22/12/2024: We chose Bar 7 for a wedding celebration with 20 friends. Prior to the our wedding we had a correspondence with a host from Bar 7, to insure that all of the details was settled. Sadly all things planned was ignored by the bar. We had arranged for everything to be set up and ready at 20:30, but instead they reserved 19:45. Maybe because we gave them a heads up that me and my husband and our sibling would be arriving a little earlier, to make sure we wouldn’t be a bother. And we did not provide a timeline for the earlier arrival. Without us knowing they changed the time. Later they did sent us a confirmation, which said 19:45, but it didn’t occur to us to check this, since this time was never discussed. We were also promised that the welcome drinks would be prepared and be ready for our guests arrival. But instead they first started mixing our drinks when all of in our guest had arrived resulting in us having to wait about 20-30 minutes before being served anything. On top of this we had booked a private room, which they had forgotten. Instead they had reserved a few tables in the hallway on the way to the bathroom. A seating area that was too small for our group. Resulting in us being unable to greet our guest properly, and our guest weren’t able to converse comfortably. When the last drink finally arrived we were missing 4 drinks. It turned out that they had put the first 4 drinks on one of our tables without asking us, while all the other drinks were placed on the another table so our guests could choose the drink they preferred. After I was very stressed out and the host asked if everything was okay forcing me into problem solving mode and I said the seating wasn’t what we had agreed on (I had already voiced this concern earlier with another staff member, but she had informed us that there wasn’t any other option than the private room in the basement, which were for much bigger parties and therefore we couldn’t be moved there). Luckily the host now showed us to another private room. Since we had prepaid the event we were gifted tickets for beers an pitchers instead of having the beer placed in our room when we arrived. This meant that me and my husband had to leave our guest again to get the pitchers, and we thought we could give the beer tickets to each guest so they could get the beers themselves. But when we went to the bar wanting to order it became clear that the bar was severely understaffed and we waited for what seem like forever. While waiting a few of our guests came and said goodbye. At this point it had been almost two hours since we arrived and me and my husband still hadn’t had the time to talk any of our guests. When we went back to the room we had to realize that giving a our guests two beer tickets each would overrun the bar and ruin the night. Luckily one of our guests chimed in and offered to help us, so we could settle, while she ordered all of the beers for the table. The bar closed at 2 o clock and we arrived at 20:30, so at this time, over 2 hours later, we had used a lot of our evening on something not expected and preventable if the bar had held up their end. After this we wrote them asking for accommodation. They offered to bring our guest back and then they would give us the first drinks complimentary. We weren’t happy with this offer, since we wouldn’t be hosting an event that big any time soon. And it seemed more like a ploy to get money out of us, while employing us to find them costumers. Instead of the 20 complimentary drinks, that they were ready to offer a group of 20, we asked for a complimentary night for 4 people. Giving us 5 drinks each. But they would not meet our ask. We were surprised to find, that our initial thought was correct. They did in fact not want to remedy the situation, but just wanted to get more money out of us after ruining a part of our night. We won’t be coming back. And if it hadn’t been for the mail correspondence we had afterwards, which to us make Bar 7 seem like an unserious and rather rude business, we would had been able to provide a better rating.

18/08/2025: We went to this great place at closing time, and besides being very friendly, they made us noodles at the last minute. Excellent toppings, very good noodles. We can't complain! Highly recommended!

17/11/2025: Neat and clean, although the counters can seem a bit “cluttered” to navigate. Personally, I think that some of the items lack signs so that you can clearly see what the items are and how much they cost. Unfortunately, this is something that can irritate me as a customer. The employees made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in the door. They were service-minded and accommodating, and it created a good atmosphere during my visit. The selection of rolls is not that large, but the ones that are there taste really good. The cakes are also a clear highlight – beautiful, fresh and delicious. There is also the opportunity to enjoy your food in the bakery at chairs and tables.

08/07/2025: Tastes great but honestly. Order 5 buttered rolls and pay 30 kr. for butter that is almost not present. That's not good enough. For the 30 kr. I could buy 2 packages of kærgården on sale 🙈 That's a lot of Lagkagehuset.

19/04/2025: Been living in Copenhagen for 25 years and this is the first time I eat real authentic Lebanese Mane2ish! The spinach is absolutely fantastic !

26/11/2025: Too much noise and smoky room with too little space, had to leave the place. Bad experience.

10/10/2025: Mascot is one of those places that you quickly want to come back to. The atmosphere is relaxed, but still with good energy. The staff is welcoming and quick, and you always feel welcome, regardless of whether you are sitting at the bar or at a table. The drinks are well-made, the prices are reasonable, and the music usually strikes just the right balance between coziness and partying. There is a nice mix of regulars and new faces, so you quickly feel at home. In short: Mascot is a place with charm, a good atmosphere and bartenders who actually know what they are doing. Definitely recommended!

07/09/2025: Very professional and skilled employees. The car was repaired perfectly, including the electronic errors that had occurred after the accident. The repair was even completed a week earlier than planned and completely as agreed.

21/12/2025: Super cozy place, although a bit expensive for admission, it's the same everywhere in Copenhagen, there's plenty of space and good music, even the option of burgers all night long

14/12/2025: *edited* The evening went quite well - great energy on the floor, great DJ and good music. 5 stars. When I had to pick up my jacket again, which I had dropped off 1/1.5 hours before, it had gone missing in the cloakroom. Very disappointing considering that it is quite cold in December. It was even more disappointing that I had a bag with me too, which they could easily find. The jacket was found and the service throughout was good, but it is a shame that it really left its mark on the evening.

07/10/2025: It seems strange that you can clock up a completely ordinary Hawaiian pizza but it is not very tasty. Timing is not something you use so the food you order is not ready at the same time. The staff is friendly but it seems they are not that interested in delivering a good product. You can shop there in a narrow turn but if there was some competition nearby it might have helped like for example in Frederikssund.

08/03/2026: We were four people - and had been looking forward to a good experience! It wasn't. There is no reasonable relationship between price and quality - not to mention quantity. ONLY visit Dauphine if you are NOT hungry. In particular, the main course was smaller than expected or a child's portion. with COLD small pieces of Jerusalem artichokes. The squash course tasted bad - to my taste. The dessert tasted good - but the lentil base was poor and probably bought in a supermarket. Dear Dauphine: I don't think you can be familiar with it. Not at all harmony between price, quantity and quality. Regretted we had driven almost 200 km - to visit you regards. peder kirkeby

21/02/2026: Had read the good reviews and chose Dauphine for our trip out to the Aarhus food scene in connection with Dining Week. Unfortunately, the evening was characterized by the need to rush through, and that the chosen menu should be easy to reheat and serve. The starter was not balanced - large temperature differences between the cold and the hot on the plate, the main ingredient, a "salmon terrine" of some kind, had not been out of the fridge long enough. The main course was unacceptably small, but otherwise tasty. The dessert was quite ok. But again, the feeling that it was just a matter of serving pre-cooked food prepared for the hordes permeated the experience. Unfortunately, the service was not good either. We were received by a man who was clearly not used to being in the restaurant (kitchen?), he barely said hello, did not point out a wardrobe in the somewhat narrow space, was not present and was in a hurry to move on, could not advise on a simple level regarding the choice of wine, "it was a white wine", no one ever asked if it tasted good or if it was satisfactory, no one came and asked if the drinks needed to be refilled, a woman suddenly came and cleared the table and reached over us without a single expression, no words, no one said what was going to happen next (pre-ordered 3-course menu). We approached the serious draft from the window facing the street, where we were sitting right up and down. The winter weather was really taking hold, but we asked nicely if it was possible to get another table, because it was raw cold for the legs to sit up against a leaky window at full height. It was swept away pretty quickly without making an impression. I don't usually write reviews, and am usually pretty generous as long as people make an effort and/or are nice and friendly, and the food is reasonable, but the whole experience just wasn't good and we couldn't finish fast enough. We won't be coming here again, although a regular a la carte evening is probably a different experience.

23/01/2026: We asked for one song so that we could dance. The bartender was so rude and did not respond in a Good Way. This was at 03.00 at night and not so much people, so I don’t think there would be many others asking for a song. Anyways I think that playing some requests would be nice.
