14/06/2026: We ordered the daily special and it was delicious and very light. Just enough to keep us going with our plans for the day. We ate outside even though it was raining, at a covered table by the door. By the time we finished, it had stopped raining. It was as if we had asked for it to be that way. Everything was great.

04/05/2026: Worst Indian food ever. Ordered shahi butter and biryani and naan bread for delivery, as well as two chutneys. Shahi butter came in an open package that was floating around, and there was no nan bread, instead they had given rice. Soggy rice and a biryani with only 4 pieces of lamb meat in it. Paid 450 for something that was not worth it at all.

23/05/2026: Super sweet and friendly service, absolutely nothing was wrong.. THE DISAPPOINTMENT came when my sister came home and was supposed to eat what she thought was a delicious, fresh and expected freshly made Caesar salad, but it was downright inedible - ugh. The salad was lazy, stuck together in lumps and thick sticky dressing as well as completely wet bread cubes, a smashed experience that ended up in the trash - it's no longer the famous legendary Caesar we know 😭

16/09/2025: One of my favorite places when I invite clients or colleagues out for dinner. Italian non-heavy food, typically five different dishes. Really good service. Scores 5 on food, but the tuna was a bit salty this time.

04/09/2025: Disappointing! I have had good experiences at Famo Metro years ago, and I can't even recognize the standard now. Several dishes were almost inedible. Famo Metro needs to seriously pull itself together.

15/05/2026: I picked up takeaway and my roll of sushi with chicken was inedible as the chicken was rubbery and far from fresh. So I eat the skewers and seaweed salad. I wake up in the middle of the night and throw up in long lines. I got food poisoning! Super bad food

23/04/2026: Excellent presentation, very fresh, good-quality fish. Honest service and good prices. Even the drink glass was poured 0.5 liters and then topped with ice.

27/04/2026: 1st star for existing. 2nd star for the sports program. 3rd star for serving HobHouse and in real glasses. 4th star for the sweet bartender listening to my comment about the price, 69 kr. !! The highest prices in the city center.

02/04/2026: Super cozy place for lunch. We have been here a few times for lunch and it has been almost "magical" every time. When I say "magical" it is because we have been lucky that there has not been football on TV the times we have been there. You sit in some cozy booths with a TV screen with a screensaver showing a fireplace. The food is also really good. We have tried both fish & chips and several different burgers. Update on April 2, 2026: Another lovely lunch in cozy surroundings. We have now been here for lunch at least 8-10 times and the food is always super delicious. Very friendly service. Always happy and smiling employees. Really good atmosphere.

27/01/2026: I have often been to Hai Yi with my family and friends and there is always a welcome and when we leave with full bellies of various foods, ice cream and coffee - a big smile on their lips with thanks for today and a safe return home. The dirty plates are quickly removed, and even though it is very busy, they come almost immediately and take our order.

01/01/2026: I have never had such bad food. The food was cold, sticky and tasteless. There were 18 of us who were looking forward to delicious food, but unfortunately we had to leave hungry because no one wanted to finish eating. This is the first and last time we visit the restaurant. Over 3000 kr went out the window.

25/12/2025: Myself working in the food biz and having personally being part of the whole BMO scene, I know how hard it is to deliver a consistently good product. Maybe only one bun out of the +30 buns I’ve had from Ard in the past year, have been just below near perfect. Says a lot. There’s plenty of bakeries in cph that specializes in BMOs, but very few make a bun consistently this good. Sesame seeds on both sides, airy crumb, well caramelized, thick pieces of cheese and descent amount of butter. The only thing I can critique is the butter, not sure if they season their own, but if they do, they could throw in a little for salt. Just my preference. Anyway, all in all the sesame bun is a 5/5. Shared Top 1 spot (in my opinion there’s only 2 good ones, no need to name the other one) Keep up the solid work Peace

07/12/2025: The tartare was really good, with a different taste than typical. Marinated eggplant was ok; a bit boring We also had cod, which we forgot to take a picture of, which says it all The star of the evening was definitely the chicken, delicious and juicy We were VERY full and could easily have done without a starter Service was not much, the dishes were not even presented Update 1 year later: We came back mainly for the chicken and unfortunately can see that the chicken has now 1) become more expensive 2) is served without accompaniments and 3) rice must be purchased on the side (at 40 kr for a small bowl that is not enough for two people!!) We also had fried pumpkin which tasted fantastic. However, the same cannot be said about the tartare which was completely tasteless. The service was bad the last time we were there, and it certainly hasn't improved. We waited 45 minutes between starter and main course, and after we had eaten, instead of being asked about dessert, we were made aware that we only had 10-15 minutes left at the table. I am used to Copenhagen's cold service, but this place provides exceptionally poor service.

12/03/2026: We visited Fauna on March 5th. We will not repeat that. The starter was mushrooms on toast. The bread was soggy and the mushrooms were full of sand. We had guinea fowl with side dishes. The chicken was not cooked at all. Not edible. A really bad experience that should not be repeated. Our table was booked for Kurt Svendsen. Yours sincerely, as a guest Jette lundsgaard

28/08/2025: A super nice place with excellent food and service. Rustic and very tasty. Honest food where thought was put into the food and wine. Some of the best we've had in a long time. A place that's a little hard to find (in a backyard) but definitely worth the visit. We'll definitely be back?
