He has an incredible passion for beer and knows everything there is to know about it. You can tell immediately that he puts his heart into the place. He’s always ready to recommend something that suits your taste, and he does it with a smile every single time. The atmosphere at Knuds Garage is warm, relaxed, and full of personality. It feels like a home away from home—somewhere you can unwind, catch up with friends, or just enjoy a really good beer in peace. The interior has a charming, almost nostalgic feel to it, and there’s just something comforting about being there. The beer selection is excellent. There’s always a solid variety of both local and international options, carefully chosen and well-kept. You can tell that every beer on the menu has been selected with care and knowledge. 19/07/2025: Middelmådig oplevelse. Silden var træt og ikke afkølet. Smøret meget blødt. Og ikke mindst en klump ost vi alle kunne stå og røre ved. Det skulle være skåret. Resten af osten var mangelfuld. Skal siges vi gik til buffet kl. 13.15 Og den ville være slut kl. 14. Blev vi indformeret om. Men stadig skal den jo fyldes op. Op smøret være på køl. God steg og hamburgerryg 👍 Så prisen alt for høj. 179 kr. på festival bænke og du skal selv rydde af bordet.

28/07/2025: Maybe you know the window where you can by goodies… but there is a hidden gem behind the fence. A beautiful garden where you can enjoy food and drinks. I put as a must their bun with butter and cheese!

05/12/2025: I don't know if I just don't understand the place. But I've never waited so long for a draft beer. I've never paid so much for a draft beer either. (65 kr. for a small one). The mulled wine costs more than twice as much as at Hvids on the other side of Kgs. Nytorv. With the competition among bars in Copenhagen, I can't see a single reason to come back. The place is cozy

24/10/2025: During a walk in Køge we came across this coffee shop, which really invited us to visit. Cozy place with good coffee and a relaxed atmosphere. Price and quality are not bad.
