31/08/2025: Had to pick up 2 orders. One order had to be paid for with 2 vouchers, the other order with 1 voucher. But I wasn't allowed to do that because of the owner. It had to be 2 different people picking up the 2 different orders in order to use the vouchers. Great!

23/08/2025: Unbeatable Good special pizzas called Punjabi pizza which has both marinated chicken and lamb Absolutely fresh and delicious pizza bread. Different from most other pizzerias in Copenhagen. The owner is also very generous he doesn't skimp on ingredients. Highly recommend their food from here Ps. Their butter chicken is insane.........

25/07/2025: Do not buy food here. This is the worst pizza I have ever had. It was dry, bland and tasted like it was made yesterday and reheated. It was the same for all 4 pizzas we got.

16/06/2025: Having breakfast here can be cheaper than at a hotel around the corner. Unfortunately, they sold out of eggs for breakfast, so we had to get something else, but at least there was tea and otherwise everything was fine.

25/05/2025: I absolutely do not recommend this branch. Unfortunately, the blonde waitress was very bad-tempered and unfriendly, making me feel uncomfortable. There's room for improvement here.

20/07/2025: The world's smallest ice cream for way too much money You get a ball the size of a table tennis ball for 41kr It doesn't taste like anything with a "homemade" waffle with the edge dipped in chocolate which is not nearly as impressive. I won't buy ice cream here, I'll go to Føtex next time

07/08/2025: Super delicious, juicy burgers with great flavor and delicious fries (bought off the menu), a definite recommendation if you want the best burger in Værløse at a fair price. The children's burger was a super good size.

14/12/2024: Terrible place. People sit among stuffed endangered animals that the owner brags about having shot...among other things. elephant and rhinoceros which are some of the most endangered animals in the world. The owner has been convicted several times for violations of the penal code, including in an animal protection case concerning the confinement of wild boars in small cages and most recently illegal driving in the animal enclosure and filling up of a §3 protected lake. Definitely would not recommend this place.

26/05/2025: Really delicious place. We arrived at 8:30 PM and we were allowed to stay until a little after closing time and eat our food. The food was really delicious, the service was top notch and the price was absolutely perfect - really great value for money. Thank you so much for the food.

24/02/2025: Stopped by on Saturday, February 22, 2024 and overlooked a very small note in the dark on the door, which apparently warned that it was closed due to a private event (Christmas lunch). The old owner often held fun events where everyone was welcome, so I didn't think much of it. I went up to the bar, but everyone ignored me completely. I tried to signal that I had no idea what was going on, but no one looked my way. There were between 5-7 people at the bar and no one seemed to bother to let me know, which had cost a "unfortunately, we are closed for guests today". I finally got in touch when I spotted a familiar face who got hold of someone else, and I could stay for 350 kr. for dinner. But after the prolonged rejection without contact, I didn't dare take the chance, even though I usually have an easy time talking to all types of people. I left the place without anyone noticing (they were still busy ignoring me). Therefore, I can understand, from what I can read, that Café Francke itself is to blame for the fact that the place is often empty. Goodbye for this time, because I won't be returning either.

29/07/2025: Probably the worst pita I've ever had. The chicken was cold and unsalted, it was stuffed with soggy vegetables with way too much mayo dressing in it and the bread was crunchy dry with no flavor in it. I gave it to my dog after 2 bites, but he couldn't finish it. I wouldn't serve this pita to my worst enemy.

22/08/2025: I was supposed to order two sandwiches. I ask for one that is on their menu - but they don't make it anymore. I choose two others, pay, and then I'm told that there's something wrong with their toaster, so it will take 15 minutes. I don't have much time and I thought it would take 5 minutes, and I ask if I can get my money back. The young employee is replaced by what I think is the owner. He starts looking at a screen and ends up saying that in their new system, money can't be returned, only credit cards. I don't want to be a grumpy customer, but I say that I think it sounds a bit strange. He asks the young employee if she said that the toaster is slow, to which she says yes - here I have to be a slavish customer again and say that it was only AFTER I had paid. I end up waiting for the two sandwiches. They tasted fine, but at 74 kr each they were also overpriced. I think it was a disappointing experience that could have been handled better, and I'll probably choose another place next time.
