18/08/2026: I have been to BRUS many times over the last few years and this place was 10/10 years ago, and somehow has gotten even better. The beers are an obvious highlight-- so many of the beers on draft are brewed on-site, and they are always excellent. Don't miss the 1-2 cask ales often available as well! They also have lots cocktails and beverages available for anyone not in to beer. Aside from drinks, their food menu is stellar. They have an open kitchen, and you can tell that there is a lot of passion behind their food, which I would say is like elevated pub food. There is a dining area, and other areas outside and by the bar-- it could easily be a spot for a dinner, or a place to meet up with friends for drinks and a casual bite. BRUS is always high on my recommendation list!

21/07/2026: I love this place. Good food and nice and fast. The coffee is good.. You know., up their among my top 10, but the steaming of the milk could be better. And the espresso could need a little bit of love. It was either pushed through to fast or grinded not fine enough. Would need a clean espresso to have a better feel of it.

18/07/2026: Excellent restaurant, well located in the center of Copenhagen. The staff and owner are amazing! I highly recommend it.

13/08/2026: Love Kayak. But have simply experienced too many times about 7 out of 10 times that there is total chaos getting your food when you have ordered. Again today there is a waiting time of over 40 minutes for two burgers. After so many years you should simply have solved this problem. I emphasize that I love Kayak in many other areas. But this happens again and again and again….

10/07/2026: Great little bar with an awesome vibe, especially in the beautiful weather. Preston was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service. Great staff, great atmosphere. We'll definitely be back!

04/07/2026: We had dinner here one sunny June evening, and it was perfect. We had a stroller, and they seated us at one end, which was great. The food is traditional and delicious. Excellent quality and value. The atmosphere is very pleasant. It's not very touristy; at least, we didn't see any tourists that day.

12/09/2026: Have eaten her twice on our trip to Copenhagen. Great food great service, nice English pub environment. As an American I would totally recommend it, Just a great meal friendly service and clean, bathroom clean also.

06/09/2026: They should state that the derew irish coffee has almond liqueur in it when it is not stated on the menu. It's funny that "eat what you can" roast pork does not include potatoes and gravy... got a bill for 3x potatoes and gravy on top of our order... The food was "ok". There was cardamom in the gravy or pork and it was too much for our taste. The desserts were really delicious. The waiter was asked to state what the fish of the day was, she returned with the answer that it was a "white fish". We were just having fun with that, but it didn't seem professional, just like a fork was dropped from the waiter in the lap and later a lemon, s*** happens but it doesn't contribute to the overall experience. The prices were reasonable.

02/09/2026: A cozy and excellent place to eat. The most expensive dish costs (Sep. 2026) DKK 125,-! We had a pork roast sandwich (DKK 95,-) and a plate of fries with dip (DKK 50). I will definitely come back!

05/12/2025: Really good bar/pub. Very cosy. Nice range of beers on tap, all the usual spirits, very cool and friendly bar staff. Can get very, very busy/crowded, expecially on a game night, but - it's a great place.

06/08/2026: Had a booking for the whiskey bar. Upon arrival they told us it was closed for an event, so we could sit at the bar, or a table until the reservation arrived for it. Tried ordering about 4 different pours from their menu that they were all out of. Seemed unconcerned about our experience. It was a shame, as we went every time we can to Copenhagen, but it’s not worth the trouble.

05/08/2026: We went there for the whiskey experience. It did not disappoint. Mark (or Marc?) shared barrel-loads of whiskey knowledge. Based on our preferences, he dug up a bottle of whiskey that we would otherwise have dismissed, only to find that it was a true gem. Thank you for a great experience!
