21/07/2025: Hand on heart, and without exaggeration, I would put their homemade pita bread with shawarma in my top-three-all-time-best pita bread that I have personally tried. Insanely delicious and juicy meat and fresh ingredients and delicious dressing. Definitely recommended. Huge 5 stars for the food from here

19/12/2025: Had the best experience! Super welcoming and helpful staff: I ordered rye bread with homemade chicken salad. There is no picture, because I had just landed by train from Stockholm and was extremely hungry. But believe me when I say that it is one of the best chicken salad places in the country - maybe even better than Vesterlauget's (Vestergade in Aarhus). Especially good if you are a big fan of bacon.

18/08/2025: "Probably" the worst pizza in Copenhagen! We had ordered starters ("for sharing") and 4 different pizzas. Nothing good to say about any of those we got. How can people drive business like that?!! It was waste of good appetite, good mood, time, and a lot of money. Never again!!

16/08/2025: We had high expectations but were unfortunately disappointed. The service was poor and the wait for the food was unusually long. When we politely asked when the food would be served, we were met with a disinterested and dismissive response, which made us feel like we were being a nuisance.

31/08/2025: We were a group of 8 old friends who visited the bistro as part of a trip to Odsherred. We had been looking forward to a good evening in beautiful surroundings. Unfortunately, expectations were far from being met. The place is indescribably idyllic and romantic. Ideal for couples. The bistro, as they choose to call it, is beautifully and modernly decorated, with a visible kitchen in the middle of the room - creating a good dynamic and atmosphere in the room. However, it did get very hot in the room on a warm late summer day, which is excessive. The staff was generally friendly and accommodating, but we encountered a surprising amount of it. We had 5-6 waiters serving us during the evening. This gave us a very disjointed experience of the service and there was poor coordination. We have nothing against time passing between servings, but for a pre-ordered 3-course menu and without a full house, it was surprising that it took so long. We tried to order cocktails and coffee at the end of the evening, but gave up when two waiters didn't follow up on this. The food was very mediocre for the price, none of the three dishes we had on the seasonal menu was anything worth remembering. The starter (Quenelle on scallops on a bed of lobster foam and spinach) was beautifully presented, but far too neutral in taste. It was only the lobster that gave the dish flavor. The main course (Hake) was tasty, but the side dishes were a bit out of sync. It's always delicious with fresh and local ingredients and vegetables, but they didn't suit the fish. The recommended red wine, which the fish was paired with, didn't either. The dessert (Clafoutis) was simple and tasted good - but nothing more than that. The price level for food and especially drinks is on the high end, if you call yourself a bistro. The menu cost 550 per person, which is reasonable for three courses without the big frills. The wine is overpriced by restaurant standards and it is downright greedy to charge the party 200 kr for the accompanying water when we had paid 4000 kr for wine. All in all, a disappointing experience and no one in the party wanted to come back. Too bad, because Dragsholm Castle is beautiful and the bistro has the potential to be a Michelin star.

29/08/2025: Mediocre dining experience, service, unfortunately very little attention, not much interest in upselling. After ordering, we were given new menus by another waiter. After asking for the bill, we were finally offered if we wanted coffee/dessert or something else, which had been 30 minutes. After we were empty in our glasses. For the price of the bill, many places in Copenhagen were on a completely different level in both food and service. Maybe we should have chosen the Michelin variant.

09/12/2025: Good bowling place. They don't answer their phone though. Waited in the "phone queue" on a Tuesday evening at 8pm for half an hour, without getting through... Had to give up in the end.

01/12/2025: Fantastic place, nice and cozy, the food is hot and tastes good, it is always filled up so it looks inviting, a place where you feel welcome and fantastic staff, can only be recommended. Thank you for the really good treatment ❤️

02/11/2025: There were 4 of us visiting last night. It was the worst sushi I have ever had, only sparingly, 3 pieces on all three plates, not all plates were refilled, only a little on one plate. I thought I had tuna, but it was the brown under the skin from salmon, otherwise just crab and some indeterminate batter, none of it tasted of anything, there was no tuna at all. I approached the counter to get chilli mayo, I was almost scolded by the lady. An unusually bad experience, will never come again.

16/06/2025: Nydelig mat! Veldig god carpaccio til forrett og en stor porsjon med perfekt tilberedt oksekjøtt til hovedrett. Crispy chips og en luftig bernaise som gjorde dette til en svært god opplevelse. Vi fikk også en god start med bobler og dansk flagg på bordet! Hyggelige priser og store porsjoner med mat.

14/06/2025: Maden var god, servicen og stemningen i top, priserne rimelige. Men akustikken var elendig og gjorde det svært at høre, hvad sidemanden sagde. Jeg kunne godt finde på at booke her igen, men så ville det være på en af de roligere dage… måske i dagstid.

11/01/2026: 50,- for the flattest pita bread I've ever had; the estimate would be that it weighed 200g. When I mentioned it to the owner, he shrugged his shoulders and said: "that's how it is". I had actually boycotted them for a few years, but wanted to give them a second chance. It turned out that it hadn't changed. The food is nice, but you have to be prepared to pay overpriced.

10/01/2026: Nice pizza and friendly service all the time

23/11/2025: The food was not as expected, we got a sushi Roll and 2 Bowl's and a sandwich only 1 was satisfied with their Bowl which consisted of salmon. There was not really any chicken in the different dishes. We waited about 30 minutes for the food.

15/08/2025: Kira is the best employee you could ask for. Very service minded. I asked for a salmon bowl and it was even better than I expected. Will definitely be back.
