27/07/2025: Dropped by for a beer before the Goboat trip. Beer here is very good. Tried the “Kelisi” - delicious and highly recommend.

28/07/2025: Lovely gem. We sat in the courtyard and enjoyed a lunch platter and a good glass of wine. On the platter there was: Herring, Skagen salad, gravad salmon, fish, tartar and cheese.

05/05/2025: Celebrated my 50th birthday at the Transformer station. We were in Stuen, which was perfect for 40 people. The room was well suited to both having tables you could stand at and individual tables you could sit at. I think I got the best guidance from the staff at Transformationen before the party, and I felt well informed and that it was under control. I had also booked waiters and bartenders through the Transformer station. They were super good and service minded. So it can definitely be recommended - also nice to have time to enjoy your own party :) Can only recommend the Transformer Station.

19/07/2025: Homemade durum bread like they do at Shawarma king in Aarhus. Sat outside on a bench in the shade from awnings that were set up. Super good service in the summer heat where it's about 29° today. Got a durum shawarma for 74,-

22/07/2025: their “bo kho” was too oily, i don’t even want to consider it vietnamese food 😳 also staff was being a bit rude and just shoved us the payment terminal when we weren’t even done..

18/07/2025: I had Banh Mi Xa Xiu, which is delicious. The Xa Xiu Meat is tender with right portion of fat. The bread is a bit over-baked so it could have been better. The Tonkin starter is good as well, esp the Wonton, crispy and flavorful fillings, personally think its it better than the spring rolls.

05/07/2025: They let us wait in the line and then kick us out, saying they have no place for us. They had like 30 free tables for 4 people. There was 2 of us, which was the problem obviously. They would probably go bankrupt providing the 4 seat table to us. This kind of profit maximization is common in low-cost canteens. It was extremely chaotic in terms of personnel and had low quality overall feeling.

25/06/2025: I had been to the old Flammen that was at H.C Andersens boulevard and that was really good ao my expectations was that it would be the same. But i felt like the buffet waa in an area that was far too small for the amount of people that can be seated at the restaurant. We were seated quickly which was nice and service was kind and smiling. Buffet was a long line due to it being so small and generally i thought the meat buffet was good but for the carbs and salad it was quite uninteresting. It took a long time for me to be able to pay since we had to go up to the cashier and the guy before me had a special request. I asked 2 other girls/waitresses if they could assist but they said only the one cashier could do that.
