27/03/2026: We were actually quite happy if it wasn't for their dirty plates and bowls. We pointed out the problem to one of the staff, but all we got was "we know, we got a new dishwasher that hasn't been set up properly yet". That may be the explanation, but it's just not good enough! Greasy and sticky plates are not acceptable for the price they charge.

17/04/2026: A sandwich was delivered without meat, they would not take responsibility for this.

12/02/2026: Ordered a Lebanese salad with chicken. Got home and they forgot to put chicken in the salad. Super annoying

21/05/2026: I would like to complain about a very unpleasant experience I just had at Pixie Café. We had otherwise had a really nice evening and a good meal, but the end of the visit was so unprofessional that I am still shocked by it. After we finished eating, we sat for about 40 minutes waiting to be allowed to pay because no waiters came to the tables. Unfortunately, this is not the first time we have experienced long waits, but this experience was way over the line. Finally, I went up to the bar myself, where there was no one. However, I could see our waiter sitting at a table in waiter's clothes, where she was reading a book and clearly taking a break. I said several times "excuse me, can I pay?", both into the room and out towards the kitchen, but without any reaction. Finally, I went right up to her and asked directly if I could pay. She replied briefly that she was taking a break, after which she completely ignored me. I then asked if I should just leave without paying. Only then did she get up, very irritated, go up to the bar, get the Dankort machine ready, and immediately sit back down to continue reading — without a single word. The machine was not set up correctly for payment, and I could neither see the amount nor complete the payment. I therefore had to go to her again and say that I could not pay. She replied irritatedly that I “just had to use contactless”, after which she turned the terminal towards me. The problem was not contactless payment — I simply could not see the amount or understand where in the process I was. After paying, she went straight to the kitchen and disappeared out a back door before I could ask for a receipt. After some more waiting, I had to go around behind the bar myself to find out how to print a receipt. Meanwhile, more guests came in, who also could not get help at the bar and ended up leaving again. I found myself in the absurd situation of having to explain to them that I did not work there, but was simply trying to get a receipt. It was both embarrassing and extremely unpleasant. This could have been avoided with a simple apology for the wait and a normal professional handling of the payment. Instead I left the restaurant shocked by the treatment we received. I really hope you take this experience seriously, because it completely ruined an otherwise great evening. /evening May 21, 2026

18/03/2026: Ordered a salad pizza with kebab, and I have to promise you that there was salad on that pizza. Paid a total of 111kr for a pizza and a can of soda. The pizza was covered in iceberg lettuce and couldn't see a shadow of a piece of kebab meat, and couldn't even taste the meat. The pizza had a strange taste, whether it was because of the dressing, the salad, the dough, or the cheese - I don't know. I won't eat there again, it was the first and last time. Nice service, they were fast. Can't recommend, at least not their salad pizza.

24/11/2025: Hopeless place. They always sell out 2/3 of their items. The quality is okay, but not better than other bakeries in town. Find another place to shop if you have the chance.

04/07/2025: The coffee is terrible, the food isn’t much better. It is not immediately apparent that you are supposed to take a number, since people que-up anyway and the number machine is small. If you don’t know to take a number, the staff won’t inform you, instead they ignore you and look right through you as if you were a ghost.

01/04/2026: Ordered beef tenderloin torndios and got 2 pieces of beef fillet with bacon slices on top. Not ok for that price 😬 we celebrated a birthday and expected a good dish. Can't recommend betting on quality 😒

07/02/2026: Got plastic in the food. Drove down there and was told I could get my money back. When we got there they didn't bother to give me the money back. The manager chose to argue with the customers and throw them out. And call the police where they couldn't help. They even said they had experienced customers getting hair or plastic in their food several times and didn't even bother to give me the money back. We drove twice with a driving time of 15 minutes each way without getting anything out of it. We are usually satisfied but this is far from service.

01/05/2026: Sadly very disappointing experience. As a sunset premium member, you are not able to use your membership here. Food was ordered quickly. However, they should have taken a bit more time to make sure it was at the correct temperature for serving. All burger buns were lukewarm, and the fries were stale. The worst was the attitude of the staff. The tables were extremely dirty and sticky, food leftovers all over the flood, and the personnel was more interested in making jokes with each other. Don't bother, there are many other options available.

22/02/2026: By far one of the best fast food burgers I have eaten. Five different men options consumed, all got top marks. Why this currently sits at a 2.6 is beyond me. We highlight recommend you give this place a try, our order was ready in 5 minutes which is importartant when you have hungry kids 👍👍👍👍👍

09/12/2025: The head waiter was rude and had an unpleasant attitude telling a woman in our group to “be quiet” in a clearly demeaning way. The restaurant also seems slightly understaffed which trickles down to the other staff members as well. The food is just okay.

22/11/2025: I have to say I don't understand the other reviews at all. The staff was smiling and welcoming and only came down to us after 5 minutes and asked if we were ready to order. We got the pizzas only 10 minutes later (and we saw the other tables doing the same). The pizzas were amazing! You got the feeling of sitting down in Italy, so 165 kroner for us was super nice, especially because the restaurant is also inside Tivoli. The atmosphere was great (especially when it's dark outside). I asked for some oil and I was actually given options. Then we had to pay and the waiter was so professional and stood nicely away until we had paid. We will come again! Really good experience.

25/08/2025: Unmanned camping. Decent service building with several showers and toilets. Pool/water park open. Restaurant closed. Local sports clubs use the football pitch located within the area. 800 meters walk to groceries and restaurants.

19/08/2025: Quite simply a disgrace.... We spent one night in this campsite which was almost deserted and clearly in liquidation, with no longer any staff at reception. The majority of the toilets are dilapidated and are former changing rooms from the nearby stadium: only one building was modern, clean and allowed to take a shower. The swimming pool advertised on the website is no longer part of the campsite.... Avoid!

15/05/2026: Crispy Chicken Sandwich lunch special. The chicken was not crispy and old and boring. Everything else in the sandwich was just okay. Not recommended, but okay for lack of better.

06/03/2026: Unfortunately, the chicken was boring. The meat was dry and you couldn't even taste that it was grilled chicken rather than regular oven + the skin was a bit burnt, enough that it didn't taste good.

08/05/2026: sat outside on a sunny evenings so vibes were good. mango salad was so nice, fresh and zingy. drunken noodle chicken was good, maybe a bit too salty but it really hit the spot.

27/03/2026: The chicken is really bad. Obviously pre-fried from frozen.

29/11/2025: Far too little meat in it and the guy who made my kebab coughed all over the salad bar… that was the last time.

18/11/2025: Unfortunately there is WAY too much oil in the chili dressing - the durum gets soaked and the oil runs out through the bottom. 65 kr. is on the high side when it's without drinks.

11/10/2025: Excellent burger at a really good price! Cozy place with super good service. My favorites are The Spot Burger and Nachos (with chicken). I enjoy coming here, and can highly recommend it to others who shop in Rødovre Centrum :-)

08/10/2025: There were 5 of us at the spot cafe yesterday in Rødovre Centrum First we encountered the most confused waiter I have ever met and I have worked as a waiter for 5 years He mixed up our order several times We were supposed to have a medium Cole for 65,- far too expensive btw and a glass of water which should have been a bottle of water. Water from the tap apparently costs 27,- which is completely gone We ordered 5 burgers also on our user there was a mistake when we got the wrong user to the table. The buns were dry, the chicken was dry, the steaks were dry and the fries were the strangest experience we have had in a long time they were both burnt and unfinished at the same time, they are definitely not 130-150,- be fortunately they cost half the price but it was also too expensive considering the food we will definitely not be back!
