24/09/2025: Ordered an iced coffee, but when we got it, there were no straws. So I asked the clerk, who was a young girl. She replied in an arrogant and flippant manner that she had already said where they were. When I said that she hadn't, she firmly insisted that she had. It was an annoying experience, as she didn't seem very welcoming - maybe she was just having a bad day, but it shouldn't affect the rest of us

24/09/2025: I meet a very, negative clerk. Who is not very welcoming. That is. A really bad experience!

13/10/2025: Asian food. Really good. Always satisfied with the food. Otherwise the place looks like a barbecue joint with Asian decorations. Which it actually is ;-)

25/08/2025: Ordered via Just-Eat - got the order confirmed! Over an hour later the order is cancelled! Ordered 20.21!

20/09/2025: Just got an order on Wolt, this is apparently what they think a pasta with meat sauce for 120 should look like. They must be going downstairs and home.

23/08/2025: Ordered two chicken sallads, they were great. Had two sparkling waters to go with that but there was some aftertaste of dishsoap, may have been the glasses weren't rinsed enough. The waitress was kind.

17/10/2025: 94 kroner for a waffle ice cream with two scoops is pretty expensive and when I asked if I could get whipped cream, the clerk said it wasn't included in the price. Thanks for the coffee. I'll never buy ice cream again at those prices 🤑

17/10/2025: The young man behind the counter wears gloves, but he keeps them on while he stands and fiddles with his phone.. Super unhygienic and not surprising that for the first time I have seen Olgas with a medium smiley on the door.. The place seriously needs a loving hand and although the service is polite, the hygiene is absolutely no. 1!!! Therefore only one star with lots of room for improvement :/

29/09/2025: I visited this shop to buy a Nespresso machine, but to my surprise they are not selling this machine to non-long-time members. On top of that, they even recommended that I buy it from a competitor shop(!) I guess business must be booming here and customers are not needed. Better visit another shop!

04/01/2026: Whole building stinks of cigarettes from the pub where people usually smokes. You can easily smell it inside the hotle rooms. No smoke sensors anywhere. Avoid this place at all cost if you respect your own health

13/01/2026: I ordered food for my children on 31/12 (New Year's Eve) for 6:00 PM. Shortly before delivery, the pizzeria calls and asks if it's okay for them to arrive at 6:30 PM - which I accept out of courtesy. 10 minutes later, I suddenly receive an SMS saying that my order has been cancelled without notice. I immediately call back, where I am greeted by a very rude tone and told that he has "6 other orders" and therefore cannot keep up. I can't see how that benefits me as a customer - you have to expect and plan for these kinds of challenges when you choose to stay open on New Year's Eve. He then says that he can arrive at 9:00 PM instead, which is absolutely grotesque when it comes to food for children. The result was that our entire New Year's Eve was ruined, the atmosphere was completely ruined, and my kids ended up eating rye bread because they don't like sushi like the rest of us. I have never experienced such poor service, lack of responsibility and respect for customers. Very disappointing experience - cannot be recommended in any way.

20/11/2025: Shut up it tasted like hell, their meat wasn't even fully cooked, no one at home liked it.

28/10/2025: Bad service, they even charge money for the bag when you want to take the food with you

13/03/2026: Delivery took longer than expected. The food tasted good but seems to have given food poisoning.

12/02/2026: MISSING INGREDIENTS CRITICAL FOR ALLERGIC PEOPLE! My son ordered food for us today. I was supposed to have a pita and checked the ingredients listed as I have a food allergy. When the pita arrived it was stuffed with corn which I am allergic to. Corn is NOT listed under ingredients. Gerner's believes that it is a problem between me and Wolt, since according to them it is Wolt's fault. Here I otherwise thought that it was not Wolt who made either the menu or the food. Gerner's has now thrown the pipe at my head 2 times because they do not believe it is their responsibility. Hangry? Now I am! Never buy food there. They are rude, do not know the food laws and believe that it is both the customer's and the delivery person's fault that they do not have it.

30/01/2026: Monster Angus burger. Very dry and half cold. French fries were also dry. 153kr not worth it
