12/03/2025: A hotel where you feel welcome, lovely and informal staff who meet you already upon arrival and the food is a chapter in itself and the rooms can compete with the best and more expensive hotels.
We have been coming here for many years and we will keep coming, but remember don't come too many few there is no room for the regulars😀😀😀😂😂

14/01/2025: We have come from Copenhagen to spend the day. After seeing the impressive Viking city of Roskilde we stopped at this Street Food that I recommend 100%, one of the best hotdogs we have ever eaten. Roskilde is known for its hotdogs and they couldn't be better. We tried Lene’s Smovser, Jyde Hotdog and Fransk Hotdog. We repeat Lene's Smovser, brutal!!

27/09/2024: Restaurantens beliggenhed ved havnen er intet mindre end fantastisk - med en smuk udsigt, der sætter rammen for en uforglemmelig oplevelse. Maden var som altid vidunderlig, med lækre retter, der både overrasker og forkæler smagsløgene. Det hele fuldendtes af det skønne værtspar Lea og Søren, som med deres varme og nærvær gør
besøget endnu mere særligt. Fem stjerner herfra - en perle, der absolut er et besøg værd

12/03/2025: Great place if you want to be creative. Good for alone time and also great for a meet up with friends or a date. And you don't have to be "gifted" in the creative department to create something unique. Seriously. Just check their Instagram for inspiration. I've been here around 8 times now. And I loved each and every time and creation so far.

04/03/2025: Har nu fået seks takeaways fra Stacys Diner i løbet af de sidste fjorten dage. Vi kan ikke sætte en finger. Lækre sprøde pomfrits, burgere hvor bøffen har været stegt perfekt, hot wings der har været perfekt krydret og det hele har været frisklavet og varmt. Kun de varmeste anbefalinger herfra.
27/02/2025: A great burger restaurant. The ambience is really well done in American style.
The burgers and especially the meat were so tasty, fried to perfection and just delicious. We sat in the yellow American school bus that is attached to the sides of the building. A great team who looked after us in a very friendly manner. Keep it up 👍

20/03/2025: Had a lovely evening with my wife at Disotto. Our table was not available on arrival, we were served a glass of lovely Prosecco while we waited. We chose a couple of Bruchetta breads for starters with a glass of white wine, really delicious and tasty. For the main course we had pasta with salmon and a pizza with a good Amarone served in a glass. The food fully met our expectations and you can taste the ingredients and the love that goes into the preparation. The service was top notch, smiling and attentive. We will then come again for another experience.

11/03/2025: I have been a regular guest for two years. And belongs to the recurrent category for a long time. The first time I was surprised to experience a place of this level in Jyderup - but immediately recognized several of the place's artworks from "Bankeråt" in the capital.
The atmosphere and the care of the waiters is so nice. But, undeniably also important: the dishes are lovely and served in good size. Soft music - typically old classics - allows for good conversation. Fine.
Café Forsinket is a gift to Jyderup and our guests.
19/01/2025: Et sted med egenart og hyggelig betjening. Maten er bestandig god og forholdsvis rask servering.Alt ettersom hvor mange besøkende det er der selvfølgelig. Vi hadde frokost steak og Rabarber/jordbær trifli. Porsjonene er rikelig og vi tok derfor en dessert på deling. På høyttalerene spilles det behagelig musikk og interiøret er en opplevelse i seg selv. Vi kommer meget gjerne tilbake!

16/02/2025: Good selection of coarse buns for DKK 7.50. the piece. We tasted the Buster and another very coarse bun, both tasty and very filling.
The old-fashioned Mardi Gras buns are really good and have a delicious twist with chocolate pieces in the filling and Smarties in the glaze, which more bakers should try. The ratio between cream and bun was also very good.
By the way, there was already an enticing smell of lots of pastries when we stopped outside. It was a welcoming welcome.
