27/02/2026: Edited 26 February 2026. From a strong 4* down to a 1* Have they changed ownership?? The good customer service which kept me coming back has disappeared. Such a rude person on the end of the phone. I rang and ordered for a delivery. It was taken and a rough time was given. All good. 2 mins later I get a call from the shop " we don't have mobile pay. Only cash accepted" CRUD!!! I didn't even know if we had 2kr in the house never mind the little over 200kr for our order. I went into panic and said wait let me check. My voice may have sounded stressed, cause I was. I am rummaging through a backpack for a purse to check if we had it. I am trying to explain this ,and he is stressing only cash and how much, I say put the order on hold, I will ring back and either confirm or cancel. He says it will be there in about 20 to 30. Which was half the time from the time given with the first employee. I shout " put the order on hold and I will ring back in 5 mins" because at this point I hadn't confirmed we had enough money in the house. Before I had even finished he shouted " we can't deliver to you." CLICK. I have worked in the service industry and know how to talk to people who speak with a strong accent, I know how to tell them to take it easy and get to a result. And I expect that same level of understanding. I know I have an accent and understand that I can be even more difficult to understand when I get stressed. And what delivery service doesn't have mobile pay in these times? . . I can't give a 5 star rating,but they deserve more than 4, I would happilygive it 9 out of 10. I have been a customer for roughly 3 years. I have had 2 problems in that time. One of them tonight...they ran out of chicken for the pizzas 😱😭😅 still ended up with a well prepared Hawaiian, to the time I ordered and it tasted great. The first time the problems warranted a complaint but the sort of complaint that could wait until I went in next time. I still enjoyed the food on that occasion. When I went in to complain,I left the shop happy, felt like I had been heard and understood. I can recommend talking to the owner. You may be surprised. I know I was. 😉🤣🤣

26/06/2026: We have bought some sushi take away twice, and both times we got different types of sushi than the ones we ordered. That's why we won't buy there again.

08/06/2026: The salmon and tuna are really good but the crab filling in the rolls is bland. The presentation is very nice. For all you can eat, miso soup, drinks, and even tap water are extra charges. The menu was a weird old website with poor English translations and loaded very slow due to the poor cell service inside the restaurant. This really limited the "all you can eat" experience. I think the food looks nicer in photos than it tastes

15/08/2026: So I went to buy a crispy chicken burger and this kid named “wali” told me that I couldn’t order a burger and I then I asked why? He responded with I don’t want to serve you, I don’t feel like it right now. I was baffled then he called security and falsely accused me for hitting him TERRIBLE PLACE!!!

08/08/2026: Great burgers and lovely golden fries. Place can be a bit on the louder side tho. Overall would come again for food.

19/06/2026: Nice toilet. If only people would tell the staff when there is no more toilet paper. Nice staff

14/02/2026: Ordered sushi for delivery at 7pm through JustEat. The order was confirmed. At 7.25pm ​​we received a text message that the order had been cancelled and we had guests waiting for food. That was the last time we “ordered” there.

14/02/2026: We waited in line, along with 30 other people, for a long time to get a table (we had booked in advance) and after 35 minutes we ended up driving somewhere else. We didn't get anything that's why it gets 3 stars. There was a lack of information about how long the wait was and generally just what was going on Too bad it comes as a shock to them that it's busy on Valentine's Day, with only a few waiters on duty

28/08/2026: 7.15 euros for a cappuccino is ridiculous. The cappuccino is a bit weak, but otherwise it's a fine place to sit. It's no wonder there are various people sitting here without ordering anything.

08/04/2026: If they forget something, they just stop answering, that's a way of not having to take a stand on anything. Not those who have to eat bad food because of their mistakes, they don't bother to correct it.

17/08/2026: I’m surprised this place only has 3 stars! They’re very friendly here. The food came out in a good timeframe, and it’s one of the better tasting meals I’ve had during my stay in Copenhagen so far. Would recommend the fettuccine with chicken. Really good pasta — and they had gluten free for my husband!

17/08/2026: Pulled up a chair at this pizzeria on a well-known part of Copenhagen. Quick bite, soda from a vending machine in a beer glass, beer without foam. Had tastier pizza before (but also more expensive). No spice oil, season with salt and pepper. Liked by the folding board outside with the menu and prices. The neighbors didn't have that, only an offer of 2 beers for 55 DKK, but La Sirena didn't participate in that.

10/08/2026: A German-style brasserie, meaning simple international cuisine made with fresh ingredients. Ultra-fast and friendly service. You pay as you order, like at McDonald's, because it's huge. Reasonable prices for Copenhagen. Open late, continuous service.

05/08/2026: Really bad logistics Male waiter just stood there and whipped around with the female waiters He spoke to them as if they couldn't think for themselves He felt very important but as a guest he was really a burden The female waiters looked like they were pressured into it The staff had no control over anything And not one of them could speak Danish and they didn't understand much English The food was nothing to write home about Too expensive for what you get We won't be back

05/06/2026: Cozy atmosphere, good beers and nice courses. Really cozy place where we went with a group of colleagues.

23/05/2026: Stopped by for some games and wine and socializing. I recommend it if you're in the area.

26/06/2026: I am against the fact that now larger chains can step on people who don't have much money, for example they go in and lock 1250 kr on your account if you have to refuel and pay with your card. This means that you have to have over 1250 kr in the account before you can be allowed to refuel. And this trend is spreading to the other companies. And you can no longer just refuel and go in and pay, no now you have to guess and pay what you think you will refuel for in advance, then you can enter a code and pay. I then asked what if I guess wrong and there can't be the whole amount, he didn't show that to the guy at the cash register. Where is the service and the trust in the customers, the way they have changed it, they label all customers as criminals.
