28/05/2025: Excellent French restaurant, friendly setting, two waiters were French, the pan-fried foie gras was cooked to perfection, however the “medium rare” rib-eye steak was medium rare, like in Denmark, but very good. The chef’s terrine was foie gras, excellent!

27/05/2025: Lorsque nous voyageons, nous aimons nous imprégner de la culture du pays et goûter aux mets du pays. Cependant, notre guide francophone nous avait conseillé ce restaurant alsacien d’excellente qualité. Les produits sont frais et cuisinés à la perfection. Et notre serveur, Dorian, franco-danois, bien élevé et très professionnel, nous a rendu le dîner exceptionnel ! Nous recommandons ce restaurant les yeux fermés… mais pas les papilles !

24/07/2025: There is a very cozy cafe in the middle of the city. I liked the matcha cookie so much! Additionally, their interior design made me feel very comfortable.

24/07/2025: The first coffee shop that we visited during our stay in Copenhagen. Staff was friendly and Hans is mentioned in several coffee trip guides so we expected something extra but we got just under average flat white with no extra latte art and taste. :-/ We had much better later on during our stay.

21/06/2025: For the price we’re paying, this doesn’t even come close to the fine dining experience we expected. We waited half an hour outside for the table we had reserved. When we asked about the delay, the waitress simply told us that the previous guests wouldn’t leave. Also, please don’t serve me an already overpriced beer that looks like this — we’re paying for a premium experience, aren’t we? This is worse than a local bar where we’d pay 3-4 euros, all we can do is laugh, really. The food is alright, love the concept, but wow, the service was extremely amteurish or not so welcoming. Good luck!!

08/06/2025: We came in curious but also not knowing quite what to expect. But from the moment we stepped in, something in the atmosphere made it clear: you can relax now. Even though the restaurant was full and lively, with music and chatter in the air, there was a calmness underneath, this quiet, concentrated presence from the team that made us feel so deeply held. Sitting at the bar, we got to witness the craft up close: the attentive, gentle rhythm of the kitchen, the way each person moved with care and purpose. What really struck us was the humility across the whole team. From the head chef to the folks on the line, everyone was kind, grounded, generous. No ego - just real joy in the work, and a clear sense that they wanted the food to speak for itself. And it did. The dishes were simply stunning. Well balanced: creative and surprising, but never trying too hard. So often, “inventive” food sacrifices taste for concept, but here every bite was actually delicious. Textures that made us close our eyes. Flavors we’ve never tasted in quite this way that made us smile. Even though the portions were small, we left completely satisfied: feeling both nourished as well as very full. The tempo of the evening deserves a special mention. Dishes arrived in a rhythm that felt… attuned. Not rushed, not dragging. Just right. That pacing was part of what allowed the whole experience to unfold with so much ease. We felt spacious and cared for. The service was warm, thoughtful, and responsive. Our group had a few dietary requests (someone pescetarian, someone avoiding certain sauces) and each dish came out clearly tailored, remembered, and our preferences respected - without ever being made a fuss over. This meal was absolutely yummy in a way that felt incredibly intentional. Very much appreciated and recommend. and don’t miss out on sitting on the bar to enjoy watching it all unfold!

24/04/2025: When the sun is shining, you sit really well here with a view over St Hans Torv, inside it is a bit sterile in terms of decor and you miss a bit of warmth/coziness. The coffee is good and you get an excellent bun with cheese.

21/06/2025: We both had chicken burgers, which tasted really good – and the fries were perhaps the best I’ve ever had. Crispy, perfectly seasoned and really delicious! We finished with pancakes, but unfortunately they were served in the middle of the burger, and although it was a misunderstanding, we ended up eating them cold. The service was otherwise friendly and offered new pancakes, but we were simply too full. I would definitely come back and am definitely recommending them. :-)

08/06/2025: My Arab friends, Check this place out, the breakfast is delicious 😍 The coffee isn't that great, every dish we ordered was delicious. I didn't like the yogurt, but my friend said it was delicious if you come to them healthy.
