10/12/2025: Great restaurant! Definitely one of the best places I’ve tried in Kolding — and I’ve been to many of the restaurants downtown. The bread and pizza they serve here is phenomenal, and the staff and atmosphere are warm and welcoming. I’d highly recommend visiting and giving it a try.

09/11/2025: Saw the ratings and had to see if it was wort it, we even took a detour just to try this place. Totally worth it! The pastry did not disappoint: super flaky, light, perfectly sweet. sourdough bread was good too, had a subtle tang you only get when a bakery really knows what they’re doing. One of the best I’ve had recently!

30/10/2025: Wonderfully attentive and family-friendly owners and a super delicious selection of burgers. The prices are fair and the quality is worth every penny! We popped in briefly and asked if we could bring our dog inside. They said no, but they'd be happy to set up two tables outside for us – so kind of them. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

11/11/2025: Restaurant Valdemar has maintained a good level the times I have visited them. I expect an average restaurant experience (based on price and "cafe" impression) and generally find that the food served exceeds my expectations with slightly better food craftsmanship and presentation.

16/11/2025: We had our Wedding dinner at Rafaels, they have an awesome private room below. We met with the owner the day before who was great, asked us what we wanted and when we got there had the table set perfectly! All of our guests really loved the food and the drinks. It was a great event for all of us! Highly recommend for any larger events.

05/10/2025: Loud basement with no strong decoration points, food was more or less at level but not a strong taste experience. Price is really cheap compared to the offer. All you can drink is not an expected feature, which probably explains the 3 month waiting list. Lower end of fine dining

14/11/2025: Fantastic brunch. It looks really bad in the pictures but it really is great. At one point there was some kind of very loud company party going on in there, so we had to leave again as we are very sensitive to sound. Otherwise it is great.

You feel really welcome and well taken care of. We will definitely come again - and can highly recommend Johansens to visitors we are from Copenhagen, Amager ourselves

28/10/2025: Is a cozy place, with a beautiful interior, you are always welcomed nicely, by fresh young people, who very quickly find a table, and are given a menu card, with any comments on the food, if you have questions. The place is known for their pizzas, but they can certainly also make a good steak, have never had food here that was not okay. They offer Italian draft beer, it is probably worth trying, many different flavors.

19/10/2025: Excellent food in a beautifully elegant, modern atmosphere. Reasonable value for money. We'd gladly return!
