22/07/2026: I definitely think it's worth a visit, was satisfied with the place, and would like to try some of the other food they have, it has for all price ranges.

28/06/2026: Waiting forever to get the wrong order and then finding out it's my own fault

18/07/2026: I order a pizza and a Pepsi max.... get my pizza.. no Pepsi. The guy who comes out with it says I have to call the place. I do that 8 times.. the place doesn't answer the phone. Miserable to forget the drinks... or not be present on the phone. Indifferent and miserable place... avoid it.

17/07/2026: A really bad/annoying experience. We called and ordered our food in advance and were told it would be ready in 15 minutes. When we arrived, the food hadn't even started to be cooked. We were then told it would take another 10 minutes, but ended up waiting about 30 minutes. In total, it took about 45 minutes from ordering to getting the food - despite us having called in advance. When my boyfriend went to pick up the pizzas, it also took about 5 minutes before an employee even came out to serve him. The worst part, however, was the quality of the food. My boyfriend's baked pizza was raw inside and there was almost no filling in it.

12/06/2026: Strange case, they don't have regular dry white wine. They did have some kind of organic concoction that was very cloudy and really, really, really NOT drinkable. The drinks there are expensive enough, so make sure you have something decent at home!

04/04/2026: It fell off well. Breaded chicken might have a 5 gram piece of chicken if you're lucky. My boyfriend's duck in sweet and sour sauce smelled rotten and was thrown out. Won't be back

08/06/2026: Can't recommend their takeaway as you don't get what you order and what is stated on their website. Ordered cream potatoes and got potato boats in some kind of cheese. Ordered parsley sauce but got Bearnaise sauce

09/08/2026: The meat was burnt and the sauce was very weak, the price was very good for an entertainment center and better than I expected

21/07/2026: Knew it would be less than stellar, and there were unlikely any better options. The burger patty is thin and ultraprocessed, dry, and tasteless. The fries are quite good however. Extremely long queue atleast during crowded seasons, you'll be too tired and pissed off to enjoy any of the food anyway. They need better patties and a digital ordering system.

21/07/2026: After our visit to LEGOLAND in Billund, we decided to order food from this Indian takeaway. We called approximately 35 minutes before their closing time. When we called, we were asked to wait before placing our order. We ended up waiting unusually long and even thought the call had been disconnected. When someone finally came back on the line, we started placing our order, only to be told that several items were unavailable because it was close to closing time. We then asked which dishes were actually available, but the lady answering the call responded rudely, telling us to “check the menu” before abruptly hanging up. To make matters worse, many items listed on the menu were unavailable due to the closing time, and some dishes, such as dosa, were not available that day. I understand that restaurants may have limitations near closing time, but customers deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect. A polite explanation or a simple refusal would have been completely acceptable. Unfortunately, the rude attitude and poor customer service left us very disappointed.

05/07/2026: Bad experience, suppose to be lamb carry but you need to guess either due to small size of lamb or rubbery texture

27/03/2026: The food is extremely bad and oversalted. The employees forget to refill the food when it is eaten, maybe because they know how bad it is and don't want to serve it to the customers

03/01/2026: If I could give less I would have. They don't refill the food was boring and half cold, I've been here before where it was fine. Atmosphere gets a 5 because it was with family.

06/08/2026: Ordered the sandwich offer. After a long wait and asking for our sandwiches a couple of times we gave up after 1 hour 20 minutes and asked to cancel our order and get our money back (ordered via QR code on the table). There was no problem, the staff was courteous, apologized and gave us our money back. Unacceptably long wait for food.

15/08/2026: One of the workers was standing in front of the counter, arguing with his girlfriend. Time and place, honestly. You could have at least found a place to stand other than right in front of the counter... Food was okay. No better than McDonalds or Burger King. They were VERY slow. Milkshakes are incredibly good.

11/09/2026: This new vending machine is really bad, we had to buy 8 things, for each thing you had to click no to coffee. Besides that you go to the main menu after each thing.

10/09/2026: Incredible what this chain gets away with. I bought a fruit bun from them and it was dry and tasteless. It’s the 7 Eleven of bakeries in Denmark except their coffee is worse than 7 Eleven 🤬

22/09/2025: We had an awful experience at this hotel. Upon check-out, we politely asked whether all bills were settled and mentioned that during our stay there was no hot water. The receptionist told us we should have notified them directly—which we had. When we reported the issue, we were told to wait 10 minutes, but in reality it took more than 20 minutes before lukewarm water appeared, and even then the water pressure was extremely low. When I explained this at the desk, the staff member dismissed our concerns, even suggesting that I had perhaps called another hotel or another tourist by mistake—boldly refusing to acknowledge the problem, despite the fact that all three of us experienced it. We raised the issue only as constructive feedback to help improve their service, yet the employee immediately began yelling at us, calling us liars and insisting hot water had always been available. This unacceptable behavior ruined what was otherwise a pleasant stay in Denmark. We felt threatened by the aggressive response of the hotel employee, and we are now considering legal action. The hotel failed to provide the basic services we paid for, and instead treated us with hostility when we tried to report the issue.

29/08/2025: Beautiful place that is not well maintained. The staff seems welcoming. But everything is fake. No one takes responsibility. Just pretends. No one cleans. Just pretends. We cleaned the mirrors in the banquet hall ourselves. The main course had to be served twice. Only the host table got it. There should be no shortage of wine. We got a glass of white and red wine. The hotel hid the rest. The host couple did not realize that they were being cheated. And the envelope price could have been more professional with the hotel. - Like all other reviews, I ABSOLUTELY cannot recommend this hotel. I hope for a change of ownership and people with good morals. This beautiful place deserves it.

28/08/2026: Really rude and flabby host! No hospitality to be found!

23/08/2026: We arrived after leaving Rønne. We didn't have a room, we didn't get the promised welcome refreshment. When we asked for a cup of tea or coffee we got a couple of pots of hot water for the cheap tea bags, coffee was not possible. There was a mussel shit in the milk jug. The next day we were asked to pay 30 kr. per cup. Expensive and if we had seen it we would have probably refused. The next day we didn't leave for today's walk until 9.30 am because the children at the boarding school had to eat first. The staff in the morning were surly and EVERYTHING but service minded. Can NOT recommend this place

05/08/2025: Inedible! This is the first time I have left a buffet without being full. Several of the “hot” dishes were cold. The food was not seasoned at all. The man who cut the meat cut with the fibers, so it is impossible to get through. All in all, this has been my worst restaurant visit ever.
