27/03/2026: Came in to order some food for me and my family, 3 customers were before me who ordered their food. There was 1 employee to cook food & serve customers, but before he would take my word he had to take those who ordered through the website.... Cool you are busy but then hire staff for the traffic who wants to wait 30min to order their food... super poor

04/06/2026: The place always smells bad. I've never bought anything here. But it's the closest GLS parcel shop, so I just have to hold my breath.

29/06/2026: I ordered 4 pizzas and they were all overcooked, so the base was more like crispbread than pizza base and they lacked salt. The filling on the pizzas was ok. 🍕

Unfortunately I am forced to write this about something that used to be my favorite pizza place with in my eyes the best pizza in the world...but now I am unfortunately forced to give one star and that is because their salad is super good but when you order your favorite pizza with extra filling sausages and bearnaise sauce which is already on and order through volt and receive this attached screenshot.. Not once but twice the last time I ordered food it was the same to say the least sad experience but then I sent an email to the owner unfortunately without a response yet anyway 🤷and today I contacted volt and they come back and say the restaurant will not compensate anything apparently their message was to customer service at volt... pizza with Xtra bearnaise sauce and sausages however it shines by being absent on the pizza again plus it SAILS in some oil or garlic oil or similar to say the least not very nice in the mouth there was a film of that fat/oil layer you get from such an experience of course it needs a little but actually so shiny when you open the lid .... 🥺🥺To put it mildly, not particularly delicious. Unfortunately, I have no idea what happened down there, but it's definitely not my favorite place or favorite pizza anymore 🤨😔 but of course I hope ALL IS WELL for you, maybe we'll see each other again at some point and it's no shame to admit that it doesn't always go so well, as my old grandmother said, I'd rather have a pizza in my stomach than in the trash can in the garden 😉. She didn't say that at all, but I think you understand what I mean, but if not, then it's just sad 🤷.....but a salad for 110 kr when everything has been made up twice, unfortunately, it's time to find somewhere else... At least for now... 😔🙏

06/07/2026: Great place with great food, we ordered a pita bread menu and a Durup with onions which came very quickly. The worker was also super sweet and gave us free gum afterwards.

31/08/2026: I could not fault anything in this meal! I ordered 4 nuggets and got 5, the nuggets and the fries were both super fresh and the Oreo shake had lots of Oreo chunks. Would definitely come back here if I'm in Copenhagen again! All together, the food cost 115 DKK (~25 AUD)

22/08/2026: The food have fallen in quality a lot in the recent years, my louis burger tasted so awful that I had to spit it out.

22/07/2026: Bought a burger and it tasted bad and was floury. The cheese was also weird, the fries were soaked in oil. I've had a bad stomach for 2 days now after this food... I don't like to leave bad feedback, but this food was unfortunately not good for either the body or the taste buds...

05/07/2026: We all know SMK's Place in the Friheden center and know they also make kebabs over by the playground. I bought a Durum yesterday and their product is always fresh. This time it tasted strange and was really soft. Scooped into something that was wet, maybe the salad was oxidizing idk. But with that said, after 13 hours I'm in the hospital with food poisoning... not only that, I had to say what I was going to have 4 times before he registered it... You guys need to wake up!! This is not okay in any way and you should just be glad I haven't contacted the Danish Food Agency. Honestly, you don't go from super good quality of everything to having such poor quality that the products are about to expire. The salad that definitely comes out whole again both ways 🤮💩

25/04/2026: I am happy with this place, the pizza is good and the food is lovely.... It makes me want tramadol santeria 200mg, and that makes me happy too. This restaurant makes me really happy.

09/03/2026: Great little gem with delicious food and friendly staff. I highly recommend their homemade durum wraps as they taste excellent. I like that the restaurant has booths so that it doesn't feel too crowded even when the place is full. I highly recommend this place!

05/08/2025: Nice young people in the restaurant and kitchen are fine. Rooms are ok and it is clean. We had booked 4 nights and after 2 the weather was bad, so we stayed at the hotel to have lunch and then go out. We couldn't get that despite it clearly stating it is possible on the hotel's website.! They didn't have time due to a party of 100 people in the evening. We could walk into town (in pouring rain and with poor walking). Another comment that they were baking bread, but my expression resulted in "I can go out and ask", but we gave up and checked out on Monday instead of Wednesday. We paid for the entire stay with all expenses, because that is what we had booked. The hotel should consider whether they will put resources in place to suit, or either run a hotel or only parties. We have now been to Hotel Søparken 3 times... first, only and last.

03/08/2025: A lovely place with really good with friendly staff, so we took an extra day

04/07/2026: Good filling sandwich with chicken, cheese, bacon and salad for 90 kroner. We bought a total of 8 different sandwiches, where the taste and freshness were good. The service was nice, but the clerk only had one glove on. This meant that all the ingredients he touched were handled without gloves, which seemed a little unappetizing. The floor and tables were also a little dirty.
