how leather lives and coffee does the same: it ages well, gains depth, character, patina. Els leafed through a Danish advertising brochure as if it were a holy book. She pointed to a selection of chairs and said, "Look, Harm, leather is everywhere, except where it belongs." I nodded, stroked my genuine leather cuff, and thought of Johnny's Vintage & Leathers—how every product has a human quality, a warmth in a world that increasingly resembles a showroom. Café Ingeborg isn't a hotspot, not a trendy filter bubble. It's a place where time goes to get coffee. Where the aroma of beans and leather merge into one thought: it's not about new, but about authenticity.

06/08/2025: The shop is small and cozy, I've used it a lot. But 63 kr for an iced coffee too go, that's really a high price. A plastic cup with ice cubes, syrup, filled with oat milk and a shot of coffee. That's crazy. In addition, there was way too much oat milk in relation to the coffee. It didn't taste like... Coffee. The young, sweet clerk couldn't help it, because she just makes it the way they usually do. Asked for a little more coffee, but wasn't impressed. Either too bad coffee, or way too much oat milk, I don't know. In any case, not worth the money!

06/09/2025: Unfortunately, the waiters speak little to no German! With a lot of goodwill, we got what we wanted, and it tasted delicious 👍 👌 We'd be happy to come back.
