23/09/2025: Having lived abroad for over three decades this place reminds me of an American diner. Basic goodness and milieu and food served with pride: I had the fish and I can’t wait to return. A limited menu - and do make reservations bc the chef honors the reservations in and that those customers are guaranteed a full choice from the menu. The place gives you the feeling of a home cooked dinner. I enjoyed the wines as well.

04/09/2025: It's not so often we get such friendly and warm staff at a restaurant. Menu is short, which is the best sign of freshness according to me. Veggie burger is astonishing with fresh vegetables and the best veggie patty I've tasted to far. I would come back regularly if I lived here :-)

16/06/2026: Used to had really good pad thai - but seems like the store changed management lately and the pad thai and tom yum was honestly very disappointing. The pad thai was gooy and very salty (used to be smoky and have good depth of flavours).

15/06/2026: The food is OK but could taste better - they probably don't dare to spice it up too much. The premises are a bit sad.

05/01/2026: Charlie's bar is a really cozy little hole in the wall. It's wonderfully centrally located in Copenhagen but still manages to provide a really good, authentic atmosphere - with lots of great beers 🍻

19/05/2026: 10/10 from here. We saw it on tik tok so me and my lady had to try it, their service is top 10 and their food is just delicious. We were influenced by one of the girls on their tik tok profile I think her name was something like Amara, definitely recommended.

07/07/2026: A great deal on two tasty pieces of smørrebrød to use this rainy Monday for lunch. Really deliciously prepared with lots of flavor. We'll do that another time too! A small sigh: The menu says that you get half a liter of beer with several different types of beer. That's not right. We could see that the 0.44 l canned beer filled MORE than the “half liter” draft beer I ordered! There is only 0.4 l, which is quite normal by now. But when the menu says 0.5 l, there should be 0.5 l! (Maybe I should have said that so the waiter could have solved the “problem”).

13/05/2025: Really delicious pies! I have bought frozen pies several times and filled the freezer. I can also recommend their “fill my freezer” offer, where they deliver frozen pies to your door on Tuesdays 😊

06/05/2025: Got a Chicken Pie and a Beef Pie to go. Went home and baked it. The pies came out flaky from the outside while still being moist and well cooked from the inside. Will totally visit again and try the fruit based and vegan pies that they have!

09/09/2025: When I walked in, I knew it was going to be cozy. This place has been around since 1797. There's no menu. You choose dishes from a table where they're presented, and then they're freshly made for you. Try the homemade dill snaps with a fish dish. The fish/meat dishes come on a white roll or rye bread. It's like stepping into a time machine. Dined: Smorrebrod with shrimp, salmon, various meats, and steak tartare.

01/09/2025: A bit small but very cozy. The very attentive owner speaks good German and told us a bit about the restaurant's history. There's no price list. It was expensive, but Copenhagen is quite expensive anyway. We spent about €229.

11/06/2026: Perfect staff, really delicious food, a little difficult to read the menu due to the text size and that's just a trifle 🤗 so a really good place with full support from here

07/06/2026: Food was disappointing: two of three dishes were not indian in taste at all and very boring. Third dish was ok but low on spices and very mediocre. Service was ok, atmosphere too, but the coloured panels in 70s style wasn't matching with anything. Weird place. Dhaba stall in Tivoli Foodhall make better food, and cheaper.

22/06/2026: A must-visit bakery for its Kardemommesnurre (cardamom buns), created by a former Noma baker. These buns are one of Benji’s signature specialties and definitely worth trying. Benji uses a generous amount of cardamom, leaving large pieces or even whole cardamom seeds inside the pastry. The result is a rich, aromatic, and intensely spiced flavor that stands out from most other bakeries. The coffee is good, and the staff are warm and friendly. The only downside is the location. The surrounding area is not particularly attractive at the moment, and there is quite of construction work nearby.

01/09/2025: Had a great time coming to Two Socks while visiting Copenhagen. The bartender was very engaging and offered great drinks based on our tastes. The vibe was lively without being overbearing and it was a fun place to be. Would recommend checking it out if you like gin.

31/08/2025: Been here a few times. Popped in a couple Saturdays ago and I'm sorry to say the drinks were a bit off and the wait too long. Ended up with a few of us there and we weren't in any rush but some orders took 30 mins. Justa bit too long sadly. And as against prior experiences, the drinks weren't tasty

14/01/2026: We had four solid pescetarian dishes, beetroot, scallop, cod and finally Ingrid Marie apple High, high class, delicious food all the way through and service top notch Deserved bib in Michelin, maybe it's fat to only give four stars, but the fifth is what gives the star in Michelin And it's great that there are these places that are satisfied with bib and not the stars Highly recommended, next time we will try their four dishes vegan

13/07/2025: Charming in the Christiania way, a typical dark windowless (but not in a basement) jazz club on a voluntary basis, payment by cash only. The band we heard (Neset, Lyssarides, Eger and Linder) was so good that it was a great intimate atmosphere, and good sound for everyone involved. Looks like there is room for about 100 people, 75 seated (estimate)

11/07/2025: Coolest concert with Marius Neset, Joel Lyssarides, Henrik Linder and Anton Eger at Cph Jazz. The place is small but good, intimate and good atmosphere. Nice people and good sound.

15/11/2025: If you’re into jazz this place is for you. Great atmosphere and chill people. a perfect place to sit and enjoy the company.

09/11/2025: Super friendly staff - and though the Danes don’t enjoy spice, our barman made us a custom drink with chilli which was delicious.
