24/10/2025: I am a big fan of Sunset (premium member), and ALWAYS choose it over other fast food but this "restaurant" has very little to do with their franchise.. unfortunately.... 1. It was unusually dirty. All the trash cans were overfilled, as was the area where you had to put your glasses. This resulted in people just leaving their leftovers lying around (which is understandable when there is no possibility of self-cleaning). This resulted in old food and glasses on most tables, and you therefore had to clean up yourself.... In the 40 minutes we were there, we did not see a single employee on the floor, but on the contrary, unnecessarily many employees making the same burger, a bit as if it was a team task to complete each order.... Strange coordination, which results in dirty areas. 2. The food was far from Sunset's standards, not at all the same quality and composition as you are used to. Half-stale salad, no sunset seasoning on fries and most of it was quite cold. The fact that Carlsberg also provides drinks seems strange when you're used to something else from others. Sunset is a Pepsi place! 3. A bit of a bummer that my sunset premium subscription doesn't work down here. 4. Get an ordering screen so you can order yourself - it's now an expected standard in the industry - especially when you're so pressed for staff. Conclusion. It seems a bit like sunset has compromised too much with its own standards and brand, in order to meet any requirements for having a restaurant in Lalandia.

26/08/2025: The food was really good. The fries were crispy, and the burger bun wasn't soggy like at many other chains. There was no line, and everything was neat and clean. We need this chain in Germany.

21/08/2025: The Hawaiian pizza was definitely not okay, the pizza was dry, the base was very thin, hardly any cheese or pineapple was visible, we are deeply dissatisfied and will not order it again, not recommended at all

12/04/2025: The driest kebab meat you could imagine! Not much dressing and limp salad. The taste was non-existent

11/08/2025: I have placed a order at 17:43 and only had it delivered 50 mins after. Logically, my food was completely cold and one of the items were missing. I tried to get in contact to them and they ignored my complaint. Therefore I had to reheat the pizza, so I was able to eat something that I was looking forward and paid for. Never got a refund!

03/08/2025: Nice staff, a bit boring pizza. Good base with filling and taste. Price on the expensive side. But not the last time I've ordered from there. Vh

01/08/2025: The food is cold, comes too late, they say they are here but they are not there and it is cold like it has been outside for 2 hours, it takes them 1 hour and about 15 minutes to deliver the food and the fries have a lot of strange stains and taste bad

02/06/2025: Seems like a place that is winding down. Even on a very busy traveling day with loads of traffic, there was not much people. But then there were plenty of room to sit down. Menu is quite limited.

01/03/2025: Cafe with food and coffee for the trip or a good rest. Good outdoor area for children when the summer is here. Easy and accessible place with parking options for both cars and trucks.

23/07/2025: It sure smells good from this bakery! Their nut cake was to die for!

19/04/2025: There is a smell of cat pee, there is dirt everywhere and the bartenders are downright unpleasant!

18/10/2025: The cake was served cold. We asked for it to be warmed up, but even after they took it back, it was still completely cold.

02/10/2025: One lady is not very polite and she doesn't like her job!! Every time that we go there and she's working we feel like we're bothering her. Every time we see that she's there we change Starbucks for not ruin our day!

13/07/2025: Over 300 for a „buffet” for one adult and 4 years old - absolutely every single dish in buffet was cold, meat was as dry as Jesus’ sandals - knive couldn’t cut through - chips were stale, breaded fish was soggy and greasy. On the top of that I was served regular coke instead of zero, which I have specifically asked for, which made me nearly slip into coma for next few hours.

12/07/2025: Et dejligt afslappende sted i gåafstand fra Rørvig havn. Dejlig mad og vin. Rigtig god til prisen og sød og tjenstvillig betjening.

26/06/2025: Bought a student cake on 24/6 it tasted really bad and actually smelled a bit sour too so we had to go to the grocery store and buy some bread instead we will never buy bread there again and will also tell everyone we know

09/05/2025: I bought a rum ball today. It tasted like a packet of yeast rolled in crumbs. I have now sent taste samples around the family and everyone agrees that it is the most inedible thing they have ever tasted. A bit lazy when service and the atmosphere are otherwise fine.

09/08/2025: Wow.. haha who are these guests and how does a group of individuals match in vibes and go here? A superior power? A weird traction? Absolutely no clue, but I loved getting entertained by strangers dancing on tables, acting tacky. Didn’t like it

20/03/2025: Had to get up and get the food myself, to sit at the table for the week. Not particularly much filling in either one or the other. Fries were nothing to shout about either. Taste of old oil. Would not recommend

21/08/2025: Unfortunately, this is the second time they have not delivered what was ordered. They also won't refund. They were really rude to someone over the phone.

08/08/2025: I have always enjoyed my food from there, but it has been a while since I have eaten from them, due to distance. First of all, there was a shortage of food, so our 5 year old didn't get any food and we had to find a last resort when we first discovered that a Nuggets menu was missing for her. We start eating and suddenly one of us throws up the food again! A baked potato tasted like soap and was sticky 🤮 Stay away from there.

27/03/2025: Served a Greek steak that was clearly spoiled. It both tasted stale and smelled sour. I've eaten enough Greek steaks to know the difference. There was no way they would admit that the steak was spoiled but instead tried to 'blame' me for being difficult and tried to convince me it was because it was Angus meat which I knew nothing about. I now know enough that Angus meat shouldn't taste like beaten lamb or smell like sour dishcloth. DKK 114 straight down the drain. Damn it!

13/01/2025: My husband and I just went in and bought 2 durums! His was one mixed no. 55 min with bacon and chicken no. 52.. I don't know if any of it was too old, but come on!!! it has such a nasty aftertaste that I'm going to throw more than half of it out, my husband tasted it and spat it out and lost his appetite himself... So I haven't been satisfied in any case... And you have no way of sending either a text message or an email... But you have to drive for it and just get served one despite you've lost your appetite...

02/07/2025: I ordered a small Americano yesterday - it was nowhere near having seen a coffee bean. I have no doubt that the staff make the coffee as they have been instructed - so the management has decided to use as few beans as possible to "optimize" - then it is just false marketing to call it coffee - besides the fact that it is far from what other Starbicks deliver... Grab an Americano at McD - it is 18 kr. cheaper and it tastes the least bit like coffee.

11/05/2025: I found a worm in my drink and it was really unacceptable. Also, the chocolate cake didn't taste good - I regretted ordering it. I expect better quality from Starbucks.
