15/05/2026: There were 9 of us out to eat, and to avoid misunderstandings, we pointed directly to the dishes on the menu when we ordered from the start. 8 people got their food. The last dish didn't come. After 15 minutes, we went in and asked where it was. The answer was “5-10 minutes.” Then the wrong dish came. We had ordered steak with fried eggs and fries. We got manor steak with potato wedges.. When we pointed out the mistake, the waiter just replied: “What?” … and left again without solving anything. We again grabbed another waiter/owner and explained that everyone else had now finished eating, while the last one still hadn't gotten his food. Here we were just told that we had ordered the wrong dish ourselves? But when you point directly at the menu AND say “with fries”, it’s hard to understand how you could end up with a completely different dish and potato wedges..? It honestly seemed like no one was listening at all. You get irritated by the waiter/owner agreeing to make a new and REAL dish.. In total, it took over 40 minutes before the right dish arrived. Meanwhile, the last person was left alone and had to eat long after all the rest of us. When we paid and pointed out the bad experience, we were offered one free beer as compensation. We honestly said that we thought the dish should at least be free after the extreme waiting time, incorrect serving and poor handling afterwards. But this was quickly rejected with the explanation that they “don’t make any money on the food with the already low prices” and that the waiter had simply heard wrong. Sorry, but if you're in doubt, you might want to take a second look at the menu - especially when the customer points directly at the dish. The most ironic thing is that the owner initially said: “You'll get delicious food.” “You'll definitely come back.” “Everything is made with love.” Unfortunately, that's going to be a big no thanks from here. We're not usually the type to write bad reviews or complain, but this experience was simply too bad.

07/08/2025: Have eaten here a few times over the years, the quality has fluctuated soooo much. Had some really delicious Quorma a few years ago. Today it was inedible, so bad I threw it out to avoid getting sick. It tasted sour/bitter, which suggests the yogurt was too old or something. The paratha bread was completely raw. This is so bad I will never order from here again

18/11/2025: After a walk along the coast, enjoy a delicious coffee and a treat. And you'll be served kindly by two lovely ladies.

26/09/2025: Large selection - but the baker has dropped the salt jar in the dough.. It has gone completely wrong - if that is the norm, then it is very close to being harmful to health!

07/02/2026: Not worthy of the name of the Lagkagehuset. Mainly staffed by young workers who are incapable of making an independent decision, but are just there. In addition, they cannot make a sandwich, as for one reason or another people are not allowed to undertake such a big task if they are under 18. Make sure to visit a Lagkagehuset that bakes itself, where the quality is usually somewhat higher.

26/12/2025: “Click and wait” impressive you can't manage to have just one French bread ready for pickup on time. Instead you have to stand and wait 15min past the pickup time because only two out of 6 at work can use the cash register..

17/05/2026: It's a great option for a quick snack. Many different national cuisines offer street food options.

17/05/2026: The burgers are good, but terribly expensive. Two burgers with fries, 47 euros! And then you have to search hard to find a place to eat.

26/08/2025: We wanted fish, we got fish, and we were very satisfied! The service was very friendly, and the food came very quickly! That's exactly how I imagine it! We had fish several times during our vacation, both in Denmark and in Germany, and nothing could top it! We'd go back anytime.

25/08/2025: Fortunately, we didn't let the 3.6 stars deter us. We were very satisfied and would return on our next vacation.

04/06/2026: Very disappointing experience at Wasabi Sushi in Kennedy Arkaden. I had ordered sushi for pick-up, but the service was unfortunately very poor. When I picked up my order, I had to make the employee aware that I wanted soy, wasabi and ginger. For 40 pieces of sushi, I initially only got one packet of soy. When I asked if I could have more than one for 40 pieces, the employee said yes, but generally seemed unsure about what should come with the order. I had to repeat my requests for wasabi and ginger several times before another employee came and helped. When I got home, it turned out that there was no soy container at all, and only 3 bags of soy. The amount of ginger was also so sparse that it was almost nonexistent. The quality of the sushi was also not impressive. The pieces were very small, several no bigger than half/the tip of a thumb. The sushi pieces were cut so thin that some of the pieces couldn't even hold their shape or stand up. They were almost as thin as chopsticks. The presentation in the trays wasn't very inviting either. The sushi was lying down in the trays and looked like something that had been placed carelessly, which gave a very messy and unappetizing impression. The most disappointing thing, however, was the taste. The sushi was dry, boring and very tasteless. It didn't taste at all like the quality I usually associate with Wasabi Sushi. Compared to the branch at Østerågade 11, the difference was very clear. Here, both the quality, presentation and taste seemed significantly inferior. All in all, an experience that doesn't live up to 400,-

03/04/2026: I was surprised by how great the sushi was. I has a box of 24 which contained a wide variaty. They were all very good.

23/01/2026: The fries were good. I ordered chili mayo, but got salad mayonnaise, remoulade and ketchup... Pizza with kebab, salad and dressing. Covered in dressing and almost inedible 🤢 First, only and last visit there.

27/03/2026: Had bought a voucher for their Taco combo and was looking forward to authentic Mexican food. But what a disappointment. The portion was minimal, it was soaked in oil and was way too salty. The salad consisted of 1½ mouthfuls and the accompanying guacamole consisted of 2 teaspoons of green industrial substance. Even at the discounted price, the quality was definitely not worth the money. Find somewhere else.

29/01/2026: I think the waitress needs to find a new job, because I literally felt like my mere presence in the store was a source of great unhappiness for the lady behind the counter. - The food was also bland and inauthentic, definitely nothing to shout hooray for!🤢

08/03/2026: Service and atmosphere were lacking. The staff at the entrance and face check seemed more suited to warehouse work or doorman duties than guest interaction.

27/05/2026: It was better in the beginning. The last time a few days ago, the coffee cup was broken on several sides. The table was not clean. There was dirt under the pastry rack on the floor. I hope it maintains its previous level. I think that if the magazine rack were to put new magazines in it every month, it would be a wonderful addition.🙂 Update after a break I would like to thank the beautiful addition to the magazine shelf👍🏻👍🏻☺️🌼

19/05/2026: Good bakery with a fine selection of bread, sandwhiches and pastries. They service coffee too

09/11/2025: We bought a rum ball, which was okay but still quite anonymous in taste, the consistency was fine. We also bought two brownies, which were downright inedible, the topping had a very strange aftertaste that can only be described as something you shouldn't eat. The brownie cake/base itself was VERY dry, you can imagine that it probably wasn't baked the same day it was sold.

23/09/2025: Mediocre. There are several places where it looks permanently empty. Okay cakes. Not bad, but not good either. The price in relation to the quality is a little above what you would expect for the price. Nice staff. Not a super clean place, but it's not stuffy and dirty either.

12/09/2025: Looking at comments here, sincerely I have no clue what more people want from this place. Tasty food at normal prices, friendly and helpful service, really nice facilities and atmosphere. Ideal for me! Keep going this way guys!

06/09/2025: Got half a chicken with salad The salad was ok but the chicken was crunchy dry

23/03/2025: Tasted like day-old chicken that was made in the microwave but dry at the same time. Ate 1 piece and left 😪 avoid at all costs. Also, the printer for ordering didn't work 🫣
