19/09/2024: The service was very bad the prices high I asked one more time then he just got angry never go there it's a really bad place and I can't recommend it and a bag of chips costs DKK 50 a big one and there are no prices for sweets and chips I can't recommend it and still the service and atmosphere was very bad Don't go there and now you've been warned 🥵😡😤🤬🥵☠️

29/10/2024: 0 stars!..... my daughter and I drive a motorbike and order a happymeal with nuggets, hamburger plain and a mixed team box.. when we get home there are neither toys, french fries nor nuggets in my daughter's happymeal, which was also no sour/sweet sauce for my box, and our prom fritters were cold, clammy and WET! add for a practice experience! And really practice coming home with a child who is tired but looking forward to his happymeal and then it's just such a huge disappointment... no one answers the phone when you call them. Practice practice practice!

13/08/2024: Probably the worst food you can find in the Rørvig area. Really shod Fish'n chips, thoroughly lousy. Don't waste your time and money on a place that is otherwise so beautiful. Sad with the unimaginably low level of service and quality, when all the prerequisites are there for it to be good, such as e.g. fresh fish and local products. Hopeless.

Bought a sandwich and get a bun like this (see pictures) with cheese and ham, but without cucumber, tomato or salad or a napkin. The napkin was otherwise extra needed because there was a lot of dressing smeared on top.
Price DKK 65
Took a bite and threw the rest out - inedible.
Also had to wait in the store as your employees were having a long private conversation with a customer who was apparently an acquaintance. The manager said she was sitting out the back.
Absolutely just terrible.
I have otherwise bought many times before, but at this level and price I can't stand the model.

It happens almost every time, so some money goes into the coffers without the customers getting anything for it.
