13/10/2024: Nice brunch. I got the unconventional and A the traditional. There is plenty of food in both. Good ingredients, delicious taste. We were both super full. Fine coffee and orange juice, which, however, must be consumed separately. Friendly service in cozy premises. Can definitely be recommended.

16/10/2024: Had the Nachos with a garden spritz, both of which were phenomenal. Unfortunately, at the time of my visit only the inside was open and the tables were all very close together making it feel like you were in someone else’s conversation and the service was extremely hit or miss.

20/10/2024: This was the best beer bar we found on our trip. The beer selection was very well curated, with a number of surprisingly good renditions of American beer styles. The bartender was very knowledgeable and quite friendly. We had a great time here... so much so I bought a T-shirt.

05/11/2024: Tasty, cozy, great service, normal prices. We came to this café on a tour of Denmark because of the good reviews. We can only agree with that. We had pasta with salmon and fish & chips plus a cappuccino. Everything was cooked, well seasoned, fresh, hot and nicely presented. Croutons and goat cheese with a side salad? No restaurant I've been to has come up with the idea. I thought it was great 😊 On top of that, friendly and fast service. Class!

09/11/2024: Popular location for breakfast and brunch and people were queuing to get in. It’s possible to book in advance which is recommended and it’s definitely worth it. We loved our breakfast and coffee and the service was top notch.

19/10/2024: Went with the family for dinner, I / we certainly won't be coming back, their food is like a freezer from Fakta - fish so dead and you wouldn't even want to use it as dog food. Burger with minute steak, i.e. the ones you buy in Fakta for DKK 20. A salmon salad where you spend more time finding salmon than eating 🙈 I really hope they hire a real chef and not her from Burger King 👎 But their beers are good" also well paid.. The price is simply not fair.

28/09/2024: Fantastic cozy and historic place with the sweetest service and the best grilled salmon I've had in a long time 😀 can definitely be recommended. (Sofiegården was where part of Gasolin and Kim Larsen lived in their youth and where they played their first concert)

27/09/2024: Ambiance completely different than expected. Food and service were top notch. We had salmon from the Faroe Islands in lime sauce and the tenderloin in whiskey sauce. I had never had such a great tenderloin before. Absolute recommendation!

24/10/2024: We were here for an after party after a wedding and the atmosphere on the water was great. The prices were not exactly cheap, but understandable because of the atmosphere. A Spritz here costs 100 crowns and we only drank long drinks and Spritz and wine. Definitely a hip spot in Copenhagen.

07/10/2024: Hummmmm a tasty hamburger awaits you here on the banks of the Copenhagen canals...top 👌, good atmosphere and you can also do a sauna and jump into the cold water, a really very nice place 👍👍👍

30/10/2024: Copenhagen is practically around the corner and one of my favorite places in Europe. Here, Nordic design combines with maritime flair in an international setting paired with Scandinavian serenity. And there is hardly any honking in traffic in front of the door. Our Danish friends were just chilling. One of our drivers should do an internship here. This is how chilled it is inside the Ewalds Bistro: cozy bistro style, witty “hygge” furnishings, a nice feeling of space with great details. Highly recommended for lunch; The team looks after us very attentively, questions about the food and “translation” are quickly answered. The service team obviously enjoys working here, and that's noticeable everywhere. The Croque Madame convinced us and the Smörrebrod is really spiced up with Frensh Crossover Style. Copenhagen meets Brittany. Great interpretation and further development. The classic creme brulee with apple sorbet completes the experience. Mange Tak. Hilsen fra Tyskland.

19/10/2024: The food was extremely tasty and the atmosphere was wonderfully relaxing, even though there were many guests at the end. Can really be recommended.
