07/03/2025: I ordered 5 Crispy Chicken they were completely black on the outside but raw inside and 5 hot wings I didn't get them but instead got 5 chicken tenders which were so dry that my dog didn't want to eat them the fries were completely cold there was no salt or anything on them so a meal for over 200 kr went straight into the bin

30/12/2024: Well we were very hungry and thought of ordering two sausage mix without onions and 2 cocio. Not only that they did not remove the onions as we clearly asked for. Then they charged 405kr for the meal which was soggy fries and completely soggy. We called to complain and said we thought it was outrageous to pay 405kr for something we did not eat. Well we got a rude reply “the prices have become a bit high happy new year” well what do you think? You have made a mistake.. you need to fix it.. instead they just talk around and slam it. Last time I spend any money here.

17/08/2025: Portions aren’t the biggest for the price, but we really loved the fish frikadelles! The fish n chips was okay. Fries were very tasty. Beautiful sitting area, service was very nice. We had a good time.

04/05/2025: It was the worst club I've ever been to. I left my jacket and umbrella on my table for a few minutes and they put it in the lost and found section. I told them it was mine but they didn't give me my jacket and umbrella. They said you need to know the brand and size and even though I told them they didn't accept it. I waited until half past four to get my jacket. I couldn't get my umbrella back. I stayed up all night waiting with my friends because of the cloakroom manager. It was the worst experience I've ever had.

29/10/2025: I have visited Espresso House in Rødovre on several occasions and have always been satisfied with the visit. However, on October 16 this year, we were seated at the entrance to the kitchen. There is a ramp to the kitchen for the staff to drive their carts in. I sat in a corner near the kitchen. When I got up to go and buy more drinks, I tripped with my left foot on this ramp, which you have to step over to get out and it hurt like hell. I later asked them to block that seat so that no one else would have to trip on the ramp. I am unsure whether the staff has taken my complaint further. My left foot turned both blue and yellow and now today it is red. I had to see a doctor, get a bandage and take painkillers. Luckily, it was not a fracture. I live in Stockholm and go to Espresso House here in Stockholm almost daily.

27/08/2025: The coffee is like the coffee in Espresso House. No complaints. But the place is severely understaffed - always. You can stand for a long time and wait in vain for service, while busy clerks make... coffee for online orders? Something else?

18/01/2026: Had 3 x salad with chicken and bacon this evening. 3 x 100,- for such dog food, chicken completely dry and almost inedible, dressing tasteless, boring salad. You must be setting higher standards for yourself when you demand 100,- for a portion that is equivalent to a tray with some fries and a fish fillet in it. Annoying to spend money on such bad food.

06/12/2025: The pizza was average, it was cold, and the driver got lost, and it was expensive.

16/12/2025: At restaurant prices you should assume your order will be treated with a modicum of respect. They delivered my overpriced dinner to the wrong address and started arguing with me about whether it was really true that I had received cold food. I have ordered from pizza day and night time and time again over the past 10 years but there are far too many times I have received food that looks like it has been a trip to a tombola or waited twice as long as stated. 1/10

07/09/2025: I really don't understand all the negative reviews, it seems like you just write like the others, just grab the buns and come up with your own opinion..... The food is quite nice, not Michelin, but quite a nice standard, now I've tried both pizza, pasta and burgers and everything has been quite unremarkable. The quality is like most other places. Pretty good. If I had to put a dot on something it would be that the food could have been a little warmer on arrival, but I can't blame them for that, it's "Wolt" their partner who is responsible for the delivery... but I still order from there, -and then the one star is because after all, as some of the only ones who deliver until 2:00, How many do that... well..... so give them a few more probs, please. 🍕🍔🥙🍝👍..

23/07/2025: Stay away if you don't want the worst food you can imagine!!! An evening with a 70th birthday was ruined by Pakhuset Svaneke and their totally indifferent petty “chef” and his inedible food!!! My mother turned 70 and what was supposed to be an unforgettable evening, with good food and coziness was completely and utterly RUINED by the chef at Pakhuset Svaneke. Our food was RUINED!!! We ordered, among other things, Ribeye steak with bearnaise sauce, fried medium red, - but which was so ruined and cooked through, and the sauce was foamy and without tarragon. Seriously I (we) have NEVER had such a bad “food experience” ever in my (our) life. The steak was overcooked and completely ruined, and the fries were cold and soft, and the gravy was foamy and without tarragon - we complained about the quality, and the otherwise nice waiters tried to create a good atmosphere, but it didn't matter, because when we got our replacement steak, the quality was exactly the same. Even the replacement steak was also cold and completely overcooked (despite the request for medium rare) and the fries were even the same as before, which had only now become colder and indifferent, and despite another complaint about the steak and fries, and that we were missing the gravy, there was never a new gravy, - which was also unnecessary, since several from our party chose to go out of town and find another place to eat…. Thanks to Pakhuset Svaneke for completely ruining a 70th birthday! Unless you are starving or planning to serve the food to your dog (if it wants to eat it), do not eat at Svaneke Pakhus. To top off the experience, a visit from one of the guests to the toilet was the highlight of the experience, as the toilets are damp and unclean, with wet floors from God knows what, no toilet paper, and clear signs of mold and lack of cleaning. Eat from the toilet or from a trash can - all things being equal, it is a better and more rewarding "experience" than at Pakhus Svaneke.

20/07/2025: The food was a disaster. Two years ago, the salad buffet was included in the price. Now it costs an extra €4. The ribs, which were available back then and actually always were, were removed from the menu. I then opted for a hamburger, but I couldn't get that rubbery patty down. A real disgrace for the price of €30!

12/09/2025: Looking at comments here, sincerely I have no clue what more people want from this place. Tasty food at normal prices, friendly and helpful service, really nice facilities and atmosphere. Ideal for me! Keep going this way guys!

25/12/2025: I had ordered through Wolt, when they accepted they announced that the delivery time was 2 hours, after 2.5 hours the food still hadn't arrived so I had to get Wolt to refund the money because you can't cancel an order once they've accepted it and you might as well forget about contacting the restaurant, it's hopeless. Stay away from ordering takeout from there unless you want to die of hunger..

09/10/2025: Good service and very friendly staff. I think the food tasted good, but my recommendation would be to add more shawarma and less salad to the durum rolls.

26/12/2025: We had Christmas lunch there. The food was delicious but was quickly removed and replaced by music so loud you couldn't even talk.

13/09/2025: Bought 2 gateu Marcel layer cakes. Showed the clerk a picture from their app with the name of the cake and told him the name. 3 hours later when I open the boxes, he gave me two chocolate cakes………. Incompetent

29/11/2025: Absolutely disgusting service. Walked in with my 4 year old son, picked up a waiting ticket and was standing there efor 10 minutes while other people getting served we got completely ignored. I asked to be served twice after that everyone ignored me. No one can be arsed to do anything in this city. Absolutely disgusting service, 0 out of 5 stars, my son cried his eyes out because he wanted a drink so badly
