10/08/2025: Ordered a kebab box, they took their time making it, and when I finally got it, it was the most dry and boring round of slatten kebab with fries and 4 cl dressing I have ever been served. They say they are Aalborg's best kebab, I would say it is the world's worst kebab. Would give 0 stars.

10/12/2025: Excellent spot for a relaxing lunch after exploring Nyhavn. Delicious food and good service with a lovely view over the canal.

Delicious aioli for the snack basket and super crispy onion rings The lunch steaks were tender and medium rare (we weren't asked how we wanted them cooked). A little tame bearnaise sauce Crispy farm fries. The pasta dish was delicious I got a medium soda several times Total 529.- kr Really good for the price

25/10/2025: Some days are more important than others. Like your wedding anniversary, for example. So it's important that if you're going out to eat, there's good food and wine and an atmosphere that makes the evening romantic and successful. Once again we've really been spoiled at Traktørstedet Lydvigslyst. We always get the best service and the best food there. That's a guarantee every time. The prices are also good considering the delicious food and good wine. The music was also at a pleasant level. So thank you very much to Kira and her talented staff for making the evening so delicious. That's why we always come back.

14/11/2025: The staff was very friendly and polite. Unfortunately the stake I was served was an old meat and even had a smell. Returned it to the kitchen. However, still wondering how a professional chef could have missed that.

02/01/2026: Cozy cafe with a lovely view of the water and delicious organic bread. We had to take some bread home. The rye bread was delicious, but very difficult to cut when it was freshly baked. Their apple toppings are heavenly.

17/03/2026: Maybe 3,5 stars is more accurate. Ordered take away through Wolt. Butter chicken, rice pilao and garlic naan. Chicken was tender, maybe a bit to the soft side for some peoples taste. But clean pieces of chicken breast and no bones, as some of the reviews report as a negative. And actually a good amount of chicken out of the whole dish compared to other places ive tried where its only a couple of pieces in a dish. Sauce was good. Medium complex flavour and depth, but not the best ive had in Copenhagen. But i feel like this is an individual preference of each person and not a 'right or wrong' taste, kind of thing. But i feel like most people would like this type of flavour. It was not too oily or overly fatty and the thickness of the sauce was just right. Rice was okay, but missing a bit of scent and flavour compared to other Pilaos ive tried. But not bad at all. Naan was really nice. Good texture of the bread. Not to chewy(like some regular flatbread) but soft and easy to pull apart. Definitely homemade and not a boring pre-bought one like in some restaurants without respect for themselves. Nice flavour too with some herbs on top with the garlic oil. Could have used a bit more garlic for my taste, but this is probably okay for most people. Overall quality is fine in my opinion. Was a bit worried after i ordered and read some of the reviews though. But i dont agree with the bad reviews on the food. This is definitely not a bad place, as some reviews say, but not the best either. But the owner sounds like a rel piece of work from a lot of the people who physically visited the restaurant.

06/09/2025: We were at Hals Strandcamping three weeks ago and had a really great time. The site is very clean and pleasantly quiet. We especially liked the pool – not too big, but with a great slide that our kids had a lot of fun on. 🏊‍♂️😊 The on-site shopping options are rather limited, and there isn't much to buy at the reception. The employee/owner didn't seem quite as friendly or cheerful as we've come to expect from other campsites – but that didn't spoil our stay. Since we were there outside of the holiday season, it was wonderfully relaxed. Besides a few permanent campers, there were maybe five to eight other campers there, so we felt like we almost had the place to ourselves. 🏕️ A real highlight is the beach: very clean, beautifully situated, and with extremely shallow water – perfect for children. Since there was hardly anything going on, we had almost the entire beach to ourselves. 🏖️✨ All in all, a very nice, quiet campsite that we can happily recommend. 👍

03/09/2025: We wouldn't recommend the campsite. They advertise a swimming pool, and then it's been closed since August 29th, even though it was still beautiful sunshine. We were there for four days, and the restrooms weren't even cleaned. For us, it was our first and last time there.
