28/11/2025: I ordered 1 kylling box and 1 kylling durum and the quality of food is bad and the quantity of chicken is very poor 👎 not satisfied

13/11/2025: Really good kebab! We got durum last week and Turkish bread today and it was seriously the best Turkish bread I have ever tasted. Super good service and nice staff. Can definitely recommend the place You have gained a regular customer!

01/12/2025: They offer hotdog, cake…etc All are over price vs quality . USD7.5 for cup of Americano & USD8 for latte, you have to serve yourselves … coffee not very warm. Snacks range are limit , tables pretty dirty Staff — is invisible at all 🤣🤣 You may only go 7-11 better

29/11/2025: Stay away from here, things are not under control when it comes to bookings in advance by friends under 25!! We were a group of 10 girls who had booked a table and some bottles, and since we had one person under 25 we had called some time before the day itself to make this known, and it was no problem they said. On the day itself we are met by a guard who explains that it is not written in some places that we have someone under 25.. He continues to welcome all other guests and give out stamps, and seems to be completely indifferent to our reservation. In the end the whole party has to leave the place, as they were not at all talkative, and because of course we are not leaving our friend behind. It ruined the whole evening that they have no control over things. In addition, it stinks of vomit and the music is bad.

22/09/2025: We had an awful experience at this hotel. Upon check-out, we politely asked whether all bills were settled and mentioned that during our stay there was no hot water. The receptionist told us we should have notified them directly—which we had. When we reported the issue, we were told to wait 10 minutes, but in reality it took more than 20 minutes before lukewarm water appeared, and even then the water pressure was extremely low. When I explained this at the desk, the staff member dismissed our concerns, even suggesting that I had perhaps called another hotel or another tourist by mistake—boldly refusing to acknowledge the problem, despite the fact that all three of us experienced it. We raised the issue only as constructive feedback to help improve their service, yet the employee immediately began yelling at us, calling us liars and insisting hot water had always been available. This unacceptable behavior ruined what was otherwise a pleasant stay in Denmark. We felt threatened by the aggressive response of the hotel employee, and we are now considering legal action. The hotel failed to provide the basic services we paid for, and instead treated us with hostility when we tried to report the issue.

29/08/2025: Beautiful place that is not well maintained. The staff seems welcoming. But everything is fake. No one takes responsibility. Just pretends. No one cleans. Just pretends. We cleaned the mirrors in the banquet hall ourselves. The main course had to be served twice. Only the host table got it. There should be no shortage of wine. We got a glass of white and red wine. The hotel hid the rest. The host couple did not realize that they were being cheated. And the envelope price could have been more professional with the hotel. - Like all other reviews, I ABSOLUTELY cannot recommend this hotel. I hope for a change of ownership and people with good morals. This beautiful place deserves it.

20/08/2025: We used to come there the last few years, but this year we had a bit of a bad experience. Will not come here again, after the way the waiter treated us. 1. You order on an app - excellent concept - but very inflexible 2. I ordered 2 children's menus, write in the comments box, since it is not possible to get in touch with a waiter, that we want 2 cokes instead of water for the children's menu. The waiter comes with 2 waters, asks nicely if I can pay the difference, of 5 kr on water so my children can have a coke. It was a sour no we have chosen water and it cannot be changed. And no it was not a mistake, asked again another waiter who could see the problem and when she was about to exchange for more payment, she is rudely reprimanded by the other waiter in front of the customers. Deeply unprofessional. I am told to write to the owner of the place if I have a problem 😳 3. The food was definitely not worth coming back for. So all in all, if you want good service and good food, don't come here...

09/08/2025: Bought a vegan burger, a beef burger and a couple of fries. It was not worth the money in any way. Boring burgers and a very small portion of fries. The best part of our meal was the canned cokes. Will never come here again👎

07/12/2025: Horrible place horrible staff avoid if possible

13/09/2025: Honestly not a very good place… The doormen are super aggressive for no reason. Personally, I was kicked out of there because I wouldn't hand over my jacket because it was super cold on a winter night. Then my friend and I were grabbed with a strong grip, and we were practically shouted at. In addition, the music is always the same and there is always quite a bit of smut and tackyness all over the place.

16/12/2025: Sorry for disturbing you during working hours. Since there was no one else but me, I didn't take the number, but the employee commented. When I then buy the cake, she puts the cake on the other side of the counter than where I am standing. Then she just left. It's bad style.

21/11/2025: The two times I've been to Lagkagehuset in the center of Rødovre, I've come away with a good piece of baked goods, but in return the most indifferent and energy-depleted service. I'm pretty sure it was the same girl, and this time she didn't manage to look at me once during the service, not even when she said goodbye, with the most superficial "have a good day" I've heard in a long time. Flat feeling!

26/06/2025: Bought a student cake on 24/6 it tasted really bad and actually smelled a bit sour too so we had to go to the grocery store and buy some bread instead we will never buy bread there again and will also tell everyone we know

09/05/2025: I bought a rum ball today. It tasted like a packet of yeast rolled in crumbs. I have now sent taste samples around the family and everyone agrees that it is the most inedible thing they have ever tasted. A bit lazy when service and the atmosphere are otherwise fine.

11/09/2025: Just bought 4 x 14a with about 3 chickens in each. It's not what it used to be. 👎🏽

27/06/2025: To the Manager in Charge, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with an unacceptable experience on June 27, 2025 at approximately 9:00 AM. At this time, there were two employees on duty, one of whom – the tall woman – was extremely disrespectful to both customers and the surrounding area. It seemed as if her sole purpose was to scare away customers, and unfortunately I must say that she was successful in this. Such behavior damages the company's reputation and may result in the loss of loyal customers. I kindly request that this matter be taken seriously and that the necessary steps be taken to prevent similar incidents in the future.
