12/03/2025: Very nice restaurant for which we would like to adjust our route to the north. Excellent food in a nice ambiance. Nice people where you feel welcome. A little more choice would be welcome for vegetarians.

08/08/2025: Super tasty, high quality and unique beer! Before leaving the city, I wanted to try one of the beers. The girl working in Aben helped me to choose the right one. I’m not sure but I think it was 7? Both sour and sweet with Danish cake flavors. The taste is still in my mind, I think it was the most different and tasteful beer that I’ve ever tried and it didn’t hurt my stomach, as well. Thank you for this experience, thanks to good employee choice of Åben! -Also the interior was amazing, I love the architecture!

We only had to wait a short time and were then able to sit at a counter (you order at the front). The atmosphere is very authentic and lively; we felt completely at home.

28/07/2025: I was here for lunch with a small group of colleagues. Unfortunately it was too late to order brunch, but we got really nice food and super good service. The food was served at the same time, even though we had all chosen something different. There is a wide selection of dishes and drinks, and there is also nice outdoor seating. It is recommended to reserve a table, as there are often many guests. I would look forward to trying an evening menu.
17/06/2025: We picked up the menu ourselves after 15 minutes. You can only get breakfast/brunch until 1:15 p.m. (Sat./Sun.). They can only put together brunch from 8 different options. Today they had sold out of “avocado food on toasted rye bread” so only 7 options. It must be said that two of them are desserts and a skyr so only 4 options for real food. In addition, Den Lyserrøde smoothie was also sold out. We came hungry after lunch at 12 and we could not get it until 1:15 p.m. Several people behind us tried to order avocado food on toasted rye bread which must mean it is popular but sold out. All in all, not a good experience.
119kr for 4 courses and 54kr for the juice.

23/06/2025: Unprofessional company that does not deliver what you order and pay for. We had booked a bus with an open roof 5 months ago. We then write the week before and we start to have an agreement to ensure they show up. There the company writes that the bus we have ordered will not come but that they will send another open air luxury bus instead. 10 minutes before the bus is obviously flat and the most seedy bus that is not open arrives over 1 hour late and we then drive 45 minutes less than agreed. I have written to the company and called several times without response.
10/02/2025: I have used the Barbussen several times privately and for my company.
They have always responded quickly, been there on time and their drivers are always super accommodating.
I can only recommend the bar bus to others

21/08/2025: We, three people (two adults and a 9-year-old child), spent 784 crowns here for two pasta dishes, a Caesar salad, a small appetizer (three tiny rolls with garlic butter), a small beer, a large beer, and an apple spritzer. The Caesar salad was quite small with barely any dressing. A pasta dish would have been with cognac and pieces of meat. The meat would have had a strange aftertaste if the meat hadn't been fresh. You couldn't taste the cognac at all in the sauce. The dishes weren't particularly large either. The service was friendly.
Conclusion: I can't recommend this restaurant because, in my opinion, the people here have no idea how to cook.
