27/07/2025: Hugely expensive no service we waited more than 10 minutes for drinks after we had received our food we had to go up and ask for it twice and had to get it ourselves the 3rd time we could get a cup of coffee this place is not worth a visit and their service is the worst I have ever experienced

The service was terrible, we start by entering the restaurant and there are no people and one waiter is sitting on his computer and pretending like nothing happened. After 5 minutes of waiting, an employee comes out and we are served. When we finally get the food, it is not very tasty and on top of that, there is a long hair in one of the burgers, really bad experience we will not be back.
25/08/2025: Even though the restaurant was open, we waited a long time for the menu until I went to get it myself. The tables were extremely dirty, the chairs were broken with rusty nails, the food was okay, but the service was terrible... 🫤 The orange in the Aperol was dried out and puny. Incredibly bad...

02/08/2025: I decided to take my girlfriend to this place because she had wanted to for a long time. From the outside, everything is cool, bright, I like it. When we went inside, it was quite dark. There were very few people. We ordered waffles for each person and a latte for each. It took a relatively long time to prepare, but this is understandable - because 2 people are working. They brought us waffles, but the portion was catastrophically small. The girl liked everything except the portion of food, and I - except for coffee and waffles, nothing else, but I also had a catastrophically small portion. The girl may come, but I definitely will not. Therefore, my assessment is this.
08/06/2025: Cozy atmosphere, good service and tasty food. Prices were reasonable and the quantity generous. I would recommend the porridge with granola, chocolate and caramel sauce. We will definitely be returning for breakfast or brunch.

15/08/2025: I ate at this burger restaurant and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The food took about an hour to arrive, and when it arrived, it was cold, dry, and tasteless. It's a shame, because the service was friendly and attentive despite everything – however, the server was alone and had to take care of all the customers, which probably explains the long wait. Overall, I wouldn't recommend the food, but the service was good.

There were only 4 other guests in the café
A large window was open and we could clearly feel the people sitting outside smoking. Cigarette smoke came into the café
My boyfriend was going to meet a friend
And we came from Funen.
So I did not have to sit at home and had to sit at the computer and work while they had fun.
I was not allowed to sit at the computer
I do not see that it was a nuisance that I sat quietly at the computer
This is the last time we were here and recommend others to use this café
27/06/2025: Honestly... Service should be a subject they learned at the bar. Instead of having an attitude and saying in a very rude way "there's a sign here, the queue starts outside" and then slamming the sign down on the table. When you were supposed to see what beer they had. But hey we'll come back another day... Maybe the attitude has changed or the person has been on a course in good customer service and behavior

19/06/2025: One pasta was obviously burnt, with lots of small burnt pieces of bacon which gave the whole dish a burnt taste. But they choose not to do that. Great way to do business 👍 I have otherwise been happy with Laguna and have ordered from here many times. But this will be the last time
19/06/2025: The carbonara we got was inedible, as there were charred pieces of bacon scattered throughout the dish. It therefore only tasted of burnt and hard pieces of black “bacon”. The restaurant itself does not acknowledge that this is not acceptable, so quality is definitely not a priority😄

31/08/2025: One of the worst staff I have ever seen. The young guy doesn't even know how to talk to and respond properly. Absolutely rubbish and annoying. He doesn't care even you call him several times. Absolutely unacceptable. 😡😡

26/05/2025: I ordered two kebab boxes with a colleague, we were both at work at the time. We eat our food during our break and it doesn't take long before we both end up in the toilet and throw it all up! The hygiene was not there at all. Be careful ordering food from there otherwise it's a trip to the toilet...
16/05/2025: buy kebab box with chicken, in te box down a lot of oil from potatos, the taste not good, and inside shop it big mess… do not recomend

09/08/2025: Really good service. Bought a coffee and a ginger bun, was offered water with or without ice cubes and lemon. It was served at the table outside. I asked if they had food they only have a snack but I was welcome to buy with another place to eat it there, that's service 😊

26/07/2025: The bakery at Lagkagehuset Holbæk has become absolutely miserable. Cold and damp buns, which you can well suspect are from the day before. Wiener bread just as bad. Everything else is better.

27/05/2025: Ordered a grilled chicken online, and it turned out there were no fries, despite the fact that it cost the same as a grilled chicken with fries elsewhere. It was a pretty boring meal :(
02/04/2025: We ordered dinner two hours before collection. Five minutes before the pickup time, the place canceled the order and we got a long nose and had to find dinner elsewhere. We went in there anyway to make sure the cancellation wasn't a mistake. Here we were not exactly greeted by service - and there were still three chickens in the oven - but obviously not for us!
