04/07/2025: It is a really wonderful experience to eat in the food cellar at Koldinghus, the surroundings in the old cellars under the castle are fantastic and very atmospheric, very good and friendly service.
Delicious and tasty dishes
A really good and lovely experience to go there.
We would love to come again another time.

01/07/2025: It doesn't feel welcome hotel everything revolves around big groups and weddings. Tables seats everything for the guests. Sad the location is beautiful. Never again!!!
30/06/2025: We ate at Café Louise, with good friends, on a beautiful summer weekday evening with a view of the water.
Delicious simple tasty meal. And the most delicious rhubarb trifle.
Kolding Fjord/Cafe Louise is my favorite place in Kolding.
I have held my 40th birthday party on a beautiful winter day, my wedding on a summer day. Come by regularly and enjoy a walk and coffee either outside or inside, enjoy the view and the beautiful buildings.
Always nice and friendly staff.

19/07/2025: Hyggelige omgivelser, fin betjening. Vi fik burger, stjerneskud og smørrebrød, samt cocktails til at starte på. Alt smagte fremragende
18/07/2025: Maden smagte godt og vi blev rigeligt mætte. Det var en rigtig god betjening. Tjeneren der serverede fortalte om maden og han kunne anbefale vine der passede til.

07/06/2025: The room clearly showed signs of wear and tear and unfortunately smelled of sewage. Most of the furniture was either broken or in such poor condition that it should have been replaced at least a decade ago.
On the other hand, the gourmet menu with accompanying wine menu really enhanced the overall experience. The sweet waiters made an effort to present both dishes and wines, and there was certainly nothing missing – neither by the glass nor on the plate. So come with a good appetite and be ready to roll back to the room with a solid brandy 😄

Graz, the owner, is fantastic, and Styrmir is just as awesome! I could go there every day and never get bored—it’s that good. If you’re looking for a fun and lively spot, this is the place to be. Don’t miss out—go check it out! You might even see me there on Friday evenings, as that’s when I’m usually around!

We were so lucky to get a table without a reservation and everybody was very friendly. We had a wonderful evening with incredible food and nice talk with one of the waiters. We will definitely come back the next time we are in Kolding.
Than you again for making our last evening of our Denmark vacation so special ❤️

Outstanding service and friendliness by everyone of the staff and absolutely delicious flavour combinations I didn't ever taste before. Every dish was explained in detail and the staff clearly love what they do.
Lively but not loud atmosphere where everyone seemed to enjoy themselves.
We will definitely recommend and visit again the next time we are in or near Kolding. A bit pricey, yes, but outstanding value for the money we paid.

10/06/2025: We were 3 people on a Saturday night, had booked a table, it is often necessary at that restaurant, we got a lovely table close to the window facing the harbor, great service from a young male waiter, and the restaurant was almost full. We ordered, like many others in the restaurant, Stjerneskud with everything, and there is nothing missing, here they also use crayfish tails on the menu, as well as delicious shrimp, boiled and fried plaice and of course a piece of salmon with black caviar and salad.
It is delicious, it is also a large meal, as long as it is fish, it does not fill up in the same way as beef.
It is always worth a visit.

16/07/2025: Selv på en regnvejrsaften var det super hyggeligt at sidde udenfor 😊 Vi fik den dejligste kyllingesalat og et skønt stjerneskud. Kan klart anbefale stedet, hvor der er sammenhæng mellem kvalitet og sted.

Meget behageligt personale , der hele tiden er disket obs på gæsterne.
