01/08/2025: The food and drinks were quite average in terms of taste, and we were happy to pay for them. However, it felt like the staff were not very welcoming or service-minded. The cashier, in particular, may not be well-suited for a customer-facing role.

01/08/2025: Burger is great 👌 Also ordered toast for 38kr, and selling something like that is downright embarrassing. Therefore only buy burgers, because the quality of anything else sold is not up to par. Reply to the owner (can't figure out how to reply in the thread): No, it was my friend who got a "new" one, it was definitely not new, and they had just stuffed an extra cheese into that toast, even though the first cheese wasn't melted at all. But regardless - serving such a crappy toast for 38kr is generally not okay - even the local gyms make better toast for a 10. My advice is to take that toast off the menu, because your burgers are good after all.

24/06/2025: After several visits to KN2 Pizza, we unfortunately have to admit that there are a number of things that disappoint us as customers. Here are some of the most important points that drag down our experience: 1. We have experienced several times that the pizza bases are not baked properly. It is a basic part of a pizza, and it is disappointing that it happens repeatedly. 2. Having to pay 10 kr. for dressing seems unreasonable when it is a small cost for you as a business. It would be a better experience for customers if it was either included in the price of the pizza or just part of the service. 3. When you pay extra for dressing, you expect an appropriate amount. I think it is a slightly unreasonable dressing painting that I have been given on my pizza. Cute idea with a little flower on it, but for comparison there is much less dressing on one pizza than on the other (see the pictures) :(((. 4. When you order online, it says, for example, "Pizza Kosantina – 69 kr." But that is only the price for a children's pizza. The regular pizza costs 85 kr, which only appears later. It smells a bit like 'let's trick people into clicking and hoping they don't notice until they've paid'. I don't think that the majority of people who visit your website want to know first what a children's pizza costs. It would be much more transparent and credible if you showed the correct price from the start. 5. Your flyers promise "up to 25% discount the first time you order online and always 13%", but the real discount is only 13% even the first time you order online. This seems like a deliberate strategy to lure customers in, which feels dishonest. Furthermore, the discount only covers the cost of the dressing, which we used to get for free when we ordered in person. Why is there no real benefit to ordering online when that is what you promise? 6. It is also a bit disappointing that there is only one vegetarian pizza (besides the Margarita) on the menu – and it is honestly the most boring pizza in the world (mushroom, tomato and green pepper). There are only two things that could make it worse: artichokes and gorgonzola. It would be a big improvement to add just one more exciting vegetarian pizza, so that vegetarian customers do not feel like it is a punishment for wanting to avoid meat, but actually feel valued as a customer. Inspiration can be found, for example, in competitors such as Guy’s Pizza, which offers a lot of more exciting vegetarian options. Overall, we unfortunately feel that it is expensive and does not meet expectations. There are also several things that make us feel pawned as customers – which is not acceptable. We have given KN2 Pizza many chances, but now we unfortunately have to say stop. We hope you will take this feedback into account you and improve the customer experience in the future. Update 24/06/25: We made the mistake of giving KN2 Pizza another chance. 85 kr. + 10 kr. for dressing, i.e. 95 kr. for a pizza may not sound completely absurd, but we also got a shock the last time we ordered a pizza for 85 kr. and wanted cocktail sausages and dressing on it. Because we had to pay 20 kr. for some cocktail sausages and 10 kr. for dressing, i.e. a very ordinary pizza, which neither thought nor love has been put into, for 125 kr.?! That's too crazy. That's what a well-made pizza costs at an Italian restaurant? The quality here is not up to par at all.

11/06/2025: Deeply reprehensible, the second time in 2 weeks I buy a durum from them. Order a mix, only with salad, dressing and chili, but again, it's wrong. Last time without salad and chili, but with onion. The same today, no chili, but on the other hand salad and then also onion, which I had expressly asked for. Don't understand what's going wrong. They weren't busy serving others and they had nothing to do. Just bad service and even worse memory.

16/09/2024: Frygtelig. Bestilte pizza, som intet smagte af. Der er mere smag i Frost pizzaer. Hygiejne var ulækker. Den ene kok kom med hoste slim op lyde et par gange og var også ude og ryge mens vi ventede på maden. Han vaskede ikke fingre bagefter. Min kollega bestilte indisk ret, som var mere olie med ris en indisk sovs med ris. Deres dør viser også sur smiley efterfulgt af glad smiley med 8 dages mellemrum. Ville ikke anbefale dette sted til nogen

31/08/2025: We stopped by the drive-in on a Sunday at 2 pm. They were sold out of sausage rolls, many of the sandwich types and we couldn't get a children's bun either. I think it's bad service. Every time we were told that "unfortunately it's sold out" we weren't presented with alternatives. When we came up with something new to buy, they said once again "sorry we don't have that either"... with four and a half hours left of opening hours it looks like it's going to be a long day for both customers and employees.

23/08/2025: Way too long a wait. Especially at the drive-in. I used to wait a long time. Today I waited 8 minutes without being told anything. I ended up driving away. There was only 1 customer in front of me. You have to look for a bad drive-in for a long time. I think the store should consider closing the drive-in option. They can't handle it.

23/07/2025: 60 kr (SIXTY) for 5 STALE rundstykker. If the bread was fresh and tasty, it would have been kind of ok. But charging so much for old bread that tastes like shoes should be illegal. Shame on you.

13/05/2025: Have ordered 2 cakes for delivery. I am in a wheelchair with oxygen and therefore cannot pick them up myself. I am not getting a response as to whether my order is in the house. 😩 When I try to cancel the order, I get a message to call the cake shop. Now I have “please wait” for 2 x 30 minutes! Do not recommend that anyone order from the cake shop Lilly Gyldenkildes Torv 😩

27/08/2025: We specifically booked the buffet through the reception, but even here we were met with a lack of knowledge and were directed to inquire in the restaurant ourselves. In the restaurant we were told that there was a buffet every other day, which we adjusted our program accordingly. We even double-checked with the restaurant that there would be a buffet on the day we booked. When we got down to the restaurant after bowling, we were very disappointed to discover that the buffet had been cancelled anyway – without us as guests having been informed, despite our reservation. We tried to get the staff to find a solution or some form of compensation, but it was flatly rejected. That a place like Jesperhus, where the prices are certainly not low, chooses to handle mistakes in this way is simply incomprehensible. There was no willingness to take responsibility or make the slightest gesture to correct the mistake – not even a glass of wine or a soda as a band-aid on the wound. The reception also shrugged it off and simply said that the change had been decided several weeks ago. But how is it that we were only allowed to reserve the buffet in the restaurant three days before? It is in no way the guest's responsibility, and it should never end with us being the disappointed and incomprehensible ones. All in all, an experience that shows a lack of service, communication and understanding for the guests.

19/08/2025: Excellent pizzas when you arrive tired after a long drive, fast service and nice young people who enjoy their work. The only downside is that it is 30 kr more expensive per pizza than down in Nykøbing Mors By which is only 8 min drive away. But hey, we will still buy pizza there next time we arrive in Jesperhus

31/05/2025: Won’t ever recommend! They are lying about the cars’ faults and have hidden problems. They let me come to their park even though I asked if the car has any problems and it wasn’t even drivable. I asked for my money back or the option to buy another car and they became agressive telling me I won’t recover anything from them and blocked me. Run away from this park!

15/09/2025: Bad place, I went in with my friend who wanted to buy a kebab roll, he said no thanks because he could see that their kebab was not fresh, the employee said it had just been cut, even though you could see that it was not fresh (probably leftovers from the day before) they hadn't even started making it. Then an older employee followed and said he wasn't allowed to leave the store, and was threatening and said he would get in trouble, unpleasant appearance, but that's why you shouldn't support their stores, they can't figure out how to have a dialogue without being threatening, not the best way to attract customers and they need that with that attitude. Never do business with someone who doesn't eat pork

16/12/2024: I was there for valentines day celebration and I really enjod with my food. I was really hungry that day and food was barely enough. I had to order more bread and butter. But great service and really delicious food. 🤤

08/12/2024: Was at Meille and had a super delicious lunch. The service was incredibly attentive, informal and at the same time professional. When I asked about the serving of pig, which was something very special, the waiter smiled as if he had made it himself. He took great pride in his work and the food that was served at the restaurant. A really good experience, where service and food just played.

14/06/2025: The worst place to go out, very rude and discriminatory. My friend had a jacket stolen, and the security guards (apart from being drugged) only ignored the local girls because they spoke their language. Not at all recommended, and I would never set foot there again.
