De bedste restauranter i Kolding

14/08/2026: Very nice; very good food: fresh white fish (= cod) with delicious vegetables and roasted potatoes, garnished with pea shoots (I love this herb...). As an "amuse-bouche," dark whole-grain crackers reminiscent of "Fincrisp," with a tasty dip. I thoroughly enjoyed being a guest there; the staff is incredibly friendly.

11/08/2026: Fantastic restaurent. Beef filet was excellent, and the French fries wasnkne if the best I have ever tried.

16/08/2026: This is probably the best bakery I have visited in my life. I work in sales and travel all over Germany and Denmark where I search for the best bakery’s to buy some lunch and this is by far the best. I have been here 5/6 times this year and everything I have tried is just delicious you can tell they are true craftsmen and care about what they’re selling tastes incredible.This is a must try in Kolding. I live around 100km away and is worth driving to just for their almond croissants.

16/08/2026: We went for lunch today. We hadn't booked, but they were very kind and seated us right away. It wasn't a problem for me, a celiac. They cooked an excellent gluten-free pasta Bolognese (perfectly cooked, by the way), and, a rare treat for us celiacs, I even got to enjoy dessert (mango panna cotta, out of this world!). The lasagna and pizza we ordered were also delicious: quality ingredients and true Italian flavor. We truly felt at home and recommend it to all Italians (and non-Italians) who want authentic cuisine. The owners, a lovely couple, are kind and helpful. Thank you!

09/06/2026: The hotel is beautifully situated down to Koldiing fjord with their own bridge where ships can dock. The food is really good and varied. The buildings are historic and really beautiful.

09/06/2026: We had a fantastic experience at Hotel Koldingfjord. Everything was top class! From check-in to check-out. Staff was very nice and friendly, rooms were clean, food at the restaurant tasted fantastic. There is nothing negative to say at all. Huge recommendation from here. Hotel Koldingfjord helped make our wedding day even more fantastic!

01/08/2026: It takes a while to get served because the staff are talking to each other more than paying attention to the guests. When you are finally served, however, you get your ordered food quickly and it is tasty. We had the chicken nachos, a kids' menu with chicken nuggets, and a pulled pork sandwich.

08/08/2026: Excellent Danish food buffet beautifully prepared and presented. Very professional and friendly staff. Lovely setting in the castle cellar. Very good value as well. Well worth a special bus trip!

03/08/2026: The sandwiches here are top notch – the rye bread is fresh and the filling is generous. I had a classic one with herring and it tasted fantastic.

02/08/2026: We had a really delicious shooting star with two homemade fish fillets, steamed fish, salmon and shrimp. In addition, there was some extremely delicious pickled white asparagus. The only downside was that there was so much fish that we could have used a little more bread.

16/08/2026: For some reason they didn't have a menu for normal soft drinks and sodas, so we had to ask the waiter. It's a nice and clean place. The waiter didn't explain how the dessert worked, so we had to figure it out ourselves. Apparently there is an ice cream parlor somewhere in the restaurant where you have to serve yourself, that's nice enough, we found that out when we went to the toilet. The food is OK for the price, we were there for lunch.

10/08/2026: A place I would highly recommend, the staff is very inclusive and discreet, things are done here with respect and courtesy, a wonderful relaxing place, lovely inviting rooms, everything is clean and delicious, a really good place to have fun with your partner.

11/08/2026: We're staying in the holiday home next door and ate here last night. From the outside, it's quite unassuming, but inside it's very charmingly decorated. The menu offers something for everyone, whether you're in the mood for pizza, pasta, fish, or meat. Yes, the prices are rather high, but the food was truly delicious, and you have a direct view of the Baltic Sea. The attentive service contributed greatly to a lovely evening. Thank you!

15/07/2026: The staff is so sweet and the food comes out fast. I am a huge fan of Thai food and this is my go-to spot. I can definitely recommend their Tom Kah Gai soup. The staff working today were super nice and the woman who took my order was so sweet and had the most beautiful makeup. It really made my birthday fantastic!

03/07/2026: We ate Thim Kha Gai spicy level : 3 stars eggnoodles with chicken 🌶️ 4 stars. We were driving through Danmark and had to stop somewhere along the road but had difficulties to find something I did not have too much time to do research either, we did not know if there was any seating, but yes luckily there is plenty of seating in cosy Thai style. Very tasty food and good service.
