03/12/2025: Good steak sandwich, it delivers what it promises.

10/11/2025: My good friend René has previously been to VB in Aalborg to try their steak sandwich and was very excited. That's why VB was also on my Stjerneskuds list of places to visit. And I might as well say it right away. It was a fantastic shooting star. The wife and I arrived at 18:45 and shortly after ordered 2 shooting stars. They were served about 15 minutes later. First impressions were very positive, as everything looks delicious. The wife was served dressing in separate bowls at her request. If we start at the bottom, you will find a butter-fried brioche bun. First time we have encountered it. It is a bit on the sweet side. I would probably prefer homemade sourdough bread, but it's great that VB is trying to put their mark on the dish. The 2 butter-fried plaice fillets were really delicious. The white steamed one was ok without making much of a fuss. There were lots of delicious hand-peeled shrimp. They tasted fantastic. The smoked salmon was juicy and did well. The dressing, or should I say dressings, tasted exceptionally good. My serving was the dressings mixed with the other ingredients and my wife's was served separately. She got plenty of dressing/mayo, so I could sit and eat it directly on the fork. Homemade and very nice taste. There was only a little green in the form of cress and fresh dill. It went well with the dish. The last decoration was the little orange pearls, which were trout roe. Lovely decoration that tastes good and goes well with the dish. The only thing I missed was a couple of green asparagus. Fair enough, since they weren't on the menu. All in all, a top-class shooting star, which gets a rating of 4.7/5. Best rating I've given in 2025.

18/11/2025: Very noisy, service ok, however there were problems finding our room key at check-in, but we managed after some time.

25/08/2025: Nice, clean and cozy room. Efficient, knowledgeable and nice staff. Almost in the middle of the city, very quiet and beautiful surroundings.

16/10/2025: We had our wedding party at Ole and Co. Fantastic process all the way through. The food was fantastic, the service was extremely professional and the whole atmosphere was perfect. Thank you for providing the perfect setting for our big day.

12/07/2025: Oh, what a sad development. I usually like the pizzas here, but the quality is really at rock bottom now - and the prices are crazy for that quality. 92,- for a salad pizza with two pieces of cucumber and four strips of bell pepper and several limp pieces of lettuce is not okay. Besides, my stomach told me that neither the ingredients nor the hygiene score top marks either. I will buy my pizzas from Amigos in Vodskov in the future. Same high price - but on the other hand completely fresh ingredients, and nothing has been saved.

22/11/2025: Really good food and great service, drinks were very good and refreshing. I wouldn't recommend for autistic people otherwise it was excellent.

21/10/2025: Had a nice burger with fries, and a glass of beer. Best burger I've had in a long time, friendly and fast service. Price maybe on the expensive side. Cozy place where I'd like to come again.

18/11/2025: One of the best BMOs in town, paired with quick service and good coffee. A solid Copenhagen staple.

11/10/2025: Delicious, freshly ground coffee made every morning during my city break in Copenhagen wonderful. Interesting decor and very friendly service. I recommend it!

15/10/2025: Charging problems at Chademo charger after Cirkle K installed new Start/Stop charging display, error message and total confusion. We had to disconnect and drive to another charger.

18/07/2025: De trak ekstra/reservet overbeløb fra kreditkort lidt over dobbelt af det aktuelle køb kr.4xx, har klaget og rykket firmaet mange gange, men har aldrig fået pengene tilbage.

29/11/2025: Super charismatic owner. Good atmosphere and helpful.

14/10/2025: Mark's restaurant is worth a visit The food tasted great and there was A LOT of it The service is really friendly and contributes to the good atmosphere We will definitely come again

20/09/2025: Hello, we're from Germany near Frankfurt/Main and ate at Mark's Spisehus today. I had Wiener Schnitzel and my wife had a pork chop. The food was very good and plentiful. A third less of the schnitzel would have been fine (for the same price). The value for money is definitely good. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend this restaurant.

04/11/2025: Beerfest was a fantastic experience. Great atmosphere, good service. The food wasn't optimal, but I'll have to try pizza next time.
