20/03/2026: Really bad experience. The wait was very long and the food was both cold and dry. Several items from the menu were missing and the staff handled it with a sour and unprofessional attitude. Will not be back.

14/03/2026: Really bad service, ordered food 5 hours before the delivery time, but the food still came too late, and when I called to ask how long the food was, they shouted at me on the phone, said that the food was delayed 5 minutes, then the man on the phone shouted "and so what if it's 20 minutes too", and when I got the food I was missing dressing, which I also called and asked for, where was his answer, that he would send the delivery man back with it, but 15 minutes go by and they never came, and when I called again, my number was blocked.

13/09/2025: If you could give 0 stars, yes, they would have! This is for me a first timer: It is apparently forbidden to sit with a computer in this café. Not just inside, no, not even outside where I would have sat down to sit in peace and quiet with my coffee and read a little. The owner comes rushing out and asks me to pack my computer away without giving me a real explanation. What kind of place is this where you are not even allowed to sit with your laptop and work while drinking your coffee? I had bought both coffee and a crossfit, but apparently that was not enough. I was directly asked to pack my computer away if I had any hope of being there. This is extremely petty. If you run a café, you have to expect people to use it to sit and socialize, work or read. Otherwise, it just ends up as a coffee shop without customers!

22/09/2025: We had an awful experience at this hotel. Upon check-out, we politely asked whether all bills were settled and mentioned that during our stay there was no hot water. The receptionist told us we should have notified them directly—which we had. When we reported the issue, we were told to wait 10 minutes, but in reality it took more than 20 minutes before lukewarm water appeared, and even then the water pressure was extremely low. When I explained this at the desk, the staff member dismissed our concerns, even suggesting that I had perhaps called another hotel or another tourist by mistake—boldly refusing to acknowledge the problem, despite the fact that all three of us experienced it. We raised the issue only as constructive feedback to help improve their service, yet the employee immediately began yelling at us, calling us liars and insisting hot water had always been available. This unacceptable behavior ruined what was otherwise a pleasant stay in Denmark. We felt threatened by the aggressive response of the hotel employee, and we are now considering legal action. The hotel failed to provide the basic services we paid for, and instead treated us with hostility when we tried to report the issue.

29/08/2025: Beautiful place that is not well maintained. The staff seems welcoming. But everything is fake. No one takes responsibility. Just pretends. No one cleans. Just pretends. We cleaned the mirrors in the banquet hall ourselves. The main course had to be served twice. Only the host table got it. There should be no shortage of wine. We got a glass of white and red wine. The hotel hid the rest. The host couple did not realize that they were being cheated. And the envelope price could have been more professional with the hotel. - Like all other reviews, I ABSOLUTELY cannot recommend this hotel. I hope for a change of ownership and people with good morals. This beautiful place deserves it.

15/12/2025: I experienced extremely unprofessional behavior from your “guard” and partly the staff in the cloakroom on Friday, December 5th, around midnight - at a time when it was by no means busy. Shortly after our arrival, we decided to move on. When I got my coat from the cloakroom, I could both feel and smell that it had been dragged around in beer upon delivery. This was reported to the “guard”, who in a derogatory, arrogant and unprofessional manner asked me to shut up and simply demanded that the staff take my name and mobile number, with the message that I would be contacted on Monday, December 8th, so that arrangements could be made for the coat to be cleaned. However, I have - not surprisingly - not yet heard from anyone as of today (December 15th). I look forward to hearing from you!

17/08/2025: Waited outside round about 15 minutes, ordered to takeaway. The cook brought us our order 😊 The food (Burger/veg. burger/mozzarella sticks/pommes fries 2x) was perfect. 10/10!

06/08/2025: We've been eating here frequently over the past few months and have been very satisfied every time. We've had the burgers several times, as well as the beef sandwich, the nuggets with fries, the fish fillet with fries, the Kylling mix, the half chicken, the Stjerneskud, and even the daily special. Our questions were answered very kindly, and when there was a smaller selection, we immediately received an explanation as to why (e.g., after the Whitsun flea market). We never had to wait longer than 20 minutes. They are very child-friendly, the interior is cozy, and you have a great view :-). So, we are completely satisfied and would love to come back.

17/03/2026: I can really understand that Jensen's steakhouse can't make it work. The service is absolutely terrible and the food is boring. My husband and I visited Jensen's steakhouse in Wawes on Saturday. My husband wanted a Tuborg squash sport without sugar which was shown on the menu but no they really didn't have it anymore! He ordered a sirloin steak and potato slices the plate screamed for attention and oh yes the sauce of course has to be bought 😳!! I ordered grilled salmon (definitely tasted better) and wanted hollandaise sauce the waiter glared at me as if I had just fallen from the moon "we really don't have that on our menu" I couldn't help but say what? Jensen's steakhouse has hollandaise sauce in their range but not in their restaurants? Bearnaise sauce etc. doesn't belong with salmon! The last time I set foot there

15/03/2026: Waited 45 minutes before the order was taken Even though it wasn't busy at all. Had to ask the staff to come. Served 70 minutes after arrival and then the food for one guest wasn't registered. Wait another 10 minutes. Stay away!

14/12/2025: We ordered pizza from here, and one of the staff members delivered it to us at the bar across the street. Staff was very friendly, and the pizza Margherita was tasty.

08/09/2025: Unfortunately, I can't give less than one star, tasteless pizzas, oily, limp salad, indifferent pizza at an overpriced price.

13/11/2025: Really good kebab! We got durum last week and Turkish bread today and it was seriously the best Turkish bread I have ever tasted. Super good service and nice staff. Can definitely recommend the place You have gained a regular customer!

28/10/2025: Got the most boring lukewarm cocoa with fine molded canned whipped cream, with a very boring taste of nothing. Oh my god I've tasted the one that was better. I think it still costs 56 kr, it simply wasn't worth it..👎👎 Vh Ulla

11/10/2025: Really bad service. Cold, dry and uninspiring burger. Just below average service that could barely beat the price of a coke. Also really expensive prices especially for what you get. Not a place to recommend, not a place to revisit.

17/01/2026: The ham (pizza) sandwich, which used to taste fantastic, with cheese with a delicate taste and ham that tasted 'slightly perfumed'... Neither the cheese nor the ham tastes of anything anymore. So a bit of a 'meh' experience, the only thing that tasted was the dressing. Which used to compliment the cheese and ham. Now the sandwich just tasted of iceberg and lettuce. Furthermore, the store smelled bad. It also looks shabby. Copenhagen's best ham sandwich, has now become just a footnote. Practice.

19/02/2026: We ordered a whole chicken, but unfortunately it was not salted. This has happened a few times now. In addition, the chicken was not fully cooked - there was blood inside the meat, which is not acceptable. We also ordered durum, but it consisted almost only of lettuce and very little meat. We hope that you will take note of this and improve the quality in the future.
