14/10/2025: Super nice service and really delicious food. It was constantly replenished.

10/10/2025: I ate here with my family and we all got food poisoning after the meal. The food looked fresh but turned out to be spoiled. I have been feeling very bad for two days because of this. If I could I would not even give one star. Think about the fact that children come to eat here and they can get poisoned by the food. It was a very unpleasant experience and I hope the restaurant takes this seriously and improves their hygiene and quality. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this place.

14/03/2026: The waiting time is extreme, I have never waited for a kebab roll and pizza so long.. they received my order at 16:50.. it is now 17:25 still not ready? I went down to the store and ordered it… there I had to wait 35min. - so the quality of the food is lousy…. The worst place I have tried in Denmark. - it is out in the countryside… when my food is ready, I ask for a knife and fork, then Ballis says, remember and say you are going to eat here? Isn't the person who cooks the food supposed to ask after the order if I am taking it with me or eating here? Never tried anything like that…

14/08/2026: No brunch, eggs, bacon, etc. in IKEA Aalborg. Dirty plates. Missing price tags at self service. Almost nothing in the butter packets. Cakes that taste bad from the "refrigerator" because they are thawed close to something they shouldn't be close to. The prices are OK but if I could upgrade without being robbed I would have done so, just to achieve a minimum of quality. The concept doesn't work very well when the basic menu suffers from serious shortcomings because so much is saved on both content and staff.

25/04/2026: It was all too expensive 109kr for a steak sandwich.. relax...then I can put 50kr more in and eat at the restaurant... NO CHILDREN'S MENU even though they have a big children's menu with chicken on the menu

09/08/2026: They have way too loud music in the restaurant so they can't hear what you order. The service was way too slow and the poor girl took a long time to bring cutlery etc. It took 45 min to get our food. A family pizza, chicken strips. I recommend this place more as a take away.

12/07/2026: Portion was not worth 155kr at all. Staff seemed to barely care, didn't even call me when my order was ready and I was sitting inside waiting. Only good thing was the flavor but even then the chicken was very dry. Portion felt like it would be worth 70kr max. Save your money for someplace else.

31/08/2026: Unbelievably bad food, ordered 2 pizzas. One was raw dough, the other was missing beef. Tried to talk to the staff but was rejected.

05/08/2026: As someone who isn't from Denmark, I wouldn't go here. The man has no patience; I answered multiple times about what I wanted, and he still keeps nagging. Once seems like enough to me. So, as an outsider, just don't go here. Have a nice day.

21/06/2026: Really delicious food! Here you can eat delicious and tasty food for little money. We got away with 398 kr for 2 people. 2 times buffet and 2 between sodas.

29/05/2026: “Under all criticism” does not cover this experience at all. This was amateur class disguised as restaurant management. We physically show up 4 hours before pick-up and make one simple change: swap shrimp nigiri for tuna nigiri. It is confirmed face to face, we pay in advance, and everything should work out. Just to be on the safe side, I call about an hour before pick-up to confirm the order and that the change is in order. When we are about to pick up the order and ask about the change, you can immediately see the panic spreading. The clerk turns around, there is a murmur with a colleague, and they literally start rummaging around in the package in front of them. The result? No tuna nigiri. Not even close. They had decided that all nigiri should be salmon. It almost takes talent to get it so consistently wrong after several reminders and four hours of preparation. When we point out the mistake, we are met with the most lame standard response possible: “You can get some extra next time.” Next time? After that? It's like driving into someone and offering free windshield washer fluid at the next service. The only thing they had in mind was taking payment in advance. The rest was a breeze. If you can't handle a single change to a sushi order with hours' notice and two confirmations, maybe you should start mastering post-its before takeout.

15/08/2026: They didn't have a first aid kit for a lady who was bleeding profusely from the head and was barely conscious, and one of the bartenders was a nurse and thought 50 meters was too far to run to and help. How can you be a nurse and think 50 meters is too far to go and help someone who was seriously injured!!

06/04/2026: It's been a long time since I was there. But always enjoyed it!

28/07/2026: The food itself wasn't that focused on. It tasted ok. I would choose a pork roast sandwich next time, as the burger didn't do anything gastronomically. The fries were good. The staff were friendly, but an adult was missing. While the restaurant was floating in food waste, which would be any rat's paradise, four employees stood around talking to each other, without doing anything at all. The closest we came to someone doing anything was when one of them went outside to move a chair about 10cm while ignoring the waste on the table 40cm away. The atmosphere was dull. There was almost constant screaming from children. So you have to be prepared for that to be the case in the evening too. The restaurant was about 10% full when we were there. Normally we bring our own food and drinks.

21/11/2025: Ordered a pizza and it was ready on time when I arrived. Tasted great too.

11/10/2025: Best service, the one whose boss cooks good food, the one who wears black clothes, a real legend💪🏻

23/07/2026: a fine artisan grill with what you would expect.

16/05/2026: There was poor service as you had to repeat your order several times because the person who was supposed to receive it kept saying "what" and gloves were not used or hands were not washed between servings and sausages were taken out of the fridge and thrown on the table next to the cash register on some paper that did not look clean, all in all a really bad experience of the place unfortunately.
