03/06/2025: A lady sits on the sidelines with the phone in her hand. and is rude to the food not once but both times we have been there+ we did not get what was ordered. Dirty and filthy. can't actually understand they don't have a sour smiley here

03/06/2025: I ordered a pizza sandwich and fries. The fries were really soft and tasted a lot of oil and fish fillet, I think they use the same oil for most or they don't change the oil often enough. The pizza sandwich had some strange black "stones" in it... I can't say what they are but they look more like large grains of sand. I don't recommend ordering here, so better see if you have any in your freezer.

31/05/2025: I got the wrong pizza. I ordered a bolognese pizza, but got some bullshit with kebab, mushrooms and Gorgonzola. The order was through Wolt, but I called the restaurant first as to see if we couldn’t figure it out. The guy told me he would talk to the driver and then call me back, but never did. I got my money for the pizza. But I really don’t think I should pay for the delivery fee just because the fries were delivered right. I would have never just ordered the fries. The delivery of 69 is more than the price of the fries. It makes no sense. This used to be my favourite place. But over the last couple of years it has become a shithole with no consideration for their customers. It’s become too frequent that they screw up and I won’t be getting food here anymore just because it used to be my favourite place. Zero stars.

08/04/2025: They have rebranded to Smagløs Kødbten featuring fusion Indian-Italian cuisine. We enjoyed the pasta with Indian flavours, including the Bollyfood butter chicken. Waitstaff could still use some training, but service was quick. (Update: one of us had food poisoning from the tandoori chicken burger. Taking off a few ⭐️)

03/02/2025: Ordered butter chicken via Wolt today - there they call themselves "Smagløs! Kødbyen" now. And the name is telling. It is in fact without taste. The butter chicken from Bollywood used to be amazing, with a sauce that's hard to get to the same taste and consistency - but whatever I received today was FAR from that. Honestly, I had butter chicken from Netto that tasted the same. And the smell is really off: too much cumin. Båh, won't order there ever again

30/08/2025: Surprisingly poor service when delivering coffee.... I guess I didn't really have time to be at work..

20/09/2025: Just got an order on Wolt, this is apparently what they think a pasta with meat sauce for 120 should look like. They must be going downstairs and home.

23/08/2025: Ordered two chicken sallads, they were great. Had two sparkling waters to go with that but there was some aftertaste of dishsoap, may have been the glasses weren't rinsed enough. The waitress was kind.

12/08/2025: Went down to buy 3 sandwiches and 2 salads. To my regret, when we unwrapped the sandwiches, there was a long black hair in it. So I worked up an appetite Maybe staff should wear hair nets, like many other places in the food industry

26/06/2025: We were a company that ordered for 20 people 2 days in advance. Very different, which is why we asked for content to be written on it. Everything was as it should be, marked, easy to read, delicious and almost on time, even though it was a bit during rush hour

22/07/2025: Bought an Ølandsbrød and three croissants for a total of 110 kr. 45 for the bread 65 for the croissants. The bread had a very dense crumb without air bubbles and the croissants were completely soft. I could have just as easily bought it in Netto, then I would have saved money but got the same “quality”. Didn’t Lagkagehuset once make good bread? Now it just seems like they are driving the quality down and raising the prices, and hoping no one notices 😕. Bad business model.

05/07/2025: My mother had ordered a cake for my birthday which is today 5/7-25 I show up 1 hour before the birthday starts to pick it up but when I arrive and talk to her who works at the cake shop she says there is no order with them I have proof that they have been called and a chocolate cake ordered really bad service so now I am on my birthday without any cake as I have not had time to drive around and find a new cake

28/06/2025: Just ordered 2 burgers, damn it, they were inedible, I haven't been dissatisfied before, but it was really disgusting, had to throw them out immediately, I've never ordered anything that was inedible.

05/08/2025: I ordered a kebab pizza from here, but it didn't live up to expectations at all. There was almost no meat, just limp lettuce and a few cucumber slices on top of a pizza base that was both greasy and tasteless. The tomato slices seemed old, and the crust was burnt in some places and raw in others. All in all, a sad and unappetizing experience. Unfortunately, I can't recommend buying pizza from here, and I won't be ordering again.

08/09/2025: I would like to share our disappointing experience with Bodenhoffs Bakery. We had ordered a cake for our daughter's first birthday, but when we came to pick up the cake, it wasn't ready. They could see that our receipt was for the date in question but no cake for us. We stood there, confused and disappointed, knowing that we were about to serve cake to 20 guests. The bakery couldn't even offer us anything other than to send us to customer service, which seemed completely unreasonable., to get their money back. We weren't even offered anything as compensation when we stood there with our hair in the mailbox and were supposed to serve cake. It's simply not okay to treat customers that way. I would not recommend this bakery as they failed to deliver what they promised and the customer service was far from satisfactory.
