24/07/2025: What a terrible experience, had made an agreement with them that they would make 38 pizzas for a festival for the citizens at the Aage Holmsvej housing facility and that we would pick up today Thursday 24/7 at 11:45. He promised despite the fact that they were not normally open there, that they would open and make these pizzas for us, but when we arrive to pick up the pizzas there is no one to be seen in the pizzeria, everything is closed down, and no one answers the phone, and now we have a lot of citizens at the housing facility who are sitting and missing the pizzas that they were planning to have for lunch today for the festival! PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE I will definitely not shop here again!!!!

27/05/2025: Really good pizzas, but make sure to check your credit card. Unfortunately, that's not what it used to be. Was really happy at first, but lately they've started to rip people off. They don't even say hello or tell you who it is when you call them, and the owner doesn't really want to talk.

23/07/2025: 60 kr (SIXTY) for 5 STALE rundstykker. If the bread was fresh and tasty, it would have been kind of ok. But charging so much for old bread that tastes like shoes should be illegal. Shame on you.

13/05/2025: Have ordered 2 cakes for delivery. I am in a wheelchair with oxygen and therefore cannot pick them up myself. I am not getting a response as to whether my order is in the house. 😩 When I try to cancel the order, I get a message to call the cake shop. Now I have “please wait” for 2 x 30 minutes! Do not recommend that anyone order from the cake shop Lilly Gyldenkildes Torv 😩

28/10/2025: I don't usually use Lagkagehuset on Falkoner Alle, but it was on my route. I had ordered click and …it works in other places, but here the bread was dry. It's a matter of trust to buy something you haven't seen. So a bit of a pain to get something that's dry.

14/09/2025: 3 girls (young women behind the counter). I order a large Caffè latte and a cream puff - pay...when I see the cardboard box I ask for a plate for the cream puff. Then she goes into the back room. It would have been good style to say that a colleague makes my coffee. Mess in the window with empty plates - 1 muffin alone on a plate - most of it is randomly placed. Very dingy window. The shop was not full of customers - those people probably know the terrible service. Those girls should have been trained in customer service and cleaning (so it looks nice). I only came there for Falkoner - next time I will definitely choose another place.

15/03/2026: I'm sorry, on 3/13/2026 I ate chili shawarma at Field's.. Again my food was cold and you know it's cold because you keep doing it.. YOU DON'T DESERVE TO HAVE THIS PLACE BECAUSE YOU CHEAT YOUR CUSTOMERS

17/02/2026: The worst shawarma i have tried in Copenhagen till now . Don't waste your time and money . Very expensive

04/01/2026: We have ordered from them three times. I still have to wait for the food to arrive on time. My daughter ordered last time, here they had overlooked the order (from Wolt), so the husband came about 1.5 hours late and she had to call for it. Too bad the food is ok. Update, I sent them an email with documentation of the purchase almost a week ago. I still haven't heard from them. Nonsense. 👎

05/12/2025: Had ordered two pizzas and crispy chicken menu. When the food arrives my soda is missing from the menu. I am then told it is a mistake in the menu, as it is old - but should call the restaurant. Again, I am told it is an old menu, but I can get it - they are busy though and it will take some time (still not received here 45min later). Bad service. Also the fries were cold. This is the last time we will order from them. The service has completely disappeared.

28/12/2025: Don’t bother… Had one falafel and a chicken kebab both in pita. Mostly salad, boring sauce, quite rough place and noisy staff which did not even answer back when I said ”thank you, bye”. It was cheap though, so I guess you get what you pay for. Lesson learnt!

17/12/2025: One kebab had almost half of it just lettuce. Mine was a bit better. I see it's hard to find a good kebab in Copenhagen.. Accustomed to the kebab standards of my home country, it's hard for me to enjoy just anything.

21/12/2025: The food was okay, but wait, how dirty it was. All the tables were covered in crumbs, chips or dip. The floor was also incredibly dirty. Plus there were little fruit flies flying around

16/11/2025: Normally they are really friendly and quick with the orders but today you have to wait 30 minutes to get 2 large sodas and 1 alcohol free beer because they have 30 people coming in the front of the line and the staff is pissed for some reason

31/10/2025: My husband and I chose The Grill as the place to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We were greeted by staff who were fresh and ready - with smiles on their faces and a lovely positive and polite tone. We had chosen to play a game of mini golf before dinner. Fun courses with obstacles and lights in the spirit of the entire center - super nice and brilliantly done. We could have wished for another round, as the 12 holes only took half an hour to complete (when there were just the two of us) - and an hour had been set aside. It was time for the buffet. Again we were met by lovely staff who smile and show good service and positivity. They were also quick to remove used dishes, so that everything around us was neat and tidy at all times. The buffet looked nice and inviting, so we were happy. But here came the disappointment. The hot dishes were lukewarm and thus cold when we reached our table. Several dishes were tasteless and some dishes were so salty that you almost felt sick. The sliced ​​meat tasted good and was tender - but cold before we reached the table. The crispy spring rolls were soft and the chicken skewers were dry. We went for dessert. Nice selection - snuffers taken out of the package, donuts and muffins also taken out of the package. Churros were salty in taste. On the other hand, the brownie was really good - soggy and flavorful, just like it should be. And you can't go wrong with the daim cake either. Basically, we had a couple of nice hours - and would gladly come again for the activities and the helpful staff. But unfortunately we can't give the same praise to the food.

26/03/2026: I got one pizza and it cost over 1,000 and almost my left kidney would not recommend my 9 husbands died because of this food who would like to be my new husbands or wife's.

20/03/2026: Busy on a Friday at lunchtime. Prices online are doubly outdated!! The pizza is as you would expect from this kind of grill bar pizzeria.

03/11/2025: I actually don't think I've ever experienced such poor service at a McDonald's. Whether it's inside the store or if you order via an app. You meet staff who seem like they're ONLY there for the money, and not to provide a good experience and service for their customers. You always wait longer than you should, even when it's NOT busy. And when you order, there's always at least one item missing or replaced with something else. Just stay away from McDonald's Friheden!

25/09/2025: Waited about 30 minutes for a soda and a sugar doughnut. Went to the counter and asked where my order was. They asked what number and order contents I had. I told them and they started to prepare it a little later. I got my soda and a little later I got a completely frozen doughnut - was told I had to wait to eat it because it had been frozen. I asked for my money back, but instead got a chocolate cookie. Shortly before this came, a man came down and asked if it was right that he had to wait over 20 minutes for his food. A little later it happened to be ready for him. Stay away from here. This is not the first time I have experienced slow food delivery. No matter how busy they are, the wait is long - even if you only have to pick up fries (you can wait about 20 minutes for that, right?).

03/08/2025: Their pepperoni pizza is extremely greasy. We got one delivered and it was practically swimming in oil in the pizza tray.

27/09/2025: Probably not a place for me. The food was terrible. The wait to order was 20 minutes. And the food didn't taste good. No cheese in the burger, but there was burger dressing for the little bit of onion in the burger. Unpleasant combination.

13/09/2025: Went on a lunch break and only ordered a cheese burger. Went to føtex and came back and it was still not ready, so I told the guy behind the counter I would be back again. Went to matas, came back, and it was still not ready. I mentioned my lunch break was over in 5 minutes, and they started on the burger. Was standing there looking out the window when I hear the guy say "Here!, Here!" really rude, then I smile and say "tak for det", then "thank you" and all he did was scowl at me. I said thank you in two languages and the dude couldn't even fake a smile. Then I open the burger and it's the thinnest and most over cooked patty I've ever seen, with burnt bacon on top. Bad food and bad service. Avoid!

29/11/2025: Slow service. Waited 20 minutes for 1 cheeseburger, and it wasn't exactly anything to write home about. In the meantime, I was completely stung - straight home to the shower with me.. experience

27/11/2025: Maybe I was just lucky - but the place gets way too much hate. The food was okay, even tasted good, not gourmet, but good, and the service was also nice. If you're looking for a place with cheap but good burgers, this is recommended.

22/12/2025: Exactly as miserable as we expected...

09/12/2025: I had just an hour to change trains, so I went over and got a roll kebab. BUT, if what he sold me was the large kebab on the menu for 65kr, then I'm the king of Sweden.. it was thinner than the wrist of a malnourished person and more boring than my history lesson in elementary school. At least the ingredients were super sparing - a little meat, a little iceberg and some dressing. I think I'll go the extra mile for the next kebab when I change at Fredericia next time. 0/10
