07/02/2026: Excessively slow service. Is the rule rather than the exception here.

02/02/2026: This is the second time I've experienced really bad service here at this McDrive. I order a coffee and they tell me to drive up and wait. I wait for 15m and then only get the coffee after I ask where it's going. No apology or compensation or anything. A month later, I drive up to the ordering module and I'm greeted by a friendly voice that says "it'll just take 2 seconds". I wait 3-4 minutes, and when another car drives up to the other terminal, they're greeted by a friendly voice and order. Then I say, "hello, is anyone there?" yes it'll just take 2 seconds, I'm told. I waited 2-3 more minutes, and then I drove away. Well... It just wasn't worth spending my money there.

23/10/2025: Have been waiting for an hour and a half now for a pizza and chilli cheese tops. They work with Just eat. Don't think anything will come despite telephone contact. Absolutely not recommended. Will contact Just eat tomorrow and ask for a refund.

18/10/2025: They use their own delivery service. I ordered a pizza that took 1.5 hours to arrive. When I received it, it was ice cold. At the same time, the dough was not even ready.

10/03/2026: Fantastic pizza buffet with good ingredients in focus. We had a party. Everyone went home happy. Not the last time..."Bolværket". We clash again!!

29/10/2025: I have been coming there for several years now and am very satisfied with the burger and fries and thought they were nice portions, but the Kebab feels more like chewing on cartilage/tendons and cannot be recommended without improvement.

25/09/2025: You have to look for a long time for something like sticky grilled food. Banegårdsgrillen is definitely the worst grill bar I have tried to date. The food is too greasy, low quality and is made by angry employees who hate their job. The grill has 3 prices for a burger: Small, medium, large, which means the customer is left in doubt about what they are actually getting for their money. When you ask about the size of the burger in relation to the price, you get a sour answer and you end up not buying a burger. A boring strategy that some money-hungry employers use to save on food. You basically get the same in a medium burger as you get when buying a small one. The angry sad teenagers she has employed don't even bother to be there. The pricing of the so-called "grilled food" is completely absurd. But the money-hungry employer thinks that they should boost the price because the grill bar is located in a place where commuters pass by every day, namely next to the DSB station. She just hasn't considered that the low quality barbecue food served in the dilapidated shed doesn't match the price at all. 3 words: Arrogance, low quality, expensive prices. If you want a real burger. Then go to Burger Time in Randers pedestrian zone.

14/11/2025: A very nice restaurant in the basement of the Radisson Blu. The food was excellent, high-quality, but also correspondingly expensive. We had two appetizers and two main courses – very elaborately presented and delicious. The service was very friendly and attentive. Everything was to our complete satisfaction.

12/11/2025: A very nice restaurant, which you wouldn't expect in a hotel like this, especially since there's no connection between the restaurant and the hotel (charging the bill to the room isn't possible). Very pleasant and friendly service. Beautifully decorated. The food (vegetarian) is fantastic. Superbly prepared and presented with great care. Highly recommended.

21/02/2025: The lady at the checkout sits with airpods in her ears when we enter the restaurant. We ordered a Nacho and a loaded fries that resembled something made in a microwave. We also ordered a samosa and one with dumplings, which tasted semi-finished, greasy and with little filling. When paying, we could see into the kitchen, where it looked like it hadn't been cleaned for quite a while as it was only us who were there when we arrived and only two other tables were set when we left.

11/01/2026: I usually order 1 Verona bread, previously it was Coarse French bread which you have unfortunately removed from the range. Right now I have collected 1,284 points. There is always a good atmosphere, you guys, in Meny Fredericia and I am very satisfied with your bread, even though it is on the expensive end, in terms of quality it is superior, just put the coarse French bread back in the range, greetings a satisfied customer

13/11/2025: Really nasty unpleasant employee (woman) with a shrill voice and personality who tells that she is talking on the phone, - when we can all see that is what she is doing, while we are standing in line and or have questions. We don't need to provoke customers with the obvious. Of course I will not come again ever.

23/08/2025: I cannot recommend this place to anyone with my good will. The food was frozen food. You couldn't complain about the service. There was no one. We had to get our own menu card. The dessert never came. What a shame when it's such an old cozy inn.

18/08/2025: Tonight we went here for a second time without a reservation because we enjoyed it so much yesterday. The steak with delicious potatoes, burger, fish and chips, and especially the plaice were delicious! Simple food as it should be—superb! The staff is very friendly, and the terrace with a sea view is well-organized and cheerfully decorated. It's sunny, but it looks very cozy inside for colder days. Definitely recommended! If we weren't going home tomorrow, we would have come back a third time.

29/08/2025: Great coffee, but could you clean the awnings - it looks really shabby from the outside

08/08/2025: A small cafe with the obvious aim of being petite and fancy but the staff is distanced with no eye contact. The atmosphere is quite cold. Signs on every table that computers cannot be used. The big advantage is the silence and quietness.

11/07/2025: Patty had been frozen so it turned out to be very dry. Catastrophic and just tasteless. Fries were overcooked and soggy.

30/01/2025: I was absolutely amazed by the service and food quality. Loved the hospitality and friendliness of the staff.Highly recommend this place.

06/12/2025: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The best pizza in the world You can get pizza anywhere in the world – but you can't get pizza like at Thorsager Grill & Pizza. Here you can really taste the love and care that goes into the food. I've had guests from both near and far, and several of them have said that it's the best pizza they've ever tasted, and I completely agree. There's something special about the way they make pizza in Thorsager, and that's why many choose to drive far to get their pizza here.

01/08/2025: The chicken roll I got is truly the best I've had in all of Djursland and I've tasted most of them, but my sister got a Thorsager burger where the steak was raw in the middle, so 4 stars.
