07/03/2026: I would advise people not to use this place. They charge way too much, and when I confronted him about overcharging me by 250 kroner for my food, and explained that I felt cheated, he started yelling and cursing at me – even while there were other customers in the place. This is a very unprofessional way to treat your customers.

09/12/2025: Their online order had closed everything with rice because they had cooked it too little. So I went down there to order, but they couldn't even take the order up at the cash register because they were busy shouting and playing behind the counter. When I finally got there, the woman behind the cash register unfortunately couldn't figure out how to enter extra rice or anything. I looked at the salad bar first because it was easier for them, but when I saw it I really started laughing. It seemed extremely bad, both the service and the way the store looks. When we finally got home, they had made one bowl with rice instead of noodles. I came down to want it exchanged and she honestly didn't think I had ordered extra crispy chicken so I HAD to show a receipt before they bothered to change it. There was no apology or anything at all, just angry faces who clearly thought I was annoying And if they hadn't damn well done it wrong AGAIN… The whole thing took over an hour and I thought it was a good night.

07/12/2025: Have ordered from here several times and the food is almost never ready on time. Often they haven't even started when it should be. Average extra wait time of 10-30 minutes. The staff do what they can, but they seem stressed and overworked. The food itself is ok. The place is poorly ventilated and you end up with clothes and hair that smell. Unfortunately I can't recommend this place.

27/11/2025: Nice restaurant, cozy and good food. I ordered the ribeye and it was exactly as it should be, delicious.

14/01/2026: Avoid this place! The service was aweful, we found hair in three different pieces of sushi and starters! I understand mistakes like these happen, but the reaction was so bad. When i called over the waitress she didnt even apologize, and just asked if i wanted new sushi. We couldnt even eat the sushi after seeing hair the third time. She didnt even offer any compensation.. horrible experience

06/12/2025: Terribly bad customer service when it comes to online ordering. Buy from their physical store if you are desperate, otherwise it is not worth it. I have waited a week for my package that I bought, when they advertised next day delivery. I only got an update on my package when I asked for the order confirmation. The package still has not left their warehouse. Very dissatisfied, and I can probably continue to be so until next week when I receive the package. Will not buy here again. According to the owner's response: Continued poor branding, especially when I read the many similar reviews with the same purchase experience. Cbdanmark.eu does not have the same challenges. The prices are also significantly better. I am now a happy customer in another store, which speaks for itself. If you sincerely regret such purchase experiences, you should reach out by email, or provide an email address with which arbitrary compensation can be made. You sell medicine, but sell it like street pushers on the internet. In other words, a lame response to a crappy review is not enough to make up for anything. Fix your website, or stop misinforming customers (unless it's a technical error, which is still on your end of the transaction. Compensation is something you should offer in these circumstances, not something you should demand). You're bleeding customers. If I could give you 0 stars, I would.

10/12/2025: Cozy café in the Herning center where they have a nice large menu card at reasonable prices. Large portions. The food tastes delicious 😋 and is well prepared. The café is cozy and the service is fast. Very friendly staff.

27/12/2025: Ordered filter coffee, which I ended up throwing away because it tasted like old heated sour coffee… I was already on the train so I could ask for a refund. I was also surprised that they said I should wait 4-5 minutes, after I ordered and paid, because often in most coffee shops - especially at a train station - they say upfront that the coffee is being brewed and ask if you want to wait. Now I know it was because they were going to heat the pot up. It definitely didn't taste like freshly brewed coffee. It was 35,- straight to the trash :/ Should have chosen the 7-11 coffee next door!

20/12/2025: Unfortunately, the strawberries on my strawberry shortcakes were very soft and a few of them even had brown spots.

04/12/2025: Dry oven potatoes without the veggies that was part of the dish, the reason: cuz they didn't have any, which I was told to be a common risk nomatter what I ordered. they failed to let you know before serving. still they charged for a full dish.

30/11/2025: It was a disappointing burger. The steak resembles a premade McD steak and it was very small. Unfortunately it was overcooked. Definitely one of the worse burgers you can get in Aarhus. I won't try it again.
