It feels like being hit in the face with a freshly-hewn tribal axe — in a good way. Meat, greens, and clean ingredients line up like a small, no-bullshit Michelin army. The omelet wrap? It’s like wrapping your dreams in protein. A wrap that doesn’t just hold together, but hugs its contents like a bear with emotional depth. The salads? Crispy enough to be used as improvised weapons. You know right away that there hasn’t been a single ultra-processed shadow anywhere near it. The smoothies? As if a Neanderthal invented wellness and bottled it. And the service? They're so cute, you almost expect them to offer to light a fire for you. ⸻ ⭐️ Conclusion: Paleo makes you feel stronger, healthier, and just a little more badass when you leave. 04/12/2025: If you love sandwiches that mostly consist of bread and a little dressing. Then this is the place for you. The cakes are nice enough, but for the price of a sandwich, you'll be a little disappointed when there's more filling in it from Brugsen right across the street for a fraction of the price. :) The husband got a chocolate bun, it was dry and sad.

02/09/2025: Super delicious lunch and very surprising area. The cod with Jerusalem artichokes tasted great, but unfortunately we found a large piece of plastic in the dish. Not something you would expect from a restaurant of that class and was handled a bit indifferently by the staff. Everything else was perfect!

08/11/2025: It was our first visit to Uncle A today – a completely random stop, driven by a voracious appetite – and it turned out to be a complete experience. The tasty, highly plated finger food was a real treat for both the eyes and the palate, and every bite was marked by care and quality. The service also deserves high praise; the staff were welcoming, genuinely friendly and made us feel at home immediately. Added to this is the cozy and inviting decor, which creates a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, where you want to stay a little longer. We are already looking forward to our next visit – thank you so much for a wonderful lunch experience!

25/01/2026: Very nice and quiet atmosphere, friendly service. There were three of us, and all three meals were exceptionally delicious.

08/03/2026: A real brown pub like in the old days with people from all walks of life, but be aware that smoking is allowed everywhere here, so if you're not into that, find somewhere else.
