17/06/2025: I have been a regular customer at Rådhuskælderen for many years and can honestly say that it is one of the city's absolute best places to eat. Every time I step into the charming cellar rooms under the old town hall, I am greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is always smiling, present and professional, and you quickly feel like part of the family. The food has always been top-notch. It is a restaurant that you return to again and again, and that you are happy to recommend to both locals and visitors to Roskilde. Thank you for many good times, and I am already looking forward to my next visit! — A very satisfied regular customer

21/06/2025: ⸻ Amazing stay at Hotel Kristene – 5 stars! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Kristene! The hotel exudes that special, charming Danish atmosphere – cozy, tasteful and with lots of atmosphere. Everything is decorated with love for detail, and you feel at home from the moment you step through the door. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. You are greeted with smiles, warmth and genuine interest – it makes a huge difference! The breakfast was delicious, the room clean and comfortable, and the surroundings quiet and relaxing. We would love to come back and highly recommend Hotel Kristene. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

08/06/2025: Originally gave a less good review, Due to good communication with Asger who was very professional and service oriented. The review is based on the quality of the food, which cannot be compared to anything else in the area.

18/05/2025: After my first not so successful visit, Asger gave me the opportunity to try what their Pizza Ad libitum experience should have been like, and it is definitely much better! The first time I spent 1.5 hours to be served 7 slices of pizza one by one with up to 20 minutes in between each. With the new concept, you end up getting one variant as a whole pizza, or 2 variants as two half pizzas. You can even choose which pizzas you would like to avoid. You couldn't do that before. This time it only took just over 30 minutes from ordering to being served 4 half pizzas with 4 variants. Some according to your wishes and others just randomly from the menu. Madden, as always, there was nothing to complain about! Super good pizzas and super good dips for the crusts! Services were more or less only in English. Not a problem for me, and it only added a little to the charm in my opinion. The atmosphere also seemed better in general, both for guests, kitchen and other staff. Conclusion. With the new concept, the food is faster, you can choose the varieties you want, and it puts less pressure on the staff in general. It seems that there are more tables available, as they become vacant faster. Great experience, and I will definitely return to Asgers Bar with family and friends!!

15/06/2025: Vi holdte vores datters konfirmation hos Baum. Super dejligt sted. Fin udsigt over åen. Lækker tapas buffet. Personalet havde fuldstændig styr på det hele. Vi var i trygge hænder hele eftermiddagen og aftenen. Kan klart anbefales.

22/07/2025: Har netop spist frokost på Nokken to gange. Superfine oplevelser med venligt personale og rigtigt godt og flot smørrebrød til en fair pris. Lokalet kunne måske være noget mere maritimt indrettet, når det nu hedder Nokken

12/07/2025: Got the gourmet burger and it's one of the best burgers I've ever had, including many high end restaurants in Copenhagen. The ingredients complimented each other beautifully, and while the bacon often overshadows the rest of the ingredients, it was wonderfully subtle, and I swear that it tasted vaguely of chocolate somehow. There are pictures of burgers with fresh cucumbers but they were thankfully pickled on my burger. The fries were competently made with a tasty dip. Considering that many restaurants phone it in in these turist traps, this was a welcome respite from mediocrity, for a relatively reasonable price.

27/06/2025: Always a pleasure to shop at Kagekrummen, delicious bread, cakes and sandwiches. The prices are rock bottom without compromising on quality 🤟🏽

03/05/2025: I’m visiting from abroad. I had many options for breakfast but chose Café48 because of the rating and reviews. I’m very happy with my choice. David was warm and welcoming from the very start. His culinary skills are superb. The atmosphere is hyggelit. Forgive my poor Danish. That said, dette en meget lækkert. Give it a try. You’ll soon be a regular guest.

31/05/2025: Food was good. We were offered a table for two in a bad location although 11 out of 14 table were empty, because they are very busy for the day. But literally no new customer came for the next one hour and we sit at the bicycle park..

01/07/2025: I can't remember the last time I felt so welcome at a wedding as I did at Vesterhave Vingaard. It was clear that the staff are passionate about the place and that every guest visit means something to them. It all came together as a whole and the many extra little details made the evening truly unique – and it was fun to hear stories about the winery along the way.

01/07/2025: We had a really lovely experience as guests at a wedding at the vineyard! The premises and outdoor areas were super beautiful and could easily accommodate the approx. 100 guests who were present. The wine tasting that we had with the meal was full of delicious wines from their own production and the staff was very welcoming and talked about it with enthusiasm! All in all, a really lovely evening and experience that deserves ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

22/07/2025: Super hyggeligt - og fedt med live-musik udenfor hvor vi havde bord, og kunne medbringe en hund. Tæpper og varmelamper udendørs. God mad også.

21/07/2025: Venligt personale. Uimponeret over burger. Tom tallerken med en burger på. Bestilte fries ved siden af, hvilket var ok. Indretning og koncept er klart bedre en maden.
