26/08/2025: A very cozy place, perfect to enjoy a good coffee and relax. Sofía’s service was excellent, kind, attentive, and always with a smile, which made the experience even more special. I’ll definitely come back!

06/01/2026: Excellent place to eat traditional Danish food. I think it dates back to 1915; they have photos there. Very nice.

17/12/2025: We have been repeat guests at Køge Bugt Kro for over 30 years and we keep coming back. Good Danish food is of course a draw in itself, but it also makes a huge difference to us that they are not stingy but serve plenty to fill most people and do it with a smile. Good service and a nice atmosphere are standard here. The waiters are genuinely interested in you as a customer feeling comfortable and wanting to come back. The place is a gem in the Vestegnen region and we have even brought several of our friends and family here, and they have also started coming back themselves.

13/07/2025: I walked in and as soon as I did, I saw a controversial political opinion loudly in my face put up on the table so customers see it right as they walk in. This cafe clearly discriminates and judges anyone who they disagree with. A very divisive and fascist approach which excludes others. Just serve your coffee, pastries, and keep your judgmental opinions to yourself.

11/12/2025: I keep coming back here. It's cozy and the food is spot on. A little sour fact about their beverage selection: They have Belgian Trappist beer… on tap! 😀 The Affligem Double is especially tasty if you like that kind of thing. I'll be back. 🙂

24/11/2025: Since we visited the restaurant on a Sunday evening, there were a lot of people, so we had to wait about 10 minutes for a table. The food is delicious and filling as always. It was prepared quickly. We were satisfied.

16/11/2025: Super friendly staff, fast service. Clean, nice temperature and the acoustics were so you could easily have a conversation with each other despite the crowded room. Impeccable food and the salad bar was constantly well stocked.

13/03/2026: The food comes very quickly, so there is almost no waiting time. The acoustics are terrible, so unfortunately there is a lot of noise when there are a lot of people.
