17/08/2026: My son and I were passing through Aalborg on a Tuesday evening and wanted to order sushi. By chance, we discovered this sushi restaurant in the Kennedy Arcades. We were pleased that the restaurant still looked open and started placing our order at the designated ordering screens right outside. Once we had finished ordering and paid by card at the screen, we went inside. There, the server informed us that the restaurant had already closed. When I asked her why she had watched us placing our order and even paying without telling us that the restaurant was closed, she simply said she thought we were just playing around with the screens. We did receive a refund, but it was less than we had paid, as the exchange rate for foreign cards apparently differs for payments and refunds. My main criticism is therefore directed at the staff who, despite seeing us order, failed to inform us that the restaurant was already closed, and for the fact that the order screens were still switched on. This is simply very poor service overall and deserves a corresponding rating.

04/06/2026: Very disappointing experience at Wasabi Sushi in Kennedy Arkaden. I had ordered sushi for pick-up, but the service was unfortunately very poor. When I picked up my order, I had to make the employee aware that I wanted soy, wasabi and ginger. For 40 pieces of sushi, I initially only got one packet of soy. When I asked if I could have more than one for 40 pieces, the employee said yes, but generally seemed unsure about what should come with the order. I had to repeat my requests for wasabi and ginger several times before another employee came and helped. When I got home, it turned out that there was no soy container at all, and only 3 bags of soy. The amount of ginger was also so sparse that it was almost nonexistent. The quality of the sushi was also not impressive. The pieces were very small, several no bigger than half/the tip of a thumb. The sushi pieces were cut so thin that some of the pieces couldn't even hold their shape or stand up. They were almost as thin as chopsticks. The presentation in the trays wasn't very inviting either. The sushi was lying down in the trays and looked like something that had been placed carelessly, which gave a very messy and unappetizing impression. The most disappointing thing, however, was the taste. The sushi was dry, boring and very tasteless. It didn't taste at all like the quality I usually associate with Wasabi Sushi. Compared to the branch at Østerågade 11, the difference was very clear. Here, both the quality, presentation and taste seemed significantly inferior. All in all, an experience that doesn't live up to 400,-

13/08/2026: Very very very expensive prices and extremely small amounts of food. I have never experienced waiting so long for so little food. Really a shame. Very small durum and a pizza that a 5 year old can barely get enough of. Practice

30/08/2026: Ordered from here on their website. Food did not arrive on time. OK, sometimes things happen. When I called to talk to them, they hung up on me.

03/08/2026: My husband and I each had a sloppy cheeseburger in Sønderborg yesterday. I sat there wondering if we should even eat them, and we shouldn't have. Last night we both felt bad and still do. We won't be going there again.

15/07/2026: Really a shameful place. Inedible dry fries that seemed to have been reheated. They were dry, half-cold and stuck together. The burger buns were dry as cardboard and fell apart.

24/08/2026: Great service. You are greeted with a big smile and feel really welcome. The food tastes amazing and I think I have found my new favorite place!

17/07/2026: They forget things on pizzas, they forget pizzas and forget to change money. You have to go back where they try to avoid giving you the money back. Overall it's just a crappy experience

15/07/2026: Ordered for 183 kr got food that tasted of pure salt and the board was completely soaked, they refused to help or cooperate. 0 out of 5 stars would never recommend them to anyone.

06/07/2026: Very poor place, really boring food. Asked for pita bread kebab freshly cut from the roll. Tells the guy at the cashier, and the guy who makes the pita bread. And they say no. Really bad service! Will never set foot there again. Would rather go to 7/11

19/04/2026: Poor service. Ordered food that took 1.5 hours to arrive - not told how long it would take. Pizzas are better elsewhere in town. Margarita was very dry and other pizza quite bland in taste.

27/07/2026: Decidedly disgusting pizza. After they renovated, they have chosen to update their menu, and it is definitely for the worse. A thick layer of rubbery cheese. I asked to have the pizza remade as it was simply inedible. The second round, with a smaller amount of cheese, but still completely over the top, was thrown in the trash on the way out. 130 kroner is absolutely outrageous for such poor quality.

14/07/2026: Very good food, sandwiches and pizza. Will definitely be back.

01/08/2026: For that first piece of meat with fat hanging out, I immediately get a 1, I don't know the rest of the kebab because it went into the trash.

11/07/2026: The best pizzas and shawarma in town. The food is always fresh and tasty, the staff is incredibly friendly, and you feel really welcome. It is clear that they embrace all guests with a smile and good service. Can highly recommend City Kebab in Kalundborg🏰❤️

19/07/2026: Got a burnt piece of wheat, which was inedible. The sandwich with tuna and rye bread, was filled with black and hard avocado which was also inedible. We also waited for the food for ten minutes because they had forgotten it. There were 6 other people in the store

15/06/2026: Dirty tables and chairs. Very young staff with no noticeable sense of service, who were more interested in talking to girls their age who were sitting barefoot on the sofas and typing on their computers. The coffee was good, but the surroundings gave the feeling of a youth club rather than a café for adults.

16/08/2026: Ordered from Kral Kebab House in Hedehusene with delivery to Taastrup, which is only about a 5 minute drive away. Yet we received two pizzas that were cold, a full 40 minutes later. It is simply not satisfactory.

30/07/2026: Zero stars, poor service and quality. Instead of chicken, the employee served beef; several other customers have had the same experience. Especially those who don't eat beef. They get angry and disappointed if you complain instead of correcting the mistake

03/06/2026: I ordered two bowls of rice, the chicken seemed old, the sauce was watery, and the vegetables were old.

24/04/2026: I was there this week where a girl in a scarf was behind the cash register, not smiling at all, looks like someone who is forced to be there, on top of that we got the wrong order. Won't be back!
